Третий раз подряд в номере не работают весы - либо врут на 20 кг , либо нет батарейки . Время на часах в номере часто не выставлено. На завтраке персонал больше заинтересован своими мобильными телефонами , чем клиентами . Останавливаюсь в гостинице лет пять три-четыре раза в год , гостиница деградирует , жаль .

И провести беседу с персоналом, чтобы они работали, а не за - В целом отель неплохой, хотя конечно на мой взгляд на 5 звезд не тянет - скорее твердая 4. Очень скудный завтрак, при том, что его цена довольно высокая. Работа персонала, который обслуживает завтрак, также оставляет желать лучшего. Их там несколько человек, а толку мало. Мы попросили приготовить яичницу, нам ответили, что да сейчас и видимо забыли про это. Когда мы снова спросили а где же наша яичница, они вспомнили и послали за женщиной, которая её готовит. Учитывая тот факт, что у нас было ограничено время для завтрака, это было очень неприятно.

- Sergey (4/5): - Из плюсов это местоположение и наверное больше ничего Очень шумно, слышимость такая будто вы спите на улице. Персонал некомпетентный, вам не помогут забронировать стол в ресторане, вам не принесут чистые полотенца даже если вы позвоните 2 раза, сервиса здесь просто нет. Уборка номера тоже интересная, настолько поверхностная что не замечали мусор на полу и оставляли его лежать дальше. Бассейн грязный, холодный, сауна холодная, в душевой нет мыла, полотенца искали сами. Это не отель 5 звезд, даже не рядом.

- Raffi (3/5): the room i booked wasn’t available - the location was very good I have booked a room with a king bed, when I have arrived at the hotel the front desk told me they don’t have any available room with king size bed, they offered me a room with 3 single beds, saying that’s the only room available, definitely didn’t enjoy my stay

- Ekaterina (9/5): Отличное месторасположение, но номера требуют ремонта - Шикарное расположение, очень близко к площади Республики и ко всем паркам и достопримечательностям. Отличные завтраки шведский стол, свежие овощи и фрукты, рыба, омлеты. Номер уставший, матрас жесткий, полотенца потрепаные, в ванной плесень и вода плохо уходит. Убираются не каждый день. Вода в бассейне прохладная, если поплавать после тренировки то отлично, но поплескаться с ребенком не получится, холодно.

- Christina (6/5): Not value for money - Staff and location We stayed in the Presidential Suite and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. There was no welcome gift upon arrival — no fruit, sweets, or any gesture at all, which is quite surprising for this level of room. It was the first time we experienced such treatment. The phone in the room was not working, and instead of fixing it, it was simply removed after we reported the issue. There was also no pen, pencil, or notepad available in the room. Only one bathrobe was provided, even though the suite was booked for me and my two children (9 years old). After requesting additional ones, only one more robe was brought. There was no room service, which was very unexpected for a Presidential Suite. Overall, it did not feel like we were staying in a suite of this category. This is the first time we have had such a negative experience. As for the level of service — it was practically non-existent. Unfortunately, we have no desire to stay in this suite again.
- Neil (9/5): Excellent value for money. - The cleaning staff were cleaning the rooms every day and were pleasant and thorough. There was a doorman who opened the door if you entered or left the hotel. The hotel is right in the centre and very convenient for the sights. Breakfast was very overpriced but I think it may have been run by a separate company. We went out for breakfast across the road each day. It could be a little noisy at night with traffic, but then we closed the windows and it was fine.

Окна пропускают шум . На 5 звезд отель никак не похож , скорее видавший виды 4 звезды . В номере 1 халат .

- ELENA (10/5): - It was a big room with two comfy beds and a roomy useful bathroom. We enjoyed the various breakfasts and were pleased with the excellent guests service. After checking out, we asked if they could hold our suitcases, our bag of groceries, and our flowers until the evening. The reception staff kindly agreed to do so for us. Thank you 😊

- Laura (5/5): «Рыба греет с головы» - доброжелательные и трудолюбивые горничные. Все было очень плохо. Оказывается отель несколько лет назад сдали в аренду и арендаторы экономят на всем, даже на персонале ресепшен. Все в ужасном запустении. Никакого организационного порядка и ощущения, что вам рады. Все очень старое, мебель и ковролин требуют замены, впрочем, как и сам отель нуждается в ремонте. Это максимум 3 звезды.

