Front desk took off parking cost for the inconvenience so that was very appreciated. Parking was great. Overall nice stay

- Toni (2/5): - Bathroom door was unsafe. It kept getting stuck and hard to open. If we shut it all the way, the only way it could be opened was with force from the outside. We informed staff the moment it started happening when we arrived and we were told they would pass it on and until then we needed to just “keep the door open at all times”. Huge inconvenience and invasion of privacy when 3 people staying in a room. We also went to make the couch bed and it still had dirty sheets on it from a guest before us.

They need to change out the comforters in the rooms and did not have a locker or a lock box safe in the room so couldn’t store stuff when you left the room you had to take it with you

- Luba (8/5): A little improvement could make this place great - Our stay was good and comfortable. Service was ok. We had to ask for our room to be serviced 2 or 3 times. The breakfast wasn’t very good and the coffee was old and cold even one hour before it was supposed to end.

Omce we went back in the room to get ready for check out, while i was laying in the bed there was a bug crawling directly on the bed sheets. Which completely ruined the stay for me. We where on the 3rd floor. I killed the bug and immediately wanted to ge the heck out of there. They need to take proper measures to keep the rooms bug free. This is why people pay good money to stay at the Hyatt...otherwise we could have stayed at a motel 6. Very disappointing.

- Jennifer (10/5): Great stay for TTU visit - Check in was quick and easy. Room was spacious and needed for orientation to move items around and all the swag we were collecting. It was easy to reach the school, plenty of food options within walking distance. Ice machines worked. Room was refreshingly cool coming back after being in the heat. Breakfast had good options. Staff was very friendly and room was clean and adequate hot water. Plan to book here again

- LEIGH (10/5): Could not ask for a better stay - Once again, we had an amazing stay. From check in to check out, each employee was very kind and helpful. We felt like we were a guest in their home. Our room was lovely and very comfortable. It was a blessing to have a walk-in shower, and also a sofa on which to relax. Breakfast was delicious and had a wide variety of items to choose from. We are already looking forward to our next stay here!

The day we were to arrive I got a call letting me know the hotel couldn’t honor my reservation because they overbooked. How was that my problem when I booked months In advance? Hotels.com couldn’t do anything about it. Had to call the hotel and they accommodated me to a smaller bedroom and said I would get a refund (which I didn’t get by the way) My small rooms couch had a stain that hadn’t been cleaned and popcor around it. Overall the hotel is a nice one and it’s walking distance to Texas Tech Campus

I wasn't a fan of the frosted glass bathroom door; privacy felt compromised and if you turned on the bathroom light, it lit up the room, which was annoying if someone was sleeping. Bring a night light with a switch. Buffet Breakfast included the standard Bacon or ham or sausage, eggs, french toast strips, biscuits & gravy, fresh fruit. [Late] dinner was limited to burgers and pizza. Small bar in lobby. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and plan to stay here for future visits.
