From outside it does not look like it, but when you go inside and specially to the back of the property it is like a paradise with innmaculate gardens. We checked in very late, and when I woke up in the morning I was amazed to see the beauty. In addition the staff was incredibly friendly.

- Dawn (8/5): Oasis of calm - Beautiful oasis of calm on out skirts of Naples. Arrived after 8pm reception closed, did not know about this. Had to wait 20 mins to get checked in, however manager gave us free drinks all night to compensate.
- Thomas (6/5): Klättring över grinden! - Trevligt ställe som hjälpte till att ge oss ett rum trots att vi kom efter att receptionen var stängd. Sedan gav de ett tips och bokade bord på ett suveränt matställe (bernies bistro) men talade inte om hur vi skulle komma in efteråt! Vi fick klättra över grinden som var minst 4 m hög. Det var inga problem när vi kom för att äta frukost. Överlag trevligt bemötande av personalen!

- Farida (8/5): Bel Hôtel mais à l'écart de tout - Personnel très sympathiques et compétents, Luciano au restaurant est très professionnel et gentil, il fait aussi l'effort de parler français. Ils sont tous disponibles et à la hauteur(réceptionnistes, femme de chambre, restaurant, Spa..). Nous avons testés le spa qui est très bien c'est 40€ 2 heures mais c'était suffisant avec thé, eau, fruits secs compris. Le seul problème est la vetusté des chambres surtout au niveau salle de bain, il faut rénover absolument car la robinetterie tombe dès qu'on la touche.

- Cihan (10/5): Nice hotel - A really nice hotel in beautiful surroundings, with a staff that is overly helpful and kind. However, it should be noted that the pool is part of Villa Minieri Eventi and not Villa Minieri Resort, which means that the pool is prioritized for events. So the pool may not necessarily be available when you arrive, especially during the summer when many weddings are held here. We have truly enjoyed the hotel and the staff who do their best to please you.

- Verified traveler (6/5): Fint hotell, men dårlig vedlikehold og få gjester - Det var ikke lett å finne frem til riktig lokasjon, addressen som ligger inne er ikke riktig, så vi måtte ringe hotellet for å finne frem. Hotellet ser veldig fint og stort ut, men det virker litt for stort ut til at de klarer å vedlikeholde alt. Bassenget virker ikke rengjort på en stund, og ved området rundt bassenget var det mye løv. I tillegg var heller ikke bassengbaren åpen under vårt opphold. Vi bodde i executive suiten, dette var et stort og fint rom, men dessverre noe mangel på renhold/vedlikehold. Jacuzzien var skitten, det var mye løv på terrassen, mye forkalkning i dusjhoder/vannutløp, i tillegg til noen maur på badet som stadig vendte tilbake. Restauranten i hotellet var veldig fin, men dessverre få gjester. Servitøren var veldig hyggelig og gjestmild, dessverre var maten litt kjedelig. Generelt opplevde vi god service på hotellet, men det bærer preg av at det ikke er mange som jobber der nå, det var ikke alltid det var noen i resepsjonen, i tillegg til at det var noe vanskeligheter med språk til tider.

Luxury indoor pool, sauna, steam room, etc. (but extra charge of around 30 Euros per person to enter this area). Good choice for breakfast, including freshly squeezed fruit juice and quality coffee. Located in a residential area rather than in a resort, but cafes and shops nearby and only a short drive to Airport / Naples / Vesuvius / Pompeii / Sorrento…
- Joey (6/5): Event Space Central - The hotel is lovely. The staff is friendly. I've stayed here before and will again, but this time was very unpleasant, as they were overbooked with events. There was a wedding and several parties going on, leaving all lounge areas and the pool area occupied as party space. I could not use the pool to swim and there was no lounge area for hotel guests to relax or have a drink. The first night the restaurant was likewise closed. If they book this many events they shouldn't accept full price hotel reservations.

Grave disservizio, a mio avviso, per quanto riguarda la climatizzazione della stanza, trovata con 25°, per noi troppi, impossibile rinfrescata, nemmeno spalancando la porta d'ingresso. Chiesto aiuto e spiegazioni viene risposto che essendo ottobre l'impianto centralizzato è impostato su "caldo" ed è impossibile rinfrescare la stanza. Per me inaccettabile, non siamo riusciti a dormire per il reoppo caldo.

None of the staff could accurately point out the hotel reception. The grounds are very beautiful, but the room was a little damp, the internet did not work in the room and the breakfast was the poorest we had during 3 weeks traveling around Italy

Möjlighet att anordna event både privat och för företag med servering både inne och ute. Välskött pool ute och egen spaavdelning. Servering av alla mål mat i hotelldelen. Området utanför var däremot ganska tråkigt. Bra gratis parkering.

- LorraineT (10/5): Absolutely Lovely! - The grounds are beautiful, the hill above has a pretty Cathedral overlooking the complex. We drove through the gates for the convention center instead of the hotel, one of the staff directed us in such a friendly manner, so politely, we were charmed, and we were welcomed in the same manner by the reception staff. The room was so pretty and clean, we were delighted! Breakfast was served by a young waiter with a really great personality, and the breakfast was delicious, the same waiter served dinner, which was not so great, but edible. All in all a wonderful visit!

- Ron (10/5): Prachtig resort met geweldig personeel - Centraal gelegen resort vanwaaruit wij meerdere dagtrips gemaakt hebben, waaronder: Pompei, Vesuvius, Amalfi en Napels. In de directe omgeving van het hotel is verder weinig te doen, echter zijn er natuurlijk in een iets grotere straal veel interessante bezienswaardigheden te vinden. De dagrips zijn dan ook makkelijk te doen, al is het even goed uitzoeken hoe je precies waar kan geraken met de auto / de trein en hoeveel reis tijd hierin gaat zitten. Villa Minieri is verder werkelijk geweldig: een fantastisch resort met een geweldig zwembad (alleen te gebruiken als er geen evenementen zijn) en ontzettend vriendelijk personeel.
- Valeriano (8/5): Resort molto bello - Resort molto bello, con camere comode e pulite, e personale disponibile. Una bella piscina ed una vasca idromassaggio con terrazzino. Unica pecca è che la suddetta vasca idromassaggio ci mette tantissimo tempo per raggiungere la temperatura desiderata, e dopo giornate di vento o pioggia va necessariamente pulita (cosa che però va sollecitata). Praticamente non siamo riusciti ad usarla, ma nel complesso è stata una permanenza bella e rilassante. Consigliato.
- dr max (10/5): Fab & Friendly - We had a warm welcome and the room was comfortable, extremely clean and stylish with a fabulous bathroom. The grounds are gorgeous. Apparently this is very a popular venue for weddings and other celebrations. There is a beautifully landscaped park complete with swimming pool. Breakfast is ample and very good. The staff is especially helpful, efficient and cordial.
