- Elsa (9/5): - Excellent location. Quiet at night. Very clean room. Comfy bed. Maybe a hand towel and face washer.
- lange (10/5): Would stay again any time - It was clean . It was a villa so lots of room and modern They had recently taken over the property so don’t want to be critical. Shower head needs unblocking. Tv could be tuned. Think it was new
- Carol (8/5): -
- Jason (1/5): - I canceled the room 5 days out and have not receive any payment back very back service by both booking and no help by the resort
- Abdirahman (10/5): -
- Brennan (1/5): -
- kylie-anne (2/5): - Nothing The smell of the place was disgusting. The service was crap the fact that u need a drivers licence or passport to check in is absolutely shit its not like your staying at a 5 star. Hotel id give it no stars
- Alyssa (9/5): - No complaints regarding, staff, Indian food at the restaurant was great, spicy without being over hot. Room was clean & modern. Only downfall was the bathroom. The shower soaked the whole bathroom floor, leaving it bit dangerous & having to use our towels to clean up.

- John (10/5): Comfortable quiet pleasant staff always very helpful to our requirements - Quiet near town centre near public transport very relaxing Nothing
- newton (4/5): This place is not a resort it is an old style motel with a tiny pool. - Breakfast was poor. Just a tiny omellette and 2 slices of very basic white toast. We booked and paid for 2 beds and only got 1. Rang reception only to be told nothing could be done about it, so we had only 1 bed for the 2 nights. Day 2 they took our towels away and didn't replace them, so we were not able to wash and shower before departure. We didn't like paying a lot more by using Booking.com when we could have paid less going direct. We thought Booking.com guaranteed best price.
- Lachlan (10/5): -
- Matt (8/5): -
- James (3/5): Average at best - Paid for queen spa room, was given queen wheelchair room with no spa.
Wont be staying here again.

- Hilton (10/5): Definitely gonna be back - Clean rooms and comfortable bedding Reception wasn’t open at 9am so I couldn’t get some of my deposit back before I had to leave in the morning
And well I had to leave in the morning , really would love to of stayed longer to enjoy the facility
- Clint (8/5): Otherwise nice, clean, and great close parking to your door. - Location, Clean, pool, Had to wait nearly 30mins for house keeping to turn up and unlock the pool gate…
- Inna (7/5): Very good stay - We stayed for four nights in Pinjarra Resort and had a very pleasant experience. The hotel was clean, well-maintained, and the staff were attentive and welcoming throughout our stay. While it is advertised as a resort, it felt more like a good motel rather than a resort experience. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would happily recommend it. Nil
- Moira (8/5): Convenient, clean, & parking outside door - Clean, reasonably priced, well positioned, close to the bakery
- Kevin (10/5): -
- Cassandra (10/5): -
- Riaan (7/5): -
- Abigail (1/5): It felt like a rape motel - Nothing Everything
- Brown (1/5): Disgraceful - Awful customer service who did not respond to any of my attempts to request a free refund or acknowledge the extreme weather conditions. Disgraceful management team who clearly just wants to take peoples money and they are not being held to account by Booking.com so behaving any way that they wish which is really disappointing the stars given on Bookings.com does not reflect their very poor google reviews where others have also had issues regarding management and payments being taken. An awful experience which has left me very stressed and out of pocket.
- Joanne (2/5): I would never go back, The staff are extremely rude and lie, you do not get your bond back on check out. - This is a two star Motel at best not a Resort by any stretch of the imagination. No phones in the room so you cannot call reception etc. no hair dryers, no hand towels, if you have a long charger you can only plug in the bathroom, all other power points are to low to the floor/bench bring an adapter or power board. Very little security, no deadlocks on the door, no chains given no deadlock. Be prepared to pay extra for everything including wifi. Reception is closed on a Sunday. People next door where having a party to 3am got no sleep and nothing was done about noise levels. We didn’t eat here as the reviews were so bad we didn’t want to risk it.
- MARK (2/5): would not recommend you stay here irrespective of the price. - Poor , unfriendly customer service.
