• Erik (9/5): Confortável, bem localizado! - Lindo lugar, quarto moderno, com sauna, banheira, confortável. As cortinas estavam estragadas e logo pela manhã bate um sol na cara, vale a pena ver essa questão da cortina. O banheiro por ter sauna, estava com um cheiro não Muito bom e precisava de uma atenção especial. O elevador muito pequeno e velho, mas isso já é estrutura do prédio antigo.

• Burns (9/5): I would recommend this property. The bed was really comfortable and we had everything we needed. - It felt very safe. As two female friends, we felt very safe here. The owners were helpful and the room was large and clean. The shower in the deluxe room was a little disappointing. We ended up using the handheld function as the waterfall feature was not practical.

• Nick R Young (8/5): Great location but not easy to find. - The location was excellent but not the easiest place to find as the door signage is not easy to spot. The room was warm and as the only window opened onto the outlet of a pizza restaurant it didn't enable any external cooling to be had during our stay. Despite attempts to change the air conditioning settings in the room it didn't appear to work and a request to get it working at reception did not provide any changes to the room temperature.

Las camas muy cómodas. La limpieza justita, si ibas descalzo parecías con los pies negros. No siempre nos reponian agua en la nevera y las toallas durante varios dias nos pusieron toallas de mano para la ducha. Se lo dijimos a Giorgia y lo solucionó. Tenia yo unas zapatillas de hotel y la de la limpieza las tiró.

Daytime street noise, no phone support (only delayed texts), a bad smell in the shower, and someone from the stuff entered my room after check-in without explanation (nothing was missing).

The lay out of the room was horrible without a place to even set a suitcase. My sister and I felt very uncomfortable in the room we received right 5-6 steps from the reception area.We slept with our clothes on. Our room was dirty, the walls were scuffed, the bathroom has built in corners, etc. We did not use the shower. I made my feelings about the room known to the front desk, she said there were not any other rooms available. I also told her I felt it was a lot of money for the room that they were providing to us. Had I not paid in advance, I would not have stayed. My sister and I traveled 30 days in Italy. Every other location we chose was lovely. This by far was the worst. It did not look anything like the photo.

Ci którzy nie zapoznają się z opisem pokoju mogą być zaskoczeni widokiem z okna, my na szczęście czytaliśmy więc był ok. Na pewno pokój ez widokiem na miasto mają ciekawsze scenerię. Ale to nie jest żadna uwaga, piszemy aby zapoznać się z opisem pokoi.

• Seany (9/5): Perfect place, ideal location. - The properties location is perfectly situated and quiet, 20 mins or so walk from most major landmarks in Rome centre. The property was clean, the staff friendly and we had plenty of room and room amenities. Would definitely stay here again. There were seemingly no English channels on the TV and we couldn’t get Netflix/ YouTube to work. Also the shelf in the shower was a bit wobbly but it’s only minor little things. Other than that perfection
• Helen (9/5): Fab place to stay for a visit to Rome - Lovely staff, Giorgia on reception was a joy to deal with. Well appointed rooms with a free stocked fridge with drinks and snacks. Great location for restaurants and to see Rome’s famous historic places. It’s an old renovated building but there’s a small lift so no lugging suitcases up stairs. Our room only had a small frosted window so no view, this didn’t bother us too much but if this is an issue, select a room with a view when booking. Bathroom felt slightly cramped and shower floor can be very slippery.

Ci hanno assegnato la numero 104, molto piccola, impossibile aprire la finestra perché entra tutto il puzzo della canna fumaria del locale sotto, il condizionatore non era funzionante al 100% e il bagno proprio non andava, da sistemare assolutamente, la presa scoperta all'interno della doccia anche no! Però c'è da dire che con molta gentilezza alla reception, fatto presente il problema, sì sono offerti di cambiare la nostra camera, ma visto che dovevamo soggiornare per un'ultima notte e dovevamo andare via alle 3 del mattino ho rifiutato e siamo rimasti nella stessa camera.

Centrally located near several landmarks. At night, it was very loud and you could hear quite a bit of street noise. However, the views might outweigh that downfall.

We talked with the manager (I think) and we got offered a refund for one night and he told us the transaction may take some time. We never heard of him again. And the bed was comfy The aircon didn’t work well so it was very hot in the room constantly. And it was very loud on our last night, it seemed like the room next to us had a dryer or washing machine in it and was going very late into the night. We also had the do not clean the room signal on but was ignored and cleaned anyway on our first day. We came back to our door wide open and was worried we had been broken into to.

• Hayley (6/5): Better options available - Michele at reception is friendly and willing to answer any questions. Hotel location is good and within walking distance to most of the Rome sites. The restaurant, Vinos, underneath is absolutely fabulous. The mini bar is stocked daily with snacks and drinks. Unfortunately the aircon and wifi in our first room was not working and we were not moved until day 2 of our stay due to being booked out. The rooms are basic, particularly the furniture and bathroom in particular. The window is very small and in the corner of the room with no light and if opened it opened to over look a close building. I did feel uncomfortable with the amount of cameras in the property hallways also. We also organised transfers to the cruise port, had to pay extra to pay card and on arrival at the port the gentleman wanted to charge extra than what was quoted. I wouldn’t return to the property.
• Will (7/5): Good - The location was great. The Colosseum, Pantheon and a range of sites were in close proximity. The hotel itself looks onto the site Cesar was murdered. Staff were great and allowed an earlier check in. If I had paid 300-400 pound id have been happy. But for around 580 (for 2 nights) it was below expectations. The toilet/bathroom did smell. The air con was not cool and the room did not go below around 23 degrees.
