- 347natalyan (8/5): Great location & friendly staff - This hotel is in an excellent location, minutes from the main beach, staff is friendly and helpful, rooms are spacious and clean, breakfast is good, can’t fault it, was slightly annoying only having one room card that you handed in each time you left the hotel as you couldn’t leave the aircon on, there was a bad smell coming up through the shower drain but we let the staff know and they addressed it…was really happy staying here.

Plus I really enjoyed their breakfast buffet with plenty of variety. WiFi was not that good and most of time we were having trouble connecting to it. But overall experience was great!! I highly recommend this place for first timers.

- elil2015 (10/5): My little slice of Paradise in Boracay - Aloha Boracay is not your typical resort hotel. It’s truly special. From the moment you arrive, you can feel its unique vibe. The owners’ passion for art is clearly visible, as the entire hotel is filled with beautiful artwork from top to bottom. The location is perfect, just a 2 minute walk from the beach, surrounded by shops and everything you might need. The restaurant, in my opinion, serves some of the tastiest dishes I’ve had on the island. The staff are remarkably friendly and efficient. Chamille at the front desk already has you smiling with her warm welcome the moment you check in. The rooms are stylish, comfortable, and well equipped, while the rooftop swimming pool is a great place to relax or even swim laps. This is already my third time staying here, and it has become my perfect getaway whenever I need to recharge my soul after too much time in the city. Aloha Boracay is my little slice of paradise.

From the front desk to every staff member we encountered, everyone welcomed us with warm smiles and genuine hospitality. A special shoutout to Sir Darwin at the Sky Bar he absolutely completed our trip with his kindness, humor, and incredible cocktails! If you're visiting the hotel, make sure to stop by the Sky Bar and say hi to Sir Darwin. He makes the best cocktails in Boracay and brings a vibe that makes you feel right at home.

However, there are too many rules. The welcome drinks they provide aren’t allowed to leave the lobby, there were no pool towels and you can refill the complimentary water however only once. As a tourist in such a hot climate, refilling the water only once during the entire stay seems unacceptable. The room also doesn’t have facial tissues and hand towels provided.

The hotel is 2 mins aways from the beach, its within the vicinity of tiange and food stalls, easy access to transportation, its our 2nd time to book in this hotel, will definitely go for the 3rd time.

- tomj412 (8/5): Nice place but.... - Nice place nice room,good location only 150-200m to the beach,very nice and helpful staff,cool rooftop swimmingpool,small breakfast buffet was included, it was not the biggest selections but it was ok,no refrigerator in the cheaper rooms,wifi sometimes very weak and not responding,theres a sign in the hotel to be quiet but the only one (almost some guest to) who made noice was the cleaning staff talking in walkie talkies and slamming doors, i got the room just beside the staffs equipment room and they started early in the morning went in and out for towels water and equipment and also made a lot of chatting loud all day, not good for a afternoon nap, But its nice hotel if you dont care about relaxing silence
- agathalouis (10/5): Aloha's policy - Upon arrival, there was a communication problemon the part of booking.com. Our booking was cancelled as we were supposed to have on line. I did try but I was informed, I can pay online. This is where a good hotel can accommodate you and try to match the price of the hotel. Unfortunately, during this trip, my knees were worse than normal. We were on the second floor. having the down button the elevator not working meant I needed to walk down the stairs. That was uncomfortable.

- malcolmb789 (10/5): A great experience - I stayed for 28 days and had such a marvellous time. All the staff were lovely, profesional and proficient. I was on the 4th floor (3rd floor for us Brits) and had a deluxe bedroom with balcony. Great for hanging out wet towels and other things. The room is well equipped, with AC (if you need it) and complimentary toiletries, together with daily water which is most welcome. The only things I would suggest could be improved is the Wi-Fi, which is intermittent, the shower water does not always stay hot and, unfortunately, the wardrobe is not long enough to hang up shirts, without the bottoms becoming crumpled. Otherwise everything is great. The hotel serves breakfast, lunch and dinner, which are all satisfactory, but don't expect a large selection of Western type breakfast foods. They have weekly live music and BBQ. While the hotel is not on the beach, it is only a five minute walk away, but you don't necessarily want to go to the beach, the top floor of the hotel has a delightful swimming pool, sun loungers (which are very comfortable) and a bar, if you need a drink. All entertainment, restaurants and shops are only a stone's throw from the hotel, so it is centrally located to explore everything Boracay has to offer. In my opinion you have to go for longer than three or four nights (which many do) to enjoy the island. The fact that you have to catch a ferry to and from the airport adds to the 'theatre' of the place.

Location is perfect. 10 steps across the street are shops, massage, and laundry. Beach is just 3 minute walk away and you are safe as there is a police station literally on same street. Try the seafood family platter in the restaurant!! Going back again.