- Lee (6/5): -
- Jacinda (10/5): - The Indian food restaurant was good the biryani hit hard. Well done
- Anne (3/5): Never again. - Parking outside your room. Very basic. The staff were awful. No idea in regards to customer service.
- kristie (10/5): Great accommodation - Friendly and communicative staff, easy to access help, clean and fresh rooms and functional facilities
- Elliott (6/5): Oldie but goodie.staff were friendly - While the hotel is a little older, it was clean and rooms were fairly modern.
The gentleman running restaurant went above and beyond and was served a decent sized meal. Just a small gripe i arrived at arranged check in time and my room was not yet available at 5pm.
Had to ask for more toiletries which lovely gentleman running the restaurant accomodated swiftly.
- Beau (7/5): Cheap night stay - Good location Shower pressure and water wasn’t the best.
Just old room in general but it did the job
- Davies (5/5): Quite a nice motel in general, but lack of WIFI was frustrating and ruined my evening. - Had a lovely swim in the pool.. Room was clean. Indian restaurant did great food. My WIFI kept dropping out, so could not watch a movie or TV as the TV would drop out all the time, this was very frustrating and no one to contact in the office. No phone in the room. I was left with nothing to do for the evening.
No coat hangers to hang clothes.
Noisy guests at 1am woke me up and there did not seem to be any night security that I could see.
- Marie (3/5): - The location. 1. The floor in Room 15 had 'sick' on it.
2. Another of the rooms was missing 2 pillows
3. The 3rd room - fridge shelf was broken
4. No hair drier in the rooms
5. The staff member asked for a CASH deposit of $200. (We encouraged our friend to reclaim her cash and submit a CC).
6. Tablets stolen from one of the rooms
7. Expensive accommodation for the state of the place.
- Amelia (6/5): - Location A weird smell and mattress uncomfortable and no flannels
- Huxley (7/5): -
- Melissa (1/5): Disappointing experience – refund never provided I cancelled my booking with Pinjarra Resort in line with their stated -
- Jacob (1/5): - Absolutely unprofessional and pathetic service
- Ziad (1/5): -
- Pitcher (9/5): - Located
The cleansing of the motel
- Simao (6/5): - Pemandangan indah Harganya
- Tanya (5/5): -
- Jodie (10/5): - Absolutely beautiful and clean only one problem with pillows they were too soft they need a bit harder and that's battle what the problem was Pool area absolutely beautiful as well
- Annamarie (6/5): - Food was beautiful and staff very good. Breakfast was not available as listed.
- Phillip (9/5): -
- Nicole (8/5): Would stay again - Great location and room well maintained. Bathroom needs an update and a full length mirror in the room. Air con a little noisy
- Liam (1/5): Bookings.com no assistance - I couldnt make the booking and had no help from either pinjarra resort or booking.com to assist in options I couldnt make the booking and had no help from either pinjarra resort or booking.com to assist in options
No comms at all from bookings
Com
- Michael (8/5): Good accommodation close to the centre of town - Close to the centre of town, large clean rooms and good swimming pool. Nil
- Gavin (8/5): -
- Jennifer (9/5): Perfect - Every thing price and location
- Fiona (9/5): Great Thankyou - Closeness to event We tried to watch TV in bed and when we put our pillows up against the headboard the bed moved away from the wall which wasn’t very comfortable, so we had to wedge our joggers under the wheels so it didn’t move when sitting upright.
- Margaret (9/5): It was good, the bed was quite firm, and the booking in process was not good. - The room had not long been revamped by the look and it looked great. The fact that you could not book in until 2. The office was not opened and I rang and the lady on the phone said I had to wait until 2 - it was 1.50pm. There was an event in Pinjarra that night and there was a lot of people wanting to book in so we had to wait our turn.
- Wayne (6/5): -
- Jacqui (10/5): - I liked the fact that you could park outside of the unit. The unit was spacious with a little kitchen and a fridge. The swimming pool looked inviting but unfortunately we had no time to use it.
- Avril (8/5): Pleasantly surprised at how lovely the room was with modern decor. - The facilities were better than I expected. Price was reasonable. Close to shops. On site restaurant. Bed was a little too firm for my liking. Extra towels would be handy. Room facing the road, you can hear the traffic.
