- David (8/5): - Nice location There was 2 dead roaches in our room an left trash on the couch , I doubt the room was cleaned

Egal welche Unterkunft.
- Crystal (1/5): Crack head breakfast attendant and all the housekeepers all tatted up and sketchy af. The front desk did not even know w - Dirty The front desk guys came banging on my door at 7am asking if that was my name on the receipt. I was rudely awakened and no apology or explanation as to why?
- Baron (6/5): Below medium at best -
- Depaz (7/5): - The room Elevator
- Megna (2/5): - Location and price.
We would have left but it was graduation weekend and everything was sold out. Desperately needs basic maintenance and better cleaning.
- Thomas (4/5): Meh - Good location that’s about all. To turn on the shower you had to pull down on the bottom of the faucet, never seen that before. We asked about it at the front desk and they had a faucet there to show as an and example. So we were not the first. Rooms were not very clean.
- Ruth (10/5): Large room. - Breakfast was good. Can’t think of anything.
- Carter (5/5): Never will stay here again. Not good experience with Best Western hotels. - It was convenient to where we needed to go. Noisy elevator. Dirty wash cloth from earlier guest found in bathroom. Carpet dirty, not vacuumed. Used coffee in coffee maker.

- Cynthia (8/5): Always a good place to stay. - Good service, TV worked, nice beds, nice shower. Breakfast ran out of sausage. I guess we weren't early enough.
- Hannah (10/5): -
- Jennifer (5/5): Great location, friendly staff, but very unclean and definite maintenance issues. - Staff was very friendly. Abe at the front desk was extremely patient, helpful and courteous. He helped with all of the issues we had without hesitation. He made the room change we had to do very easy and painless.
The location was as great. A straight shot to Lowry field. The mall and restaurants were close by. There seems to be very little effort to actually clean the hotel because just about everywhere was dirty. The elevator floor was filthy and never cleaned during our stay. Also, it sounded like the elevator would break the shuddering was so loud as you rode it. There was trash on the hallway floor that was not picked up for 2 days and it didn’t seem like the halls were vacuumed. Another thing that was very disturbing was a bottle of bed bug killer that was left near the elevator.
As for the rooms, we had to change rooms, I’ll explain below, and both bathroom floors were sticky. I am not sure if it is what it is mopped with but my shoes and slippers. Also, neither room seemed to be vacuumed well. There are no working phones in the rooms.
Room #1 - There was a filthy face towel folded up and placed on the rack in the first room. There was also a “smell”.
Room #2 - The mat for the bathroom was dirty. The toilet area floor looked like it had been only ever been superficially cleaned as there was dirt on all corners. Also the lock for the top of the door was broken.
We had to switch rooms because the shower didn’t work. It also looked like someone had tried to repair the handle but didn’t fix it all the way as the collar for the shower was exposed. The tub was dirty as well.
I would like to give the place another chance, but there are some big issues that need to be addressed.
- Brandy (9/5): Perfect for our trip - Liked the suite. It was actually pretty quiet even within the room. The breakfast was good. Staff friendly. The hotel was clean. Any problems were taken care of quickly. Nothing.
- Gloria (1/5): - Bathroom was sticky, smelled like pee and didn't appear to have been cleaned at all. The coffee pot was broken and very dirty. The breakfast was not good at all. I usually stay here when I travel to Lubbock, but I don't think I will be returning. The staff was nice.
- Sonjia (4/5): -
- Michelle (10/5): -
- Danelle (1/5): Terrible. Will never stay here again. - The room smelt like cigarettes. The drawer was broken. The room still had keys from the last persons stay and had visibly not been cleaned. The shower was dirty. There was no toilet paper. And there was mold in the ice machine. When I went to the staff about it, I was simply told the manager will call me. Have not received a call. The breakfast was questionable at best. We did not eat the breakfast. We arrived at 11pm and were gone by 7am.
