It's right next to Layana Resort, a high end resort that will make you feel like a peasant as you cross from your beach front to theirs The hotel has seen better days. Maybe 2 decades ago. Poor water pressure, aircond that can barely keep cool, and the room we stayed in (No. 512) was lopsided with uneven flooring that triggered vertigo like Lucille 2 in Arrested Development. They have a weird "bring your own parasol" policy due to an accident. So if you like getting roasted without any shade, this is the place. Staff were unmotivated. From the restaurant to front desk. I never had crispy (uncooked) Pad Thai noodles until now
• PINAR (7/5): - It was literally n fron of the beach. That was really good. Our room has a problem with ants and bugs. The ants were everywhere n the bathroom. First two days they sprayed and it worked just that time. And we had another bug problem. The little wood pieces were everywhere. After they put ant powder to everywhere in the bathroom. But even though the ants kept coming on TV unit and oır bed head.

Ci sono due piscine con disponibilità di sdraio e teli. Si trova vicino alla strada principale dove si possono trovare ristoranti e negozi. Direttamente in struttura si possono prenotare gite ed escursioni per godersi al meglio l'isola.

• spice40 (7/5): Schade um diese nette Anlage - Das Frühstück und die Lage am Strand war sehr sehr gut. Leider ist die Anlage schon sehr abgewohnt und es wird augenscheinlich nicht wirklich etwas gemacht. Weiters gibt es keine Schirme. Abgeblich wegen dem Wind, wobei auch keine Schirmständer zu sehen waren. Andere Anlagen hatten die ganze Zeit Schirme stehen. Die wenigen Schattenplätze sind dann natürlich in der Früh schon reserviert. Es gibt 3 Pools, wobei einer weisse Kacheln hat die derartig dreckig waren, das sie grau aussahen. Die Müllsäcke vom Reinigungspersonal blieben oft sehr lage stehen, bis sie weggeräumt wurden.

Very very poor hospitality. I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, the staff were extremely rude and dismissive, making check-in unnecessarily slow and frustrating. It felt like guests were more of an inconvenience than a priority. The room itself was in terrible condition. Not only was it unclean—with visible stains on the bedding and dust everywhere—but I was shocked to find a lizard inside the room. That alone made the stay incredibly uncomfortable and unsettling. Basic amenities were either missing or not functioning properly, and when I reached out for help, the staff responded with indifference and attitude rather than any real assistance. Overall, the combination of poor cleanliness, rude service, and the shocking presence of a lizard made this one of the worst hotel stays I’ve ever had. I would strongly not recommend this place to anyone.

• Cathy (9/5): Petit séjour très reposant à Koh-Lanta, ça fait vraiment du bien - Bon bungalow de luxe, la piscine en front de mer au top. La mer était tellement belle et la température de l’eau trop bonne avec des petits poissons transparents, hyper reposant. Quelques petits commerces en face de l’hôtel à 800 m, pour se déplacer, j’ai eu la chance d’avoir un Bolt, sinon il y a des petits tutuk et des taxis près de l’hôtel. Et possibilité de louer des scooters. Le personnel de la restauration était super sympa Pas de chaussons dans le bungalow Les rideaux étaient trop fins et non occultants. La lumière entrait dès l’aube, rendant le sommeil difficile, et même le soir, la chambre ne devenait jamais complètement sombre. Le personnel à la réception n’était pas très courtois.

La plage est toujours aussi belle La 2è piscine est très chlorée attention aux yeux. Les chaises longues, en gros bois, difficile à transpoter, certaines étaient cassées et toutes inconfortables. Le plancher avec des clous qui ressortent. Dans le bungalow une seule chaise en bois alors que nous sommes deux. un placard sans rangement. Une "cuisine sans arrivée d'eau ni évier. De huisjes staan dicht op elkaar.De facailiteiten op het park zijn verouderd. Met name rondom de zwembaden. Weinig schduwplekken, geen parasols oid en kapotte en te weinig lig bedden.

Vastaanoton henkilökunta oli kovin totista, ja he saisivat olla hieman iloisempia, jotta vieras tuntisi itsensä tervetulleeksi. ​Huoneen suihkun paine oli lähes olematon ja ilmastointi oli kovaääninen. Bookingin mukaan bungalowista piti olla merinäkymä, jota ei todellisuudessa ollut. Myös viereisten bungalowien askeltenkin äänet kuuluivat todella kovaa omaan tilaan. Lisäksi tallelokero (safety box) ei toiminut kaikilla numeroilla, ja se jouduttiin avaamaan korjaajan toimesta sen lukkiuduttua.

