• Laurie (7/5): - It's in a beautiful spot with a nice view of the mountains. Cheap place to stay for the night, Its close by to water, and not far from the hike to Eaton fall's. There's no stove unfortunately

• Charles (8/5): One-night stay at the Alpine Lodge, Grande Cache, B.C. - The room was spacious and well-supplied. Not enough elbow room between toilet bowl and the vanity.
• Jonathan (1/5): Bad - Broken box spring on one bed, missing smoke detector and stuff piled up outside doors. Overcharged on pet deposit according to what was stated on front counter. Then weren't going to return it.

• Bean (5/5): Good economy stay for a quick trip, strong wifi, could use some updating. - conveniently located on the main drag, easy check in, plug ins for cold weather at every stall, new TV, small kitchen and microwave in room. Floors, baseboards, entire bathroom and walls all looked like they needed to be power-washed. Everything very dated, could use a remodel. Fairly certain the bedding was swapped, but nothing was wiped down or vacuumed during the day when we were out.The price was great but we got exactly what we paid for.....

• Woof (5/5): Passable - It was easily accessible. The room was big with a coffee machine. All was pretty cozy and clean. That it was right beside an often used street. It was pretty loud at all times, so noise sensitive people be aware. Also it was really warm inside my room. The first thing I did when I came in was turning down the heater to minimum heat but strangely that did not make it better.

• Jared (2/5): - The electrical outlets didn’t work unless you wiggled them perfectly. No airconditioning. The biggest problem was our toilet wouldn’t flush! We didn’t have a toilet we had to fill up the garbage can and put it in the toilet tank to get it to flush
• Rebecca (1/5): Would not recommend this place to anyone. - Did not like anything about it. I had booked 2 beds and when I arrived they gave me a room with one bed. Finally got the two bed room. No AC. Cold water in the bath tub did not work. There were very few electrical outlets. Overall, a very bad experience.

• Anna (7/5): A budget motel for a couple of nights. - Parking, price and location. A good place if you are travelling without children. Friendly staff. Colour of blankets and walls, not very clean in the room
• Kimberley (5/5): It was for work so was really only there for a shower and rest - I liked the location. I thought the price wa reasonable. Fridge didn’t cool my drinks even though they were in all night. ALSO DOESN'T HAVE AIR CONDITIONING AND I WAS THERE during HEAT WAVE. EVERY HoTEL SHOULD HAVE AIR CONDITIONING
• Stuart (2/5): - Room smelled of heavy cigarette smoke. Not surprising since this is a contractor residence rather than a hotel. Towels were threadbare. Air conditioning was nonexistent. Fan works but was broken. Microwave did not work. Insufficient electrical outlets therefore too many adapters using just one outlet. This was the worst hotel experience ever. Be warned, stay away.

• Danny (10/5): - It was overall pretty clean and the room was very spacious. My only thing that was a bit annoying was that there was only one plug in the entire room. Not even one in the washroom. Thats all though.
• Ronald (2/5): - We did not feel welcomed. Advertised on the web page as having kitchenette, but unlike the pictures just a microwave and mini fridge, extra food was unable to be prepared. We tried the restaurant sushi and did not finish eating it. The tv was so far from the bed as to be unwatchable. Will not stay here again

• Lin (10/5): - The manager was very friendly and informative. The room was big and clean. The bed was comfortable. There was a microwave and dishes /cutlery in the room. The best thing is that the locatiion is close to everything. You can park right at your room and its very quiet. Perfect.

• Czuj (10/5): Excellent price! Perfect location to everything convenient! Clean clean clean - The Alpine Motel is a wonderful little gem in Grande Cache. Although it’s a older property it is so well kept, exceptionally clean and the staff are amazing. We had a great stay with peace and quiet waking up to the beautiful view of the mountains.

• Loki (1/5): Block your door if you stay here. - The service was fast. Booking and checkout processes were very fast. The location is good. It’s got an A&W next door. The room was much larger than expected. Staff walked into my locked room as I was getting dressed. No knock, no call, just the sound of someone unlocking and opening the door and then seeing the clerk peering in at me. He apologized, but really this shouldn’t have happened in the first place. It was 8am too so it’s not like I was late for checkout. That aside, the bed was stiff and the lighting was abysmal.

• Terina (3/5): Great view, bad staff. - The only part of the hotel I liked was the view in the morning. When we checked into the hotel, the front staff was so rude and made me feel like we should not have booked through bookings. He kept telling me we should have booked through the hotel. I did not like his tone of voice towards me and my children. I will not be staying there again. The room was not correct either with the pictures that were shown. I had to fight to get an extra bed for one of my children. On the bookings it said five and all they gave us was two double beds and in the pictures there was a couch. In the end we did get the room with the pictures. But I was not happy that I had to fight for what I wanted. I have never been disappointed in a hotel through bookings except this one.