- Denise (10/5): Perfect stay for our concert and stayed an extra day to explore - Comfortable bed and very clean
- Jeanette (3/5): Not recommended you stay here due to privacy concerns - The room looked as if it had been refurbished and was well appointed. The bed felt like sleeping on the floor, hard and horrible. King sized bed with a double bed sized doona, looked and felt cheep. Reception staff not the best. Photocopy your licence with no explanation as to why then refuse to return the photocopy when asked. We have HUGE security and privacy concerns over this and with this business and we have contacted the OAIC about this. Many reviews elsewhere regarding difficulties of getting the 200$ bond back. We’ve not experienced this yet and hope not to but can’t help thinking it will happen.
- Don (9/5): -
- Karsten (7/5): - Poor pillows. No hand towels
- Frahm (8/5): -
- Amanda (10/5): We’d definitely stay again - I was travelling with a friend who’s in a wheelchair. The access was perfect. I’m not sure if all the rooms are the same but we stayed in a twin share (Room 14) and it met his needs perfectly.
- Frahm (7/5): -
- Jodie (7/5): Overnight stay - Comfy bed Cold shower at night
- Gary (8/5): Clean and comfy - The bed was very firm but we slept so good.
The food was different but awesome Indian WiFi was bad
TV reception bad
Pillows way to thin
- Seth1809 (10/5): Very good value - The staff were super friendly and the room was clean and the air on got cold which is always good That the bond is more expensive than the room
- Sue (8/5): - Easy to get to and very quite All good
- Jamie Muir (7/5): -
- Shelly (3/5): - Room was very clean, staff were friendly Bed was the hardest, most uncomfortable bed I ever slept on.
Air con barely worked, did not cool the room down so was hot and stuffy all night.
Power point switch flashed blue and red all night, no idea how to turn them off
- Russell (4/5): -
- Wendy (10/5): - The owners are absolutely lovely. I have returned 3yrs in a row to attend the Blues n Roots and out of there way for in house guests they have taken me to my event without any hesitation, no matter what the time.
Noticed few upgrades also which is nice, rm14 was lovely.
- Arthur (1/5): We did not stay as they cancelled our booking then stole our money - please do something about it. - Nothing as the staff cancelled our booking and then proceeded to steal my money. I never stayed there as they informed they had cancelled my booking. Your records will show we had to make another booking in Warnbro at AC 1 Bed Studio Apartment.
Before travelling north to Warnbro from Pinjarra we put in a complaint about Pinjarra Resort. Did not stop them stealing our $167 and to date no refund. I am debating taking legal action and seeking the advice of consumer affairs. Booking.com has certainly not looked after us and is responsible for not discipling Pinjarra Resort. We tried the telephone number on your website - nothing. When we made it to the new booking the lady there helped us get in touch with your service, obviously in the Philippines, nothing could be done but we learnt that Pinjarra Resort did not have the right to cancel our booking so taking our money amounts to stealing. If I could get a stealing charge levelled against the check in person I would be happy, even happier if she was to get a conviction against her name. They are scam artist in my mind. We will see if I am also able to take action against Bookings.com with consumer affairs because you failed to protect us. Please sort this mess out and refund our money. Thank you for your consideration of very unhappy long term customers of Bookings.com.
- Karen (7/5): Apart from these couple of little things we would stay again - The room was was good and close to town Could only watch one channel on the tv, not enough pillows and the shower floods the bathroom floor heading towards the kitchen also ..
- Looa (10/5): -
- Natalie (5/5): -
- Matthew (8/5): -
- Linlee (5/5): - Close to our event Property is very tired, needs a lot of maintenace..
Gentlemqn in reception was very hard to undwrstand
- Renae (4/5): Definitely not a resort basic motel at best expensive for what you paid - The bed Carpet was filthy bathroom was so basic mix up with booking had to wait to check in after 5pm
- Dorothy (9/5): Very enjoyable very clean friendly staff - We didn't have breakfast No complaints about anything