- markluked2024 (2/5): Disappointing Experience at Aloha Hotel Boracay - During our stay in Boracay, we decided to hop between hotels to experience different amenities. We stayed at Aloha Hotel for 2 nights after coming from Hue Hotel, primarily to enjoy their rooftop infinity pool. We checked in around noon, and the front office supervisor assured us that early check-in would not incur an extra charge. I also inquired about the internet connection since we needed stable internet for work the following morning. She assured me that the connection was good. However, upon checking into room 101, we found that there was no mobile signal and the internet connection was unreliable. I contacted the supervisor, who moved us to room 103, but the issues persisted. We were then moved to room 102 with the promise of better internet, but the connection problems continued. Each room transfer was done without assistance from the hotel staff. After moving to the suite on the second floor, which did have a decent signal and connection, we were still left to move our belongings without help. The repeated room changes made it difficult for us to settle in and feel comfortable in any of the rooms. As a result, we could not get a good night's sleep due to the ongoing disruptions and the discomfort of frequent room transfers. Overall, our experience at Aloha Hotel did not meet our expectations. We felt frustrated and disappointed by the lack of support and the inadequate amenities, leading us to decide that we would not return.

Here are my 4 top things I'd like to share. 1) The staff are awesome. From the front office staff, the dining and bar staff to the housekeeping team. Kudos to Maricar, Camille, Melchor from the front office team. Rick, Julie from Island Grill and Joel and Dawin from the Mahalo Bar. Their service was very attentive, quick and efficient and is above the standard. 2. The room was spacious, comfortable, had complete amenities and more importantly clean. Thank you to the housekeeping staff who kept the room fresh as if we just checked in. 3. Location was perfect. Close to the beach, restaurants, transportation and convenience stores. 4. The in-house restaurant served good breakfast. I had lunch at the place two times. The food was good. Quality and quantity was affordable. If you're looking for a affordable and convenient place to stay. Try out the Aloha Boracay Hotel.

All these made even better by the ever so helpful and nice staff - kudos to you! There are, however, some things to note: pool hours of 10-6 is barely enough time. The buffet breakfast had lots of selection but nothing to write home about. Only one key per room is inconvenient if you have multiple people in the room leaving at different times.

- sofiacelestes (8/5): Aloha Boracay April 2023 - The resort is not brach front but only 3 mins walk to the beach. The resort has an elevator and a swimming pool at the 4th floor. The pool can only be used between 10am to 6pm which for me is kinda limited. Rooms are nice but has traces here and there of being old. I got Suite 302. Very spacious and well appointed but can be quite noisy at night because of the proximity of shops and vendors outside

- Ian (10/5): - The room were clean and comfortable. The shower didn't have a door or curtain to keep the water from getting all over the place and there was not enough hooks to hang clothes to keep them dry.
- sabrinacdg (10/5): Great Hotel, Good Location - Worth it. - We had a great stay in our hotel. We loved the toilet shower open space. Hotel is ocated near White Beach (3 min walk) and main road. Clean. Quiet. Breakfast buffet was included and kept us full for a whole day of busy activities. The rooftop pool and lounge area is a good place to chill. No complains in our stay - definitely recommended.

- skytan02 (2/5): Great Location. Poor Customer Service - Great location. But poor customer service it feels like you have to beg for simple request like dental kit. Everything is a straight "NO!!" We stayed for 4 nights in 2 rooms, they wont refill aminities. No sound proofing aswell loud music until 11pm - 12mn. Be prepared for loud neighbors as early as 5am. Only hospitable staff are the security guards on duty. Hope they improve
- remmelellap (10/5): 💖💖💖 - The suite we stayed in was wonderful. It has a nice living room, a cozy balcony and the bedroom was huge. The bathroom is clean and the whole suite was tidy. The room price is cheaper than the other's hotel suite too.
- pochik2022 (8/5): Spacious rooms! - Went to Aloha Boracay Hotel for a weekend vacation with my partner and we’re so happy because the room that we got is so spacious, even the bathroom!! 😍 I just wished the floor is carpeted. It is currently tiled and sadly, they do not offer indoor slippers.
- athenaflightofficial (10/5): Great stay! - The receptionist was very accomodating. The place was refreshing upon entry. Napakalinis dn ng hotel. Rules were statwd clearly and everything was very organized. Super worth it talaga magstay dito. Worth every penny.
- junelf2022 (10/5): Best hotel in bora! - Hotel is super clean and the staff are very friendly. Very wise of them to put water bin in the entrance to wash feet when coming from the beach. Security is very good. will definitely return here next vacation!

- michael (4/5): hotel staff wont fix problems in room - We had a sliding door in the bathroom that was not functioning. We notified hotel staff 3 times...the door was not fixed. Several brownouts...which we understand is not the fault of the hotel. We put belongings in the room safe. The safe was not functioning, the key from the hotel staff did not open the safe. Hotel maintenance had to bust open safe with a hammer until 11pm, disturbing our sleep. We had family who came to our room for no more than 20 minutes...and we were called several times about extra fees we needed to pay for visitors in the room....once again..the persons who visited us were family. We really wish the hotel staff would have been more concerned about fixing the broken door in the bathroom than about my loved ones coming to see us.... we are very dissappointed in your service.