- Luigi (7/5): - All the staff was very helpful and friendly The room and facilities were very clean, but there was an unpleasant odor in the room; I think the smell has already permeated the carpet.
- Cecely (1/5): -
- Carmen (9/5): confortable - Clean and comfy n/a
- April (6/5): Sis not met expectations compared to >$400 price for one night - Liked the decent prices for snacks self drinks at foyer Only first floor had ice machine available
Bathroom had urine in toilet and trash in bathroom trashcan still when we checked in....
Did not have shampoo for shower
- James (9/5): Enjoyable - Average hotel food. However, selection of foods available met all our needs. I especially liked the d24 hour availaable hot coffee system. Room was very dark even with all the lights on.
- Yvette (1/5): - It was so dirty, elevators weren't functional, and staff wasn't very helpful.
- Chastity (7/5): King suite was roomy but dirty. Staff was amazing and so nice. Could be a nice pool but the birds use it as a bird bath. - Each staff member was so nice. The pool could be great but they need to clean the lounge chairs and deck better. Very dated and not very clean. The pull out couch had dirty sheets on it. No blankets were available from the front desk.
- Ortega (10/5): -
- Cassandra (5/5): It’s old out dated and over priced - Over priced Everything
- Rebecca (9/5): - Location was good Needs updates

- audreyaC1896TE (2/5): Unkept 2-Star Hotel - Dirty Room. Chips on the floor around bed.
Bathtub cracked around edge, looked like it was going to fall through the floor.
Hair and filth in and around tub and on bathroom floor.
Requested full housekeeping service, they changed one trashcan, did bed and left towels.
Tissues for napkins at the breakfast.
Elevator broken, shaking and noisy.
Zero maintenance throughout.
Balcony and chair covered in bird poo.
Two microwaves, one works.
Outlet disconnected from wall.
Affordable with convenient location!
But I have stayed in 'motels' that were nicer. Didn't feel safe there with my children.
- Kirsten (5/5): Inconvenient & frustrating. I didn’t even want to stay, but I already paid & unloaded everything. - None of bedding was washed. All was stained including pillow cases. One surface was not wiped/ was dirty. Had to strip & remake my bed for it to also be dirty like the others.
- Jesus (5/5): I called the day before to make sure the e pool was open because we just wanted to enjoy the pool like a staycation and - Location was good It wasn’t very clean and my bed was hard and broken and there was a hole in the restroom wall
- Gandy (8/5): Mostly good room, a little lacking on politeness. - It’s always clean. The beds are comfy, and the two beds are always fine. We never eat the breakfast: it’s a little skimpy. Last time I checked in, the person checking me in wasn’t great. A little short tempered.
- tamid992 (2/5): Room 116 - Stay away - The location is great. From the outside you wouldn't suspect the grossness of the bathroom (room 116). I stay at Best Western because I expect a clean room. I was pretty unwell when we arrived and I needed to sleep, so I didn't take too much notice of the bathroom (the shower curtain was also pulled and covering the nastiness) and some of the other issues. I did notice what appeared to be biological material on the duvet, so I dumped it onto the floor and got my own blankets (the sheets were clean) so I could sleep. The next morning when I inspected the tub/shower I was appalled. Absolutely disgusting! There was also a mark on the wall near the bed that appeared to be biological material, as well. There was a smoke detector over the bed that kept flashing a white light all night. If I hadn't been so unwell when we arrived I would've found another place to stay. I'll never stay here again.
- Nielsen (7/5): Price was good, so I guess ya get what ya pay for!!! - The food was good, the area was clean. Location was pk You were shorthanded. We needed to use the sofasleeper went to get sheets and they were wet.
Bed was horrible. In the bathroom there were holes in the walls from missing towel racks. And the elevator shook and sounded like it was going to quit!
