- Billie (4/5): - The balcony, the view of the sky, need mats in shower so you don't slip. Toilet ran all night had to take lid off to make sure the handle didn't get stuck. They need DO NOT DISTURB SIGNS SO THEY DONT COME IN TO CLEAN YOUR ROOM. went to office Saturday to tell them not to clean our room, office was closed. 8 am in the morning. Some crack heads lingering around, lady from office told them to leave. For the price it did the job. Wasn't there to much, only to sleep.

Lots of homeless walking around and loud music and the street in front is loud with sirens and trucks and loud cars. It looks like the place is about to fall in!! I wonder when was the last time the city of Lakeland did a inspection at this place. Me and my wife bought mattress covers at Walmart so we could make sure we didn't get bed bugs. The concrete is cracked on the stairs and the ceiling is about to fall in!!!

Very dirty, all sorts of people hanging out that I think live there. Walls and ceilings were stained. wall paper was coming off the walls. Pool was totally torn up under some kind of repair. DID NOT FEEL SAFE HERE. Tried to cancel at the desk and was told had to cancel thru booking.com. Good luck getting ahold of those people. Horrible experience. Everything
