• Juji (7/5): It was great ! - The property is huge, but could have put as well basketball court as the vacant lot is so big. I don’t like the swimming pool so much that it was too small and at that time too many people it was too crowded that we couldn’t swim just dipping our body

• Antoine (8/5): Chouette séjours, je conseille - L’espace piscine est vraiment agréable. Les maisons sont top avec tout l’équipement réacquis pour un chouette séjour Malheureusement trop peu de place pour se changer dans les vestiaires de la piscine, seulement deux cabines pour tout le complexe.
• Timo (6/5): Matige ervaring - Het zwembad, wellness Het appartement was nogal vies toen we aankwamen. De deuren stonden open. Geen schoonmaakmiddelen of andere verbruiksartikelen aanwezig. Niet eens een handzeepje of theezakje. Ook geen handdoeken. We moesten alles zelf kopen. Op de bedden en de muren van de slaapkamer zaten vlekken. Toen we weggingen probeerden ze nog extra kosten door te berekenen voor dingen waar we niet om gevraagd hebben. Voor deze prijs heb ik elders betere ervaringen gehad.

• Florence (8/5): Séjour entre familles amies avec de nombreux enfants, et tout a été parfait ! Nous avons vraiment apprécié notre venue : - Nous avons particulièrement apprécié l’espace du logement, idéal pour se sentir à l’aise en famille. Les jeux pour enfants juste en face sont un vrai plus, tout comme la piscine et le spa qui permettent de vraiment se détendre. Le calme des lieux et la situation géographique complètent parfaitement le séjour. Une adresse que nous recommandons sans hésiter !

• Bruno (8/5): Recomendo para familias - Boas instalações e comodidades para quem fica alojado em uma casa De as crianças so poderem utilizar a piscina das 8h as 10h e das 16h as 18h o que não é justo perante os adultos. Não faz sentido esta restrição de horários e que acabam por perder no pequeno almoço porque quem acorda cedo para ir com os filhos para a piscina já não tem tempo para o pequeno almoço no hotel

• KOVALCHUK-KOVALEVSKAIA (6/5): - Nice piece of nature around. Swimming pool is nice. The bathroom was not finished for cleaning when we've arrived. There was a water just in the middle of the bathroom. Towels are not included into the apartment booking at all. So, please be prepared to rent it for additional price or better take with you. Limited hours for children to visit swimming pool.

• Gerry (8/5): Leuke accommodatie, beperkte sauna in badkleding - Fijne accomodatie met keuken en woonkamer. Ruimte voor 4 personen. Basic wellness, helaas met badkleding, druk en klein van opzet, weinig sauna mogelijkheid. Leuk om te poolen en goed uitziend restaurant. Onhandige zaken in het huis, beperkt ingericht waardoor we alsnog zout peper wc papier en theedoeken moesten kopen.
• Abhijeet (9/5): Good Holiday Destination - Facilities like swimming pool, sauna . Found it very good considering location , facilities and cleanliness maintained. All members enjoyed stay. Nothing as such . However There was overrunning heating radiator in living room which couldn’t be controlled by smart control device in house or admins. We reported and kept windows open as workaround.

• CORALIE (8/5): Bon séjour mais besoin de rénovation dans les maisons à louer - L’emplacement, l’espace wellness, le calme en hiver, l’accueil du personnel. Ceux qui réservent des maisons n’ont pas les avantages de ceux qui sont à l’hôtel (comme des peignoirs ou des serviettes). Il y a beaucoup de vis-á-vis dans les maisons. Salle de bain trop ancienne. Peu d’équipements dans la maison.

Łazienka z wanną z oknem w suficie rewelacja Niedaleko znajdują się sklepy i restauracje, z basenu roztacza się piękny widok. Była kuchenka, ale nie było garnków. Znalazło się sporo pajęczyn na ścianach.

• Maryse (7/5): Chouette endroit - - l'accueil check in, check out. - la proximité de Durbuy. - le wellness même si on a trouvé qu'un seul jacuzzi c'était peu. - emplacement facile pour se garer. -manque d'essuis vaisselle et mains pour sanitaires. -pas assez de coussins, couvertures. -problème de condensation au niveau des fenêtres des chambres, de l'eau tombait en gouttes à gouttes sur le lit. - une seule table de nuit par chambre.. -pas de torchon ou carpette près de la porte extérieur, si on va dehors on rentre et on salit tout..

