Caitlin (5/5): average - it was a comfy bed and a cosy room the room was not what i thought id booked and the room was very mid for the price we had paid i think it was disgraceful due because i thought i was paying for an outside hot tub area which most photos advertised and i did not receive sed room. 360 pounds for just a bed and a posh bath tub is beyond extortionate. me and my boyfriend were below content at best. an additional £30 extra for breakfast in the morning was a little steep, we had already paid £360 for just the room for one night. Yes the facilities were clean and lovely but the room itself were not worth the overall price for one night.
Claire (8/5): Would definitely return - Location is great, short drive to Gilly’s landing. The rooms are decorated very tastefully, very comfortable bed Room 9 was a bit noisy with people coming up and down the stairs and voices from reception could be heard early in the morning which woke us up. The bathroom fire door was annoying every time either of us went to the toilet through the night we woke the other person up with the noise of the door opening and the toilet flushing. The shower head is way too small for the size of shower and for the size of the bathroom in general, it would look so much better with a rain shower head which doesn’t cost that much. The shower is starting to mould in places too. The big circle on the ceiling above the bed which I presume was a light doesn’t work, there was a strip of led lights in the bathroom that also didn’t work and the door out to the hot tub is looking a bit shabby needs a clean and a paint. The landing carpet upon entrance to room 9 is heavily stained, first impressions are always the lasting ones. We would return without a doubt but would choose a different room next time.

Hallas (3/5): Terrible for £415 per night, very dirty and very disappointing - Location Property was dirty throughout, not as it was presented on the pictures, very disappointing, I have videos of thick dust I wiped from numerous surfaces and stains on the carpet

Moore (1/5): This place is daylight robbery. £369 for room only. Not worth it at all! Don't book. Not worth! - If I had paid £120 I would have been happy with the room. The extortionate price!!! There should be no use of the word Spa or Deluxe!!

Hot tub was nice, but the rooms didn’t feel as pristine as they look on the photos. Not particularly luxurious. Hairs on bed throw and sofa bed. Room was also very hot

duncso32 (7/5): Very good - Excellent location and we could check in early, the whole experience of the space was truly special. The hot tub was set at 41 degrees when we arrived and was way to hot to enjoy, after a couple of hours cooling down it was perfect this should of been checked beforehand The safety instructions of the hot tub stated the temperature should never exceed 40 degrees, this is a minor grievance in all.

Wish they could refund at least half the money as it was not a good experience at all - It was very clean Being as the hot tub was in the bathroom it was difficult to sleep with the tub being on a cycle it only turned off at 4am it was a awful nights sleep. Also creaking floorboards you could hear upstairs walking around all times of the morning.

Stephen (9/5): - Amazing experience and stay at the Windermere Suite. Really clean, spot on facilities, and ideally located to Bowness Marina and Town Centre. Would definitely recommend for anyone wanting that boutique experience. No 23 was absolutely lovely, and the hotel service and staff were excellent. The only small thing I could say is No 23 doesn't have parking, although there's availability at the main hotel car park 150 metres away. Just be mindful walking back from the Marina or TC at night in dark up the hill as there's no street lights or paths. We managed with torch on our phones.
Nazia (7/5): Great location and service, but comfort fell short - The location was super close to the lake, which was perfect for us. A decent-sized room with a hot tub and free parking was a nice bonus. Staff were really kind and attentive, we received a call to ask if we needed anything. Which showed they really care about their customers. The room was super hot, so sleeping was tough. They did leave some fans, which we used. Maybe I should've realised there was no AC in our suite. WiFi was there, but it kept buffering when we tried to watch a movie. So, for these reasons and a few others I won't mention, I won't be booking this suite again. Maybe we will try another suite next time.

Netflix wouldn’t allow us to watch as too many other rooms watching. Remote on bathtub tele wasn’t waterproof not responsive. Not comfy bed. Radiator cover not fixed to wall with piece hanging off. Jacuzzi bath leaking.

Kayleigh (8/5): Great stay - not sure it was worth the price for one night. - Location was really close to the town of Windermere, room was really clean and nicely decorated, staff were friendly and helpful. Hot tub could have been uncover especially during the colder seasons, wifi was quite slow in the cabin but not that big of an issue.
Lauren (7/5): Average - I ordered ballots for surprise birthday, when we got into the room the balloons were not there. Then we got a knock to say we had to leave the room for maintenance ( so they could do the balloons ) got to reception to wait for this but the people were stood In reception with the balloons so my partner saw them anyways. Ruined the surprise. Then we got room service for breakfast. Poured the milk on our cereal and it tasted funny checked and the milk was 2 days out of date.
Daniel (1/5): - The location was lovely The room was dirty and smelt of body sweat , the carpets were very dirty and stained, rubbish was left in and around the room from previous occupants. Encountered a very rude member of staff when I complained about the breakfast being cold burned and wrong items.

Liam (5/5): Overall disappointed with our stay in this hotel and would not go back - We did not have the breakfast. The location was okay a short taxi ride into the town centre The hot water in our property kept on going off so sometimes we only had cold water. We run out of toilet roll. The pillows were very old and lumpy. The carpet was very dirty and everything was very dated and old.
Steve (4/5): We had a great stay until the receptionist was extremely judgemental and judged us on being in a polyamory relationship. - Lovely looking place Hot tub was loop warm when arrived at the property/ balcony was a little wobbly and felt unsafe. Very loud could hear everything going on in other rooms people below were banging ceiling with something at 6.15am to try wake us up. We also went as a throuple as we are in a practicing polyamory relationship and didn’t need a 2nd room as we come as a 3 but we was looked down upon and judged for this and had £350 extra deducted out of our bank for not following protocol and being the norm (a straight couple ). So all in all ruined our experience and made as feel extremely targeted for being in a polyamory relationship.
