• Linda (8/5): Convenient location near area attractions. - We were visiting family in the area so the location was convenient. The staff were great and very helpful. The mattress could be more comfortable. It felt like there was a board down through the center.
• Dana (2/5): Stained towels, horrible smell, cold shower, dirty. This is cheap for a reason. Wouldn't stay again. - The bed was really comfortable. The price per night was reasonable vs other places available in the area. One of the staff members who greeted us was really friendly and consistently helpful throughout our stay. Smell: The room smelled so strongly of bleach when we arrived it was hard to breathe. After leaving the bathroom fan on for 10 hours it was better but could still smell it. 3 days later it was almost gone. Stained towels + bedding All but one of the towels had stains on them - looked like either blood spots or rust, and some had light yellow/brown splotches. One of the pillows was stained with black smears. There was a long hair on one pillow. Bedspread stained on the underside. We asked for replacements and those were stained too. Had to ask a third time specifically for non-stained towels and pillows, and most of what they brought us (not all) was finally without stains. More bad smell The heater/ac/fan unit emitted a horrible smell even when blowing plain air into the room so we couldn't use it. Did not smell healthy at all. Dirty fridge Not fully cleaned - brown flakes and black dots of something inside. Dirty microwave Inside top and sides had food splatters caked on them. Shower suddenly cold - every time When taking a shower it started out hot but after about 3 mins it got cold for a few minutes before going hot again. It did this every time. Wifi spotty Every time I used the Wi-Fi for more than 10 minutes it would lag for 2+minutes before working again. Glad I didn't have any work to do - would have been nearly impossible to get any sort of project done, and certainly couldn't do a Zoom meeting * I'm giving this a rating of 2 and not 1, only because the bed itself was really comfortable.

Police being called twice for crime and drug overdose. People dealing drugs out of the rooms. People loitering in the parking lot all hours day and night.

The mini-fridge was full of what looked like animal hair. There was only a small lock on the handle of the door and no chain or deadbolt. The sheets were clean- that’s the only good thing about the room.

• Rebecca (3/5): - Close to amenities and I5. The room was run down and dirty. The couch was stained and smelled bad, shouldn't have been still being used. There were stains, patched holes left unpainted, the headboard was filthy and coming apart, my sheets were dirty, the shower\tub was covered in old paint, I had to move the microwave to be able to plug it in and use it, the fridge barely worked and had tape to make it work. The room I was given was above some kinda pump that ran most of the day and vibrated the room, making getting any work done difficult.

• Loretta (4/5): - I was wondering about safety as well as there were dirty mattresses' just stacked in lobby. The smell in some outdoor areas was very unpleasant. There was a broken down car in the parking lot that had been there a very long time. The room was clean, but very worn looking.

• Grant (4/5): - The room smelled like wet dog and Lysol. No matter what I did I could not get the smell out of the room, so I just lived with it. When I got there the window was open. It was apparent that they were trying to air out the room. The heater/air conditioner wouldn't turn off with the on/off switch, so it kept turning on no matter what temperature I set it to, and when starting up it was extremely loud which kept waking me up during the night. The Wi-Fi was mediocre at best which was frustrating since I had a lot of work on my computer to do. I've stayed here before and it has never been this bad. I 'might' give it another try. But I would rather stay somewhere a half-hour away rather than deal with this again. We'll see...

We abandoned our reservation and paid to sleep somewhere else! We would never have our children be in that area!!!

When I went to office to tell him I was leaving there were 5 cop cars there!!

The toilet was constantly running and I had to fix it to be able to flush the toilet. The mattress was extremely dirty with dirt and stains all over. Then tried to put us on the second floor even though they knew there was a blind occupant for this room who could not use the stairs. The entrance ways frame was very unstable and would move as you walked through it.

He remembered my name and face from before. I was treated with the upmost respect. Got into my room and it wasn't as clean as i would like but it wasn't disgusting either.

They were sticky like they were washed with something maybe not meant for floor and there’s a pretty big gap between the door and the door frame to the outside. Also, we stairs leading up to the second floor are rickety.