• Stijn (8/5): GezOntspanning - Zeer vriendelijk personeel! Nette faciliteiten en proper vakantiehuisje, in principe is er alles wat je nodig hebt. Huisje was koud bij arriveren en verwarming badkamer bleek niet te werken. Geen scherp mesje noch broodplankjes/eetkommetjes aanwezig, alsook geen broodrooster, maar verder alles tiptop en ruim aanwezig
• Apostolos (9/5): Enjoyed the stay. Careful with meals’ waiting times - Outdoor area is great for kids too. As long as the weather permits it. They could also have a few more though like a basketball or small football court etc as there’s quite lot of space. Although dinner was reserved (it’s mandatory), it was delayed for more than an hour. The number of visitors cannot be a surprise to the restaurant as the already know in advance the number and time guests will arrive. Pool hours are quite restrictive for kids. Still, during the kids’ time, adults were in the pool too. What is the point then of providing “kids’ time”? All pool beds were taken by adults and even by visitors that were not even there. There must be a better way to deal with this. Floor quite slippery when wet. I am surprit they didn’t have any serious injury.

Ménage en profondeur a faire et équipement a rafraîchir (paire de ciseau absente, poêles qui accrochent, pas de bol ni de nécessaire de ménage...)
• Joachim (7/5): Affordable okay-ish place in the Ardens - Azur en Ardennes has a nice but rather small swimming pool, that is kept clean and available for kids in morning and evening hours. Houses are rather spacious and hotel is surrounded by a nice patch of green. The holiday houses smell of wet dogs and the atmosphere resembles that of a slightly worn out hospital. Sauna is far from hot as visitors open and close doors constantly and the steam bath even is kind of chilly
• DANIEL (8/5): Très bon séjour détente mais avec quelques points à améliorer - Espace wellness très agréable, avec des horaires destinés aux voyageurs sans enfants, ce qui pour la piscine et le hammam /sauna est vraiment appreciable. Maison de vacances très agréable avec des lits trèèèès confortables. Le manque d'équipements de cuisine, aucune passoire à pâtes, aucun essuie de cuisine, aucun essuie de salle de bain (pas bien précisé). Le kit d'arrivée est très réduit.

Wat n kabaal, dat schuiven vd stoelen over de vloer. Je hoort het van 3 huisjes verder!! En n douchewand zou fijn zijn. Nu wordt alles snel nat bij douchen in bad.

• Katarzyna (10/5): really a place worth the price! - A place worth recommending! Beautiful surroundings, Durbuy is a beautiful, atmospheric city! The breakfast is delicious and the staff there are lovely! The only thing you should change is the children's pool hours. The hours are between 8:00-10:00 a.m. and 4:00-6:00 p.m., ideally! But… during these hours, it should only be open to families with children, because elderly women can spend hours in the jacuzzi, and small children don't have the opportunity to use it.

• Mahdi (7/5): Nice, but can be easily become better - Location is very nice with a quick access to the city. House is clean and optimal. The Spa including swimming pool is a bit small, but OK. The facilities of the house is not complete. There is no towel and you need to rent it. There is no toaster for the bread. Also normally some basic stuff such as dish washer tablets, salts, coffee etc. are available at rental houses. Due to experience for last years with other houses, it was a bit surprise. Shower does not have a curtain, so make it difficult to use. Also for a three bed room house, there is only one toilet. Finally, time of the swimming pool is limited for kids which is not nice :), specially 8 to 10 in the morning is not very favorable.

• isabel (7/5): - Het zwembad en de jacuzzi waren zalig ! Het huisje was meer dan oke, alles was aanwezig,grote oven, Goed fornuis,voldoende pannen, hetgeen wat je nodig had was allemaal aanwezig. Jammergenoeg rook huisje 11 precies alsof er iemand boven pipi gedaan had in de kast ofzo.

• Tina (7/5): Hyggeligt, stille - Stille og roligt. Muligheder for brug af pool og så det skønne område. Gamle slidte huset, der trænger til dybere rengøring og maling. Kun 1 toilet til 8-9 mennesker, der kunne nemt at været et toilet på 1 salen inde på badeværelset og så bare brugser i stedet for badekar. Tynde skumgummimadresser på sengene.
