- YOKO (10/5): やっぱりニューアカオ！ - ホライズンの入り口にいた女性が最高だった。写真を快く撮ってくれ、さらに少し離れた所まで自ら来て撮ってくれた。ホテルの歴史やラウンジの案内、景色の素晴らしい場所を教えてくれた。おかげさまで、初めてのニューアカオでありながら、感動する事が多く、他ホテルと比較しても光った。露天風呂も気持ち良く、部屋も眺めが最高、バスも本数が多く助かった。母は何度も来ているので、『やっぱりニューアカオだね！』となった。夫が『次熱海に来るならまたニューアカオがいい』と言っている。これだけの収容人数で、ここまでのサービスは、本当に素晴らしかった。 バスが10時台もあると嬉しい。

- Takashi (7/5): - メインダイニング錦での食事がとても美味しかったし、景色も素敵だった。 「にぎわい横丁」では食後に遊ぶことが出来たし、お風呂も海を眺めながら入ることができ素敵だった。 お部屋を和室の部屋にしたが、清潔感はあったがトイレは歴史を感じた。また、布団がやや硬めで、枕も少し高かった。
- ISAO (9/5): 夫婦で利用しましたが、とても落ち着いてゆったりと過ごすことができました。 - メインダイニング錦でお食事しました。歴史を感じる素晴らしいロケーションと、ビュッフェながら手の込んだ料理に大満足でした。 スタッフのお一人お一人が感じよく、ホスピタリティが徹底されていると思いました。 あえて言えば部屋付のトイレと洗面台が昔のユニットバスで使いにくかったです。 オーシャンウイングを利用しましたが、調度品が中途半端に古い点は仕方がないかなと思いました。

- Doki (10/5): 素晴らしいの一言。一つ一つの場所の細部にまで感動しました。 - 今回は誕生日当日に宿泊させていただきました。ホテルから見える景色も素晴らしく、レストランは種類が豊富でどれもとても美味しかったです。 お部屋はレトロな雰囲気で、入った瞬間に安心感がありました。備品も可愛く、特にお水を入れる容器がとても気に入りました。あの容器で注ぐとお水がより美味しく感じ、つい沢山飲んでしまいました。 また、ホテルのロゴがとても好きで、次回はぜひTシャツを購入したいと思っています。 本当に大満足の滞在でした。また必ず宿泊したいです！ お部屋のスリッパが私に合わなかったのか、館内を長く歩いていたら少し痛かった。

- yoshinori (7/5): リラックスできました。 - ホテルの立地、景観、散策路が素晴らしかった ①食事は朝夕食ともバイキング形式でした。会場が広く、和食、洋食、デザートなどの種別の場所が分かりにくかったです。表示や案内図などあると親切かと思います。また、取り皿もまちまちでテーブルの下にあったりなかったり、料理を掬うお玉と皿の大きさがあってなく盛りづらかったです。 ②スタッフの接遇が少し不親切でした。
- AYUKO (8/5): 楽しく快適に過ごせた - スケールメリットが充分感じられる ホテル側がみなさんとても頑張っていたため、清潔感も感じられ快適に過ごせた 一人旅だったため、ダイニングの席も端の方の寂しい場所に通されるかと思ったが（それでも2食付でこの値段はありがたい）そのようなことはなく、配慮された席だった バイキングも大変混むとあったがそこまでではなかったし、動線も考えられていたと思う オーシャン棟のWebチェックインの場所が分かりづらく、暫く一般の受付に並んでしまった スマートにチェックインできるのは有り難かったが、その場合、施設の案内が説明受けられず、予め調べていたから良かったが、施設内のルールや場所等が分かりづらかったと思う 部屋にも簡単な案内図はあったがもう少し詳しいものがあるとありがたいです

