- Prakash (2/5): - I was hugely disappointed after I arrived to the hotel. The outside is a facade to the interior. The photos aren't the same to what was offered. I was too tired to fight late at night as it was for one evening of 8 hours. I had a flight to catch in the morning. No one was at the counter in the morning to ask questions or help to get a taxi to the airport. The room had no soap for the washroom. The water bottles supplied in the fridge were reused bottles and filled again as the seal was already broken. The room was certainly not cleaned or thoroughly done as I noticed a full size peanut on the floor in plain site. The duvet covers are white and not clean in the sense you can see dirt or something smeared on it and wasn't fully clean. The desk was broken on one side. Toilet wouldn't flush by the sensor and was a bit difficult to figure out how to manually.
- Sylvia (8/5): - I stayed just for one night in this hotel. It was calm and clean. I surely can recommend it for a longer stay. And in case you need a taxi just go to the little shop in the same building around the corner. The owner of this shop is at the same time a taxi driver.

- Verified traveler (8/5): 가격대비 good - 건물 1층 주차장에 총 8대 정도 가능하지만 주변 공터에 무료 주차장(도보 3분)에 하셔도 되고, 저는 운이 좋아 건물 바로 앞 도로변에 두었습니다. 새해 첫날이라 주차 단속은 없었으나 평소에는 차가 많아 조심 하셔야 할 듯 하네요. 전반적으로 가격대비 나쁘지 않았습니다. 냉장고 문 열다 나무 프레임 시트지에 손을 많이 베었는데, 밴드 얻어서 처리 잘했습니다. 다만 방음이 안되어 소리에 민감하시다면 어려움이 많을 듯 하네요.

- InSoon (2/5): 내가 갔던 여행중 최악의 숙소 - 태풍 생각 못하고 예약한 내 잘못이라 해야 하나? 일부러 발코니 객실 예약하고 갔는데... 화장실 변기청소 제대로 안되어 있고 객실내 슬리퍼도 기본 물도 없었다.어이없어 객실 변경 요청해서 12층 내려갔더니 여기도 변기상태 노굿 방충망은 다 찢어져 노란 박스 테이프로 덕지덕지...일반 모텔도 이러진 않을듯... 프런트 내려와서 객실상태 얘기하고 13층 청소해 두면 외출했다가 13층으로 들어가겠다고 얘기하고 외출후 들어왔다.다시 확인하니 물이 또 없다...물 가져다 달라 하고 사온 술 한잔 하고 잠들었는데.., 새격 3시에 바람소리 천정 덜그럭거리는 소리에 깨서 잠을 잘수가 없었다ㅠㅠ 13층 통로 어딘가의 문이 연려있지 않고서야 객실출입문 맨밑 3cm정도 떠 있는 틈새로 그렇게나 칼바람소리가 날순 없지 싶다. 그리고 샤워실과 화장실 사이 세면대 위쪽 천정에 비상구인지 뭔지 모를 사각형이 있는데 거기도 외부에서 바람이 통하는지 밤새 덜그럭덜그럭 쌕쌕....사진 첨부함... 내가 간 여행 숙박중 최악의 숙소...엘베에는 담배꽁초 먼지 덩어리...

I had a 17 hours layover in Incheon, i booked a room of this hotel to stay for one night to be able seeing the sun rise in hotel room, Well, I have to cancel it after i called them and realized i could not get there with airport information Center staff’s help, they agreed my request over the phone, then i chose to stay in another hotel called oceanside, I thought everything would be fine, I was told after I returned back to USA they denied the cancellation request, Do not understand why they did not tell me if they do not want to refund the booking charge, i could take the taxi to this hotel, Very disappointed.
