- Elizabeth (6/5): Location great but proprty a little disappointing - we liked the views from the site although the views from the apartment were sometimes obscured because of parked cars. The owner was very comunicative and answered our queries promptly. The pool facilities looked lovely although further away from the apartment than we thought. unfortunately the weather was inclement so we did not use the outdoor pool. We found the external areas of the apartment block and the garden area for our use was neglected and used for parking cars, the apartment was clean (except for the cooker extracter that was very greasy) however the bedroom and bathroom lacked natural light. The bathroom floor flooded if the shower was fully on.

- tanja (10/5): Perfect for family vacation - The location of the apartment is wonderful, from the hill there is a direct view of San Gimignano and Certaldo Alto. The surrounding area offers idyllic Tuscan landscapes with fields and cypress trees. We enjoyed both swimming pools. The owner is kind and always ready to help
- Sadie (9/5): Lovely peaceful apartment in the middle of rural Tuscany - We had a lovely stay at Barbara's place in the Tuscan countryside. So peaceful, with a beautiful view and a gorgeous pool to enjoy each day. Fully functioning kitchen so we could cook easily in the daytime and enjoy dinners out in some of the many local towns and cities. Would recommend trips to San Gimignano, Certaldo Alto and Siena. A car is essential. A small table on the balcony would be useful so you could eat outside with the lovely view. We stayed for a week so a few more basics would have been welcomed - handsoap, washing up liquid, bin bags, toilet roll.

- Idris (10/5): Unieke prachtige plek - De plek van het appartement en het uitzicht was prachtig. Het appartement was heel comfortabel en goed ingedeeld. De airco gaf extra koeling. Op het terrein was een heerlijk binnen- en buitenzwembad. Het dorpje Certaldo heeft een prachtige burcht (Alto Certaldo) wat op tien minuten rijden van de villa is.In de omgeving zijn meerdere mooie stadjes te bezoeken Kortom een unieke plek voor rust en ontspanning. - Slawomir (9/5): Idealne miejsce na wypoczynek, przemiła właścicielka. Terem z niesamowitym widokiem. Gorąco polecam. - Cudowne, spokojne miejsce. Idealne dla wypoczynku jak również dobra lokalizacja do zwiedzania przepięknej Toskanii. Basen zewnętrzny jak i wewnętrzny na najwyższym poziomie. Pokoje przestronne, czyste.
- Margaux (7/5): Séjour agréable mais manquant de praticité avec enfants. - L’emplacement et la disponibilité de notre hôte. Joignable et très aidante. Bonne literie aussi et climatisation fonctionnement bien. Les 2 piscines sont super entretenue et agréables c’est un gros plus en plein mois d’août. Barbara nous a laissé un accès à la cuisine gratuitement même si la cuisine n’est pas très bien équipée (Pour contextualiser nous sommes venus avec nos deux enfants de 4 et 8ans) -Pas de place de parking dédiée on se gare ou on peut et c’est pas forcément accessible de manière pratique. -La prise de la salle de bain ne fonctionne pas et il a vraiment peu de branchement dans le logement, poire à douche ancienne. -Pas de possibilité de faire sécher le linge notamment les serviettes dans la salle de bain ou à l’extérieur. -Pas de micro onde dans la cuisine -L’immeuble où se trouve Le logement héberge d’autres personnes à et les locataires à long termes ne sont pas accueillants, on avait l’impression de déranger avec nos enfants notamment lorsque nous étions aux piscines extérieures et intérieure car ils y ont aussi accès.

- Rberto (9/5): Perfect stay - The owners were very friendly and helpful, as we had some inconveniences and they made a Great effort to help us (they waited for us for a very late check in at 10.30pm, and let us stay in the pool until late on the last day, allowing a 2pm check out: very appreciated!). The pool was great, super clean, and had a variety of different comfortable seats for relax The sofà bed would need to be replaced, but still was comfortable! Same for the bathroom vent/extractor fan, that is also very old and very noisy.