- Alexander (6/5): - Месторасположение Шумоизоляция практически отсутствует, как между номерами, так и с улицей. Нет ощутимой разницы закрыто окно или открыто. Какая то проблема с вентиляцией . Постоянно затхлый запах из канализации.
- Varvara (6/5): К сожалению, нет заявленных 5 звезд. Во второй раз точно не остановлюсь. - В целом, номер был просторный и чистый. Расположение очень хорошее, прямо около площади Республики. Выбирая 5* отель, я рассчитывала на соответствующий уровень. Увы, мои ожидания не оправдались. 1) Отель большой, претендующий на 5 звезд берет только своим расположением. Сами номера, хоть и просторные, но по факту, достаточно старые. В ванной у нас была дарка в стене с доступом к коммуникациям, к примеру. 2) Я бронировала один номер на троих человек. То есть это не то, чтобы я приехала и на месте сказала, можно мы доплатим за проживание третьего человека в номере. На ресепшне мне при регистрации подтвердили сами сотрудники отеля, что нас трое. Мы заходим в номер - там 2 кровати и 2 комплекта полотенец/халатов/тапочек/душевых принадлежностей. Звоним на ресепшн - "ой, да, сейчас принесем". Ждем какое-то время, чтобы нам доставили дополнительное спальное место, застелили, дали подобающий комплект. На моменте халата сказали, что сейчас нет свободных халатов и смогут дать на следующий день только. 3) Поддержание номера в плане уборки хорошее. Но в плане слежения, чтобы не заканчивалось что-то - увы, нет. К примеру, за уровнем туалетной бумаги не следят. 4) Я не знаю, какой запах они хотят скрыть в отеле, но на каждом этаже настолько сильно пропитано все диффузорами, что у нас голова раскалывалась от пребывания там. Мы ездили компанией девчонок и нам очень хотелось, чтобы был экспириенс именно пяти-звездочного отеля. К сожалению, это совсем не удалось.

- Olga (9/5): - Очень приветливый и отзывчивый персонал. Одолжили даже свой личный зонтик. Консультировали по всем вопросам и реагировали молниеносно на все просьбы. Завтрак отличный! Хороший матрас и подушки, приятное белье. Полотенца староватые, конечно. Холодная вода в бассейне была и в целом в этом помещении очень прохладно. Так и не искупались.

- António (9/5): Adorei !! - A localização é muito boa, de facto é muito boa a 5 minutos de toda a acção da cidade e do centro, simplesmente espetacular, o hotel é muito central e perto de muitos restaurantes e da Praça da Republica. A entrada do Hotel estava em obras exteriores.

- Aleksei (10/5): - * изумительный завтрак (большой выбор еды на шведском столе, свежие и качественные продукты) * качественное постельное белье * хороший, удобный матрац * по две плоских подушки на человека, можно выбрать повыше или пониже * горячая вода начинала идти сразу * хороший выбор туалетных принадлежностей * удобные тапочки * несмотря на то, что окна нашего номера выходили на улицу (Amiryan St) в номере было тихо и это нисколько не мешало спать. Если специально искать недостатки, то был только один, но это нисколько не повлияло на наше положительное впечатление - в момент нашего завтрака, не было на месте повара, который жарит омлет (хотя все ингредиенты и печь были)

Non c' erano delle scritte con i nomi delle cose da mangiare, la frutta essiccata era vecchia. Come voto darei tra 6/7 e non ottima come diceva booking

- Elena Denisenko (6/5): Good central location to walk the center but definitely not a 5 star Hotel - Central Location. Friendliness of portmen Extremely noisy. Cannot sleep with the traffic and music nearby. Insulation is not adequate. Gave us an inferior room of what we booked. Said photos were misleading. Hamam was not working . Room was not properly cleaned and bathroom had smell from sewage.

Отличное обслуживание, внимательный, приветливый и отзывчивый персонал, очень чисто в номерах, качественные доп. услуги (химчистка, стирка), бассейн, тренажерный зал (небольшой, но есть тренажеры на все группы мышц), отличное расположение в центре города. Спасибо всему персоналу за комфортный отдых! Вернемся в отель снова!