- gabrielle (10/5): -
- Jeffrey (10/5): Great stay at a great price. - Nice and clean
- Temilade (1/5): Do not book a stay at this hotel or you will regret it. - Nothing, it looked dirty and unkept. The room was dirty, the bathroom was even worse. We had to get a refund and booked another hotel immediately!!! The front end staff on April 17th, the evening shift was not apologetic but extremely rude and did not help in getting us another room or getting our refund. We had to call booking to complete it all
- Ashley (7/5): -
- Marquitta (10/5): -
- Deborah (10/5): - The staff was wonderful Air conditioning in 198 does not work.
- Bobby (6/5): - The staff was friendly & I liked i could control the temperature in our room, the room was clean & I liked the view of the pool (even if it is out of order) The elevators are shaky, the main lobby elevator is worse then the other one & makes loud noises (definitely felt uneasy using the main elevator). the ice machine on our floor was broken & wasn't working. The king bad in our room was also half broken & really hard.
- Christina (9/5): -
- Michelle (5/5): - I love the price, comfy beds & pillows. Hotel needs a little TLC. Pool not open year round nor heated and dirty. Only 2 ice machines & both where broken. Elevators scary. They are loud and shake!! Window in my room needs replaced. Gaping hole so dirt blows in when windy & tub needs replacing or better paint & caulking job.
- Cherry Rose (9/5): I almost say perfect except the shower - The room was spacious and easy check-in I find it challenging to use the shower.
- Thrishana (2/5): No more BEST WESTERN for me. - Location pricing Howdy. I have been stating at this site everytime visit the area for the past 3 plus years. It really hurt my heart that this time my stay was not the best. First I had two rooms. In my room #300 walk into the room and the King was on the floor.Spots on the mattress cover.Main lighting did not work. Beds was very uncomfortable. Breakfast was sad. There was no eggs, thus was at 6:45am,Sunday April 5, 2026. The attendance that was over the Breakfast continues apologize to all of us guests. I told her it wasnt her fault you just work here. There was no yogurt bread smell horrible for toast. On my checkout Monday the milk was spoiled only had decafe coffee, there was eggs this day. Waffle mix was watery no you know that made the waffle turn out not done. The elevator has been shaking the last two stays that I have been there. I am unsatisfied with Best Western. Thank you but no thank will not be staying here anymore.

- X5973OPmarkl (2/5): It was like being in Hotel Hell - 5310 Englewood Ave Lubbock, this place is the most unprofessional hotel I’ve ever stayed at the only reason my wife & I stayed there is because my in-laws were already staying their we were told by front desk that we couldn’t do a early check out because we will still get charged so we were pretty much stuck, while we were there their seemed to be a lot of drama between staff the lady with tattoos on her neck seemed to be speaking badly to another employee about another employee expressing how she was going to beat the other employee up when she seen her, her language was unprofessional as well as her actions.. the hotel is a place of business not a boxing ring..I followed the lady with the tattoos because I was concerned not knowing if the employee she wanted to beat up was there in the hotel because I did hear at one point a woman of color tell the lady with the tattoos something about the intended victim being elderly, I will be contacting your corporate office about this behavior and ask that they conduct a full investigation because if employees are expressing a intent to harm another employee how safe are your customers and children of your customers?
The only good experience there is asking the lady who did breakfast a question she was polite, when we went to check out the lady whom I am assuming was the front desk lady was sitting on a sofa on a laptop not even dressed professionally didn’t greet us let alone get off the sofa she asked if we were checking out, I told her yes, she still didn’t get up from the sofa but pointed at the front desk counter to told me I could leave the room card there…during my stay the only polite employees that I encountered was 3 a lady pushing a big blue buggy, the woman of color when I asked for a extra towel this morning and the lady at breakfast, my in-laws and my wife and I will never spend a dime to stay there again and I will also let your corporate office know this, most people go to hotels to relax, or they are visiting family etc instead of this being a enjoyable and pleasant experience to put it frank it was like hotel hell so anyone reading this if you want to experience unprofessionalism, cursing, lazy front desk go there, by far the worst experience I’ve ever had, I really hope the corporate office does handle this in a prompt manner after I call them in the morning
Not sure if I will be able to update or if the corporate office will update me but if I do which I fully intend on asking for updates on my experience I will comeback on here and update the out come
- Steven (9/5): Would definitely return - Nice facility and staff ?

