• Harshit (10/5): Beautiful clean home that is central to the nightlife yet offers peace and quiet. - Central and walking distance to all major restaurants, clubs and night life. Yet it’s still secluded and private with daily cleaning and very helpful staff. Wifi and private pool was icing on the cake.

The Dendi, Hana and the other staff were really exceptional duri - Great location, very close to everything, yet still feel comfortable and private. The villa itself is looking a bit tired, lifting planks outside, etc. Perhaps time for some needed love/refurb?

• Katie (7/5): The staff were very friendly, great location. - The villa is very central, and close to many restaurants and shops Wi-fi wasn’t working with the password given, no safes to lock away valuables, and mosquitos were bad in the rooms - we were only able to find one mosquito coil to burn.
• Bowen (8/5): - We had a wonderful time at Koala Villa. The villa was spacious enough for 4 and the pool was absolutely perfect. The bathrooms were huge and clean. The beds were comfortable. We felt very comfortable at Koala Villa. Yes, you can hear the music from bars/clubs near by but if you have read the review you already know about this. We slept fine and didn't have any troubles with the noise. Please be careful where you park your bike/car. We were confronted by a neighbour who was very aggressive and threatening over parking a motorbike in the wrong spot. This is completely outside of the owners control, but just be aware of the parking signs.
• Laura (4/5): Disappointing and needs some work done to it! - The villa was very central to lots of bars, restaurants, spas and the beach. The staff and cleaners were very helpful. This property is very tired and needs some work. Because of this we were quite disappointed. The music from the roof bar next door is very loud and from 6pm takes over the villa including the bedroom. Julia did give us earplugs but they didn’t work for us. If you plan on chilling out in the evening at the villa you will need to be okay with the music and recognise that unless you are a heavy sleeper it will likely keep you awake.

She was kind enough to make us breakfast both the morning's we were there including the day we needed to check out. She went out of her way to come in the morning to cook us a quick breakfast. Thank you Erna. We also had excelent communication from the hosts with regards to what to expect from the area near the villa. Nothing that stood out. We could hear music from the bar on the main road, but we were aware of that and didn't really mind it.

I don’t know why I could not pay on booking. The staff had to call the manager to bring the card reader and take my credit info there. they did not seem prepared. waaay too many mosquitoes, they have a mosquito problem that needs to be fixed ASAP the neighbours were loud, karaoke until 4am
