Brian (8/5): This was a great priced hotel with very good accommodations. - Excellent beds & pillows, great sleep. Nice pool and exercise room. The tile floors in the room were cold. Heating was average, it seemed to blow cool air a lot.

KatyG448 (10/5): The Best Hotel in Rochester! - We have had the pleasure of staying at this property 3 times now for various visits to the Mayo Clinic and Hospital. The hotel staff are very friendly, helpful, and so very kind. The hotel is clean, the rooms are comfortable, spacious, and very clean. The breakfast is simple yet lots of choices and gets the job done. Bottom line… we have stayed at several Properties in Rochester over the years of coming to Mayo and hands down this is our favorite! We have two more trips booked already :)
R8546MZbeverlyg (10/5): Exceptional Property for a Great Price - As someone that usually stays in alot of high end hotels for work I was amazed at the quality and customer service in this affordable hotel. Paul and Candy are exceptional managers. As some have mentioned they don't offer a full scale breakfast but what they offer is more than adequate. Coffee 24 hours a day, Clean Rooms, Free Parking, Complimentary Fresh Fruit and Waters, and as mentioned previously the staff are amazing. I had a mix up with my reservation and Paul helped me address the situation. You will see Him and Candy doing everything, continually cleaning, moping floors, shoveling snow, checking on rooms, whatever needs done. You just don't see that type of work ethic enough anymore. The great reviews are accurate on this property.

Very kind. Very helpful. I liked that housekeeping would come if you asked. Otherwise they don't bother you. If you ask for clean towels, etc they are happy to provide for you. The only thing would be a shuttle that didn’t make as many hotel stops. It was a long ride to the Mayo Clinc but a short ride back. Also to have more times they would come would be helpful. If you missed the 2:18 shuttle you have to wait until 4:30 for the next one and after a long day of waiting, it’s tiring.

Maybe an egg scramble with bits of ham or sausage. I think it was great. Our daughter lives in Rochester very close by so it completely met our needs.

Great location, close to gas, stores and the exit to and from the main road. Beds were comfortable, nice pillows and nice bathrooms with super nice soap/shampoo and lotion products. Our room was very warm at night and was a bit hard to sleep. We tried adjusting the thermostat but we had to turn the air conditioner on for a bit and go back and forth. The room was very small and cramped- but loved the window seat!

Found Bio hazardous trash in the room. Was a bloody bandage. Front desk staff is rude. Candy called me a liar! Said i put this there myself. Never got mistreated by front desk staff like this! Unacceptable reaction even for a Motel 6. Breakfast nothing warm. Not even an english muffin. More diamond member parking spaces than for handicapped people. No salt was applied to outside area. SLIPPERY in parking lot. TERRIBLE HOTEL!

Always clean, always friendly service; and while it's quite a ways south of downtown it is conveniently located next to a shopping district that has anything you could need. The only reason I'm not giving it four stars is they regularly have Fox News playing on the lobby television. You'd hope management would have the foresight not to play something so biased and divisive. Hilton obviously has some work to do in managing their vision of true hospitality.

S1262REjoek (8/5): Good budget choice - Usually stay in Hamptons or home2 suites but wanted to try spark, not a bad choice This is a refurbished hotel not a new built, the rooms are small especially the bathrooms, however the hotel is very clean the employees are super friendly the shower was hot but could have used a bit more power, could hear a lot of noise early in the evening thru the walls but once things settled down had no trouble sleeping in the comfortable beds. Would not hesitate to stay here again

Indonesia (10/5): Great value for the money! Room simple, but all you really need for a stay! Mircrowave and fridge included in the room. - The staff was really nice ! The bed were squeaky all night, but the bed we’re ok and comfortable. Also found a dirty, stuck together wash cloth hanging with the clean ones during arrival.