- AYAYNO (9/5): 最高のロケーションと他では味わえない昭和の豪華さ - なんと言っても景色！！部屋から、食事会場から、温泉から、オーシャンビューで最高でした。 大浴場も複数あり楽しめました。 プールや射的、駄菓子屋、ゲームコーナーもあり ちょいのみバーもあり、子供も大人も楽しめました！！ 食事会場の雰囲気は圧巻でした。 これぞ昔からの良さが出ている。なかなか今の建築では出せない雰囲気でした。 もう少しビュッフェの食事とお酒のクオリティが 上がれば最高です！（味というより素材自体） コイン式ワインサーバーがあったので 白ワインを飲んでみましたが ワインの温度がめちゃくちゃぬるくて 白ワインならもう少し冷えたものがよかった。。 ウェルカムドリンクに ちょっとしたお酒もあったら尚良かったです。 ありがとうございました！
- Keiji (9/5): 他の人にもお勧めします！ - レストランの料理、空間、スタッフ対応共に素晴らしいです！ お部屋もリフォームされており快適です。 窓からの景色が熱海の街が一望出来て最高です。 楽しめました。 ホテルの施設と周辺を散策しましたが眺望が絶景で良かったです。 お風呂に関してはもう少し工夫があると良いかなと思います。 温泉そのものは豊富で良い、ぬるい湯と熱めの湯があると良いですね、 サウナがあるエリアは少し椅子があると良いです。
- hiromitsu (7/5): 楽しかったです - バブリーなホテルに安く泊まれて良かった。オーシャンウイングとホライゾンウイングとがあって館内は広く、温泉も3ヶ所に分かれてて館内移動も楽しかった。清潔感あって部屋からの眺めは中々良いと思った、オーシャンウイングは海に張り出ていて熱海市街の夜景が美しいかった。 レストランの席同士が近くて、落ち着けないところ。

- Lorena Abad (10/5): We’re definitely going back me and my friends loved the place. We highly recommend it. - The food the buffet was delicious and have so many different varieties ,the main dining Nishiki is so huge ,it’s old fashioned but so beautiful we love it, it has a really really excellent view, the whole hotel is old fashioned but really beautiful. The onsen is soothing and onsen view was excellent and they have complete amenities. The game center is fun they have these old game machines like you’d go back in time. The indoor pool is fun too and it’s good that it’s open all year the pool waters temperature is just right and the staff there are really kind. All the staff are kind and smiling it makes you feel welcome. The water server is a good service too. We also love the chandeliers. We stayed at Ocean wing room 1011, the mirror beside the window ,I hope not all room is like that. You can actually see the other room while you’re using it and maybe the people on that room can see you too at that mirror, we want to open the curtains because the view is beautiful but the mirrors angle is not so good. We really have to be careful not to see the people on the other room.

- Rik (4/5): Teleurstellend. - Wel lekkere onsens. Je moet echter wel apart. Het personeel is zo racistisch als de pest. Je hoeft als wit persoon er niet naartoe. Je wordt compleet genegeerd, en je bent er absoluut niet welkom. Ook was er geen plek in het hotel waar het niet extreem stonk naar volwassen luiers (gevuld). Wat raal. Wat ook bijzonder was, iedereen liep in dezelfde pyjama rond. Kreeg er echt een benauwd gevoel van. Er was veel keuze in het diner, echter mag je niet kiezen welk restaurant je zit ondanks dat dit wel online staat.

- HIROMI (8/5): 熱海の絶景を活かしたホテルのつくりは、とてもよく景色を楽しめるホテルだった。 - 送迎バスが便利でよかった。またスタッフさんの対応が丁寧で親切だった。大変お世話になりました。 ウェルカムドリンクでうやむやにされたような印象が残ったのが、部屋に置くお茶道具（コーヒー用の湯沸かし器なども）が何もなく、布団利用のホテルによくあったあの設備がなつかしい。ベッドの代わりに布団だったが、夜具の質がちゃちな印象は否めない。今は昔のように布団を敷きにくるスタッフはいなくなったにしても、式布団セットの質の悪さ、あまり清潔な感じがしなかった。全体にコスト削減のための努力は認めるが、特集を組んでテレビで大々的に宣伝していた内容が誇大広告気味に感じられた。