• Theresa (7/5): Schirme hätten es aufgewertet - Schönes Zimmer. Schöne Anlage. Toller Strandabschnitt. Unkomplizierte Rollermiete. Malinas Kitchen ist nicht weit weg. Kleiner Supermarkt nicht weit weg. Keine Schirme am Pool!! Wirklich ein großes Manko bei der Hitze. Bei unserem ersten Aufenthalt gab es noch Schirme. Frühstück in Ordnung, aber um den Preis besseres in der Gegend gehabt.

Preise anhand des unterdurchschnittlichen Standards überteuert. Keine Liegen am Strand, keine Sonnenschirme am Pool. Und, als wäre das nicht genug, pilgern Gäste anlegender Ausflugsschiffe zum Essen durch die Anlage. Fazit: nicht empfehlenswert.

• Linda (5/5): Overpriced and very outdated - Fantastic location, I assume that's the only reason people stay here otherwise it's a very very outdated place. This hotel is extremely overpriced for what it offers. The facilities and rooms are very outdated, and it’s hard to understand how they justify charging such high rates. The only positives seem to be the two pools and the great location (it's really amazing because you're steps away from the beach) —beyond that, there’s very little value for money. The beds are uncomfortably hard like rocks, we had to ask for a mattress topper because we couldn't sleep at all...the rooms and bathrooms feel old and basic, and the air conditioning is very noisy. On top of that, the fridge is even louder, and there were power cuts during the night, which made the stay even more unpleasant. The bed sheets were worn and even torn in places, and the beach towels looked like they hadn’t been replaced in years—and were far too small. Kids size towels I'd say. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience. The hotel really needs to reconsider its pricing, as it does not match the quality provided.

• Johan (7/5): Helt okej - Poolerna var jättebra. Välskött omgivning med mycket buskar och plantage. Lätt att ta sig ett bad i havet. Väldigt serviceminded personal som hjälpte till med våra frågor och var supersnälla med vårt barn. Frukostbuffén hade väldigt mycket att välja på och gott kaffe. Sängen var stenhård, till och med vårt barn tyckte det. Fick en topmadrass när vi sa till som gjorde att vi kunde sova något bättre. Kan bara prata om vår bungalow/radhus som skulle behövt en uppfräschning. Dessutom hörde vi grannarna jättetydligt, även när de var intima med varandra. De allmänna lokalerna skulle behöva en uppfräschning.

• Nicola (5/5): Nice rooms but ultimately an overpriced hotel without enough facilities to accommodate its guests. - My mum and I were sharing a twin room which was really lovely. Very comfortable, good aircon and a lovely deck to sit out on. The cleaners were very good and the room was really nice to come back to every day. The hotel has a real problem with guests hogging the sunbeds and even the tables in the restaurant. I had stitches following a nasty cut from swimming in the sea and was unable to swim in the sea or the pool. That was frustrating enough for me, but I found it really quite annoying that guests would put all their belongings on sunbeds first thing in the morning so that no one else could use them. The hotel has signs telling guests not to do that but the signs were completely pointless. The staff need to monitor the pool I'm afraid and literally remove people's belongings. We never found an available sun bed in the morning and gave up in the end and I sat in the restaurant. Despite a pretty significant bandage on my leg, not a single guest gave up their bed for me or indeed my 84 year old mother. I'm disgusted by the behaviour of the other guests and disappointed by the indifference of the staff. I'm afraid I would not recommend this hotel to anyone, in fact quite the opposite.

• Isabelle (8/5): - Schönes Resort, super Lage. Insgesamt fand ich den Aufenthalt sehr schön. Die Bungalows sind in die Jahre gekommen, dennoch fande ich sie nicht schlecht, das Bad war sogar sehr groß. Alles war sauber. Die Bungalows haben mich daher positiv überrascht, da ich hier einige negative Bewertungen gelesen habe. Es gibt natürlich Verbesserungspotenzial, z.B. dass am Pool nicht sehr viele Schattenplätze vorhanden sind (keine Schirme). Das sind für mich aber nur Kleinigkeiten…