- Cesar (10/5): -
- Vaij (5/5): Mixed Bag - I had a deeply concerning experience at this hotel. I was checked into an ADA suite that had dog waste in the bathroom—a major health and safety oversight. While the staff moved me to a new room quickly, a biohazard like this should never pass a housekeeping inspection. On the positive side, the breakfast and the second room were good. However, the rest of the property feels dusty and neglected. I hope management repairs their noisy elevator and improves cleaning protocols soon.
- Robin (7/5): - Great price and location. Elevator shakes a lot. Walls in room could definitely use some work. Paint was coming off the walls in places. Shower head was partially stopped up and didn’t work as it should.
- Judy (10/5): Wonderful experience - Location, staff and cleanliness No complaints
- Shetara (10/5): - Love this hotel
- Judy (10/5): We needed an early check in and it was granted. - Location, cleanliness and staff No complaints
- Judy (10/5): Great stay - Location, staff and cleanliness Everything was great
- Garet (9/5): -
- Shelly (1/5): Nasty!!!!!!!!!!! - The location. The rooms are nasty someone had used the bathroom in our room before we checked in and didn’t flush it. There were trash left on the floor, mold in the shower, and no sheets on the bed just the comforter.
- Deborah (9/5): - Almost everything. Food
- Hollingsworth (7/5): -
- Mae (7/5): -
- Joslyn (10/5): -
- Paticus (7/5): The hotel was clean and worth the money if you just want to a comfortable place to sleep. - It was clean. Breakfast was very basic.
- Daisy (10/5): - Loved it all. I had to shower in cold water:( and the faucet to the restroom sink leaked all day.
- Catarino7 (10/5): Best everddrer - The staff were so nice and the room was very spacious and very comfortable and clean Nothing everything was great
- Jeanette (4/5): -
- Mercedes (1/5): Terrible I’ve been requesting a refund -
- Geoff (3/5): -
- Holder (5/5): I felt like home - Breakfast was good staff was good and the room was great Washer and dryer and ice machine didn't work
- Battistoli (1/5): The whole experience of my stay sucked it was horrible the staff made it horrible and you ripped me - I didn't like a I don't like anything the whole stay with horrible the staff was rude the elevator sucks it shakes the first room they put me in was completely dirty like somebody was still staying in it the second room they put me in the toilet didn't work and if the floor is dirty I booked it online and I paid online it was supposed to be $70 I got charged $136 and then when I got to the hotel I got charged another $136 then the guy made me give him $100 bill in cash for deposit and then he still took my card for incidentals and he didn't give me my change or my $100 bill back and he continued to charge my card again so yeah I know the whole thing sucked very disappointed got ripped off and I'm going to tell everybody unless I get my freaking money back because a room that was 70 bucks ended up costing me over $400 for two nights I'm extremely disappointed extremely upset and very unsatisfied Everything the whole experience completely freaking sucked and ruined my whole stay.
- Elen (8/5): - Spacious
- Mercedes (1/5): Rude customer service - Rude Them knocking on my door at 5 am
- Davis (6/5): -
- Briana (10/5): -
- Mickey (9/5): -
- Erika (3/5): Priced as a hotel, but looks like a motel. - Very run down. Property looked as if maintenance crew is just one guy who lacks pride in his work. The thing I disliked the most. Over all reason I will not be going back, is the lack of cleanliness that is shown throughout the property. Elevator looks and sounds as if it is going to fall apart before it can reach the second floor. My room was so dirty, I literally had to go to the local store and get bleach to spray all over the restroom and common areas.
