- Jonathan (2/5): - Tal parece que no cambian las sabanas, en cuanto me acostaba en la cama me picaba la piel, siempre pido habitación con dos camas y la noche siguente dormí en la otra cama y fue lo mismo amanecía con ronchas en la piel, solicite cambio de sábanas y llegué por la noche y no lo habían echo, tuve que volver a llamara para que lo hicieran y al parecer era eso no cambian las sabanas

- Esther (8/5): - Pros: Easy check in, elevator access to rooms, excellent showers (heat and pressure). Parking included in reservation, rooms refreshed daily, polite cleaning staff. Walking distance from almost everything. Areas of improvement: Rooms use traditional key and no 2nd internal lock within rooms for safety. No iron available. Most rooms have a window facing another room, so your blinds will need to be closed for privacy.

Un poco de ruido en la noche por el tráfico pero tolerable, buena pantalla de TV con buena variedad de canales, muy limpio el baño, para mi próxima visita ahí volveré.

- James (10/5): Best place to stay in Arandas—great location/clean - The room sort of had an odd layout (bed was at a diagonal angle) but it actually was very functional and comfortable! The bed was great, and the workspace behind the bed was helpful. The only oddity is that the bathroom can be seen into, so not good for sharing a room with a friend. Wifi was absolutely fantastic--100mbps! Location was perfect, right off the square and near lots of great eats and bars!

- Carolina (4/5): Jamás me había pasado - Llegamos al hotel y nos entregaron nuestra habitación, hasta ahí todo estaba bien, salimos del cuarto del hotel y cuando regresamos en la noche para ya descansar, no nos permitieron entrar a nuestra habitación, de la cual ya teníamos nuestra llave y habíamos estado, y ya habían sacaron nuestras cosas y se la asignaron a otros huéspedes, No lo podía creer!!! Nos entregaron otra habitación, pero en inferiores condiciones Esto jamás me había pasado!!!

Tiny door to get into hotel and staff offers no help to bring bags in. Design is illogical as you have to carry your bags down a few steps before reaching the reception area. Lots of construction in the area so expect some traffic. They try their best in spite of its facility.
