• Jennifer (7/5): Great location, OK for a couple of nights - The location of this property is very good, can’t comment on the staff as we were only there a couple of days and never really saw them. The pool area looked grubby, I never went in the pool as I just didn’t like the look of it. Maybe once you’re in it it’s fine 🤷🏻‍♀️

• Evi (10/5): Liked it so much I came back twice - Great location! Tucked just off the main road, it’s nice and peaceful. It’s only about a 15 minute walk to the beach, and super close to the Bintang supermarket and other restaurants. In the morning we’ve been waking up to see the mountains of Bali. The pool is always clean and the perfect temperature!

Leider gab es deutliche Sauberkeitsmängel – sowohl bei der Bettwäsche und den Handtüchern als auch generell im Badezimmer. Insgesamt wirkte das Hotel nicht sehr einladend, eher kalt.

• Rachel (10/5): Fantastic hotel can’t wait to return! - Fantastic hotel and location, everyone very friendly and lots of people to talk to for a solo traveller. So peaceful but close to bars, shops, beaches etc. The new paving stones by the pool looked incredible and were a nice extra touch!

The staff were very helpful, especially when it was raining heavily, they kindly helped me with my bags to the taxi which I really appreciated. The room was clean and had everything I needed. Good value for money overall. Very simple, no real extras or standout features, but fine for a short stay.

• Peter (10/5): Friendly hotel in good location - This is a good hotel, well-hidden just off the main street of Seminyak, close to Bintang shopping centre. It had a wonderful pool, with greenery. We had one of the upstairs rooms. It was small but well organized, with good shower, good AC, TV and a fantastic king size bed. The staff are very nice, friendly, unobtrusive, happy to help anytime, they deserve a high mark! Nothing.

• rajpal (10/5): excellent and relaxing stay - Location very close to all good restaurants and Bintang Supermarket secluded from the main street, so less noise.
• David (9/5): Not new, not 4 star, but wins in every other category - The value/quality/location ratio wins for this place. Stayed here more than 10 times, certainly recommend the ground floor rooms - extra space for just a few more $$. Only 1 minute walk to Main Street but rooms are totally silent. The staff are all so friendly and helpful when needed 24/7 or they leave you alone if you ask. No restaurant, no breakfast, no dinner, but many food options within 3 mins walk. They also stored my luggage while i went to the islands for a few days. Airco - powerful cool. Shower hot water, plenty of it anytime, but its a no shower screen bathroom, so hey, lets wet things up a bit. Zero grief, dries up in a few hours. I will return = Recommended. Something is up with their fake grass areas, its always soggy wet and you can walk muddy bits into your room. They need to address the drainage. Same problem was there over 3 stays in 5 weeks.

• ellaaJ3170QR (2/5): Totally foul hotel riddled with mould - AVOID! - Worst hotel experience ever… Multiple disgusting elements of this run down hotel - - Awful smell of damp in the room - The bed sheets were dirty and stained all over - There was condensation inside the room as the doors to the balcony didn’t fully shut - The bathroom door was cemented to the ground so it would not close or move at all - The worst part of the room was that there was mould all over the outside of our fridge which was NEXT to the bed!! We were in our allocated room for all of 10 mins to take photos of the state of the room before going straight down to reception to ask for a refund as the room did not meet basic cleanliness standards. We were told this was not possible and we had to speak with the manager who was not on site and to come back the following day. The manager - Yogi - was particularly difficult with requesting the refund. After back and forth with him for 5 days (coming back to visit the hotel and take up our time on our holiday to request the refund in person) we were ‘fobbed off’ each time. He was claiming to have organised the refund on day 2 whereas he had not still by day 5 - promising us confirmation emails which we never received. We spent every day of our time in Seminyak going to visit Yogi at the hotel to ask for a refund and on the final day he reluctantly gave us it back as cash. Yogi was rude and had the cheek to tell us he was ‘tired of us’ when we politely and very simply just asked for a refund. If you want to sleep in a room which meets basic cleanliness standards, don’t stay here!!!!!!!!

• Robert (9/5): Great value, location and quiet. - Great location in Seminyak! Bintang Supermarket, bars and nice cafes are close by. Being set back from the Main Street, it’s also quiet. Best thing is the price! Such good value for the location & what you get. My 2nd time staying here and I will definitely be back. Nothing! Was great!

Mucho ruido, bichos, escaleras hasta tercera planta, habitación pequeña, sin espacio para poner maletas y dejar las cosas. Baño pequeño con ducha abierta. Difícil de encontrar aunque muy cerca de calle principal.

• Giovanna (7/5): vale para uma estadia bem curta - Localização Otima, na rua principal com mercado, restaurantes e lojas. Cama boa. Equipe educada. Wifi funciona bem. Os hospedes tem 10% de desconto em dois restaurantes ao lado da hospedagem. A limpeza deixou muito a desejar, vi vários ratos passando na varanda. O banheiro alaga toda vez que alguem toma banho pois não tem box nem desnível no piso e ensopa todo o chão. A parede tinha algumas infiltrações e mofo. Ar condicionado barulhento mas funcionando.

• Peter (9/5): A great location in the middle of Seminyak - Fantastic location, room was clean, bed was comfortable and the shower was great. A little kitchenette. We had ground floor with a pool view. Nice little balcony. Room is a good size. The location is great set back about 50 metres of the main street. Very quiet and then 50 metres away and you’re back in the action. Bintang Supermarket where you can get everything is about 100 metres away. Plenty of good restaurants and Warungs to choose from. Can’t say anything I can think of.

They had a free room but wouldn't put me in it for half an hour of answering questions, including my showing them confirmation and receipt, and the guy at desk calling the manager on phone. In the morning the wifi didn't work and no one in office to help.
