- Shebaz (2/5): This was the worst hotel or i would refer to it as a hostel i have stayed in. Dont be decieved by t - The day staff were really helpful Room was tiny. Bathroom shower holder broken, shower doors dont close, panels were loose. Basin is literally crammed in a small space so washing your face/brushing teeth was a struggle. Coffee machine is a kettle which i had to ask for with no cups or coffee. Fridge does not work in any rooms. No hangers or drawers for clothes. AC goes off after 15 minutes. Cannot sleep as area full of people who talk outside until at least 3am. If open window room smells of smoke so have to sleep with smoke inhaling. Location is close to POI but the hill is very very steep 12mins on your life. Room service has to be asked for. Breakfast is a waste literally baguette cut with spreads, boiled eggs, cold fries, cold onion rings, dry cucumbers, other salads that did not look appealing and it is the same everyday so unless you like chocolate bread you will be eating out.

- Osman (6/5): Value for money if on a budget string! - Value for money, ticks all the boxes on a basic level. It is too far away from the touristic area (blue mosque etc ) the steep walk is not for the faint hearted!
- A (7/5): Good - The staff were friendly, and helpful and were able to offer good advise as to getting about in the city to see the attractions. The airport transfer service service offered through 3rd party was a bit expensive, so did not take it. We had to leave early the staff offered us a limited breakfast which was a nice gesture. The place was a bit dated and the spa facility was not available although it was advertised. Not sure if it was being refurbished or closed permanently as was told that it was not available for few months prior. The location was on the side street and was a bit far from the metro and about 15 plus minutes to blue mosque area., The walk was very up and down in order to get to it, as we had a baby buggy it was a bit of a challenge.

No air-conditioning at all, no windows to open, the breakfast was not great, cups were not cleaned. I've never ever thought a hotel like this, please do NOT deceive people. The first night I couldn't sleep at all, when I spoke with reception they said they've a general air condition issues. I'd like to process a formal complaint and would like to receive fully refund.

- Basakha (10/5): really Good location and shops - Really good location , stayed here for a week with my parents and the hotel staff and owner was fantastic The hotel is located about 20 minutes walk to the amazing blue mosque and topcapi museum There are so many shops around the hotel you don't need to go anywhere else . You don't need a taxi as everything is walkable this area is for the locals so prices are amazing did not like the grand bazaar all over priced for tourist where as the hotel area kumkapi is not over priced is all for the local people yes it is noisy etc but what do you expect when you are in the middle of everything good food fruit drinks around We got a taxi from Istanbul airport to the hotel which was so easy 40 minutes and it was only £30 would recommend this hotel even used there spa and have a massage which was the best I have ever had really looked after us and we felt so safe there as 24 hours so one was at reception also helped us with out luggage so nothing bad at all

Da vi gjorde betjeningen oppmerksom på dette og ytret ønske om skifte av rom eller rengjøring, ble vi bedt om å forlate hotellet hvis vi ikke var fornøyd. Da dette var sent på kveld var det dessverre ikke et alternativ for oss. Betaling skulle de ha på forskudd og i kontanter. Vi bodde på hotellet i 5 dager. Rommene ble ikke rengjort mens vi var der, søppel ikke hentet, håndklær ikke skiftet. Håndklærne, som en gang hadde vært hvite, var nå mer grå og veldig slitt. Skader og mangler på rommene ble ikke reparert, selv om det burde være både enkelt og billig å reparere mange av dem. Virket som om betjeningen/eierne så på gjestene som et nødvendig onde.

Vervolgens dekbedden bevlekt met bloed en make-up. 1 week geboekt en 2 x schoongemaakt. Eerste 3 dagen douchekop moeten vasthouden. Geen nieuwe handdoeken gekregen dus 3 x per dag erna moeten vragen. Laatste 2 dagen geen warm water. Qua personeel is de ene echt vriendelijk en de andere arrogant! Kortom, nooit meer!

Every 3 days. towels you also change every 3 days, even if you ask for it, you do not get it.. no windows or balcony in room. TV does not work in the rooms. The hotel is the worst hotel we have ever seen and experienced.

Rezervasyonumuz 1 dbl + 1 sng oda olmasına rağmen bir oda 4 yataklı idi diğer oda ise ara oda ise hem çok küçük ve havasız idi bundan kaynaklı da oda kokuyordu. - ufuk (8/5): FIYAT KALITE DENGESI IYI - Genel olarak iyiydi. Fiyat kalite oranı normal. Yabancı agırlıklı bir oteldi ama aile olarak sorun olmayacak. Şirin bir otel.
- Rami (2/5): none reachable hotel - the hotel located in area that its very hard to reach alot of strange people around it , even when I successed to reach the hotel I didnt find aplace to put the car and go to the reciption so I leaved the hotel and my money wasnt refund

- Sue (2/5): HOTEL FROM HELL - YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!! - This is the worst hotel we have ever been to, it is been run by mafia brothers. It is absolutely NOT a FIVE STAR this is very misleading by ebookers I would say not even a one star hotel. Also it states that it has been renovated in 2015 but that this is far from the truth Our room had dampness on the ceiling and wall right near the electrical points and the dampness and mould caused my child to have an allergic reaction. The glass shower door was almost falling off which was very dangerous as it could have injured our children which is a health and safety hazard. The air condition was not working, there were bed bugs in the mattress which was badly stained. The fridge was not working and housekeeping staff never came to clean our room! The breakfast was stale and there were leftovers from previous days which had flies all over, we even found a dead fly where the cake was kept. When we wanted to use the spa it was never in working order. One of the mafia brothers Ilham who is the manager was very inconsiderate and a liar. He promises lots of things but does not do anything. Ebookers should immediately remove this hotel IT IS NOT FIT FOR PURPOSE!!
- ABDEL-WAHAB (6/5): NICE HOTEL AND NICE SERVICE - Hotel Milano is a Hotel that close to the metro and very close to Sultan Ahmad. The management specially the manager Mr. ilhan Demir is so friendly and helpful It's not the perfect touristic hotel because it is more in a local area of old the city if you are just looking to be in somewhere near to everywhere and a nice hotel room than you find it. Economic rooms were really really small but the standard one is just very comfortable. Inside of the hotel and the rooms are much look better than the hotel outside itself for sure. So go in and check it out. Breakfast also nice not that much rich but you will find any basic things you need. i recommend you to try the hospitality of the friendly Turkish people you will never regret.
