Min puntjes zouden zijn: kinder/baby baden zijn niet verwarmd, de rest van de baden wel.

- Mohammed (10/5): Wonderful hotel and great experience - I strongly recommend this hotel to everyone visiting hurghada, room was very well maintained and clean with all necessary amenities, multiple pools and activities for kids. Restaurants are perfect, great food experience. Staff was very friendly and helpful, a special big Thanks to Abdelrahman in the reception, who was kindly available any time to make our stay confortable and relaxing. We also enjoyed the daily shows held in the hotel after dinner, and enjoyed the specialty restaurants especially the Egyptian and Grec ones. I will be back for sure inchaalah. - Soliman (10/5): 10/10 Experience - We recently finished our stay at Sunrise Aqua Joy Resort and this is the second time for us to stay in a resort under Sunrise group and honestly it was an unforgettable experience for me, my wife and my daughter. From the first day until checkout everything was full of positive energy comfort and genuine hospitality. The aqua park and swimming pools were fantastic. The service throughout the resort was truly outstanding. A special thank you to the bar staff, housekeeping team, restaurant staff, and every single employee we met. What impressed us the most was how caring and attentive everyone was. the staff were constantly checking to make sure we were happy and asking if we needed any assistance. This level of hospitality made us feel welcomed and valued throughout our stay. The food at the main restaurant deserves special praise. It was delicious, fresh, and offered an excellent variety every day, with plenty of choices to satisfy different tastes. Every meal was enjoyable and added to the overall experience. Huge applause and appreciation to the animation team for the incredible vibes, entertainment and amazing parties. Their energy and enthusiasm created such a joyful atmosphere and made our evenings truly memorable. We also attended the biggest Sunrise Festival, and we enjoyed it toooooo much! It was a fantastic event full of fun, music and shows. A sincere thank you to Sunrise management for maintaining such high standards and creating this wonderful atmosphere. It is clear that a lot of effort and dedication goes into making guests feel happy and comfortable. Just two small observations for improvement: - The minibar fridge in the room may need better ventilation since it is placed inside a closed closet and its temperature rises which could lead to hazardous event. - The Asian specialized restaurant could be improved to match the excellent standard of the rest of the dining experience.

- Ansar (7/5): I would definitely recommend for families to go and enjoy themselves, as overall the resort is beautiful 😍 - The resort was very spacious and had many varieties for kids rides and slides. The food quality was very good as well. The best thing was when we returned back to our bedrooms the way the room service sorted out our bedrooms. Was amazing on our second day. He made a monkey dangling down for the kids with towels, on the third day. He made a crocodile on the fourth day he made an elephant which was excellent and kids were very happy. 😊 I must say overall, my experience in this result was very good but not all but some staff members were not approachable. They seemed very rude when you spoke to them with an attitude. I have never experienced anything like this before in Egypt.

Restoranda kötü koku yoktu ve özellikle restoran, havuz ve housekeeping çalışanları çok güleryüzlü cana yakınlardı. Onlara ayrıca çok çok teşekkür ediyoruz Oda çok küçüktü. Resepsiyonda Jest olsun diye Upgrade yapıyorum size denildi ancak inşaat çalışmaları yüzünden sabah gürültü sesleri ve özellikle oradan gelen toz çok kötüydü ve upgrade yapılan oda o olmamalıydı çünkü daha kötüsü olabileceğini düşünmüyorum. kapıyı asla açamıyorduk. 4 defa arayarak ütü istedim resepsiyonistler oralı olmadı. Resepsiyon arkadaşlar çok soğuk genellikle ilgisizler. Resepsiyonun yanında bulunan ve özel konsept restoran için rezervasyon yapılan yerde ki kadın çalışana rezervasyonu sorduğumuzda suratıma bile bakmadan zorla cevap verdi suratıma baktığında da sert bir ifadeyle bakıyordu. Bu gibi bakışlar davranışlar insanların heveslerini kırıyor ve canını sıkıyor.

Especially Ahmed from reception was help us on many things. Thanks a lot Ahmed and other friends. Food quality needs to be improved. (Not bad but not perfect) Animations at the nights are very poor. Morning entirtainments could be more reach. Rooms were under constraction during the holiday. But all new fornitures looks nice and enough. Beds are a bit hard for my body.

- Aleksandra (5/5): Its hotel ONLY for kids and families :( - Ayman was amazing — he contacted us before our arrival, asked which room we would prefer and even gave us a free upgrade. Ali from housekeeping was always very kind and helpful. Ahmed cleaned our room very well every day. Karim from the service team was also very friendly and professional. The location of the hotel is very good. This hotel is for FAMILIES with children, which we did not know before booking. We travelled without children, so for us it was too loud. Kids were shouting and screaming everywhere — in the lobby, restaurants and pools. There is only a very small adults-only section at the beach. The specialty restaurants also had very limited vegetarian options. Some lifeguards at the beach asked very personal questions. This could especially feel unpleasant for people from the LGBTQ community.

Handdoeken systeem werkt ook fijn. Mooi overdekte speeltuin waar kindjes kunnen spelen in het zand. Helaas weinig plekken waar je zonder last van muziek kan ontspannen. Onze kamer/balkon was ook direct gericht op het podium waar vrij laat pas de minidisco + show waren (nogmaals: veel geluid). Minidisco mag volgens ons ook echt een stuk eerder voor de kleintjes. Geen verse sappen beschikbaar helaas. De speeltuin voor kindjes mag iets vaker schoongemaakt worden.

Tout le personnel se plie en 4 pour vous faire passer le meilleur des séjours.. Nous avons testé le spa avec un package complet de 2 heures de soins dont 1h de massage, c'était vraiment très bien ! Il y a plusieurs piscines dont certaines pour les enfants ce qui fait que vous être tranquille dans la grande piscine principale. Il y a toujours des transats de libres et l'eau des piscines est très propre. Franchement c'est un 10/10, nous voyageons énormément et c'est de loin un de nos meilleurs séjours! N'oubliez pas de vous tartiner de crème solaire, le soleil tape fort!!!! Rien, tout était parfait !!! 👍

- Jing (10/5): 绝美的日出和舒适的度假体验 - 完美的度假酒店，设施虽然不是最新，但是干净卫生，服务员都很友好。全包餐食也挺不错的，正餐，小食，饮料管饱管够。酒店有好几个餐厅，除自助餐厅外，其他几个餐厅需要提前一天预约，我们预约了一次意大利餐厅的晚餐，挺好吃的。出海浮潜的时候，可以提前一天在前台预约lunch box带去外出，很方便。酒店有很多泳池，也有沙滩，早上的日出特别美，非常出片。

The garden was much narrower and smaller than it appeared in the photos, and the whole place felt cramped with buildings packed too closely together. It definitely was not worth the money I paid and did not meet my expectations at all.
