Guest Reviews
- John (9/5): - Close to the cruise port older motel but very clean and upgraded. Safe area.
- martinez (8/5): Don't judge by outside - location outside sketchy but I side good
- Patrick (8/5): -
- Barbara (8/5): -
- DJ U4ic (9/5): I'd stay here again. - Location was great It was a short walk to the cruise terminal and many restaurants. No issues at all. The room was clean and quiet.
- montano (1/5): - Close to port No breakfast
- Gregory (9/5): Excellent for what we needed - The location was great for us as it was close to the port for our cruise.
- Diane (6/5): Clean and close - The staff was very accommodating and having the food truck to get something to eat was convenient. The bed was harder, creaked loudly, and needed blankets. (The bed was a sheet and a very thin ...can't call it a comforter) No phone and you have to unplug the coffee pot to use the microwave.

- Chris (4/5): It was a place to sleep, however, did not feel safe. - The room was a big. The Deadbolt was missing. It was a Motel style place. I did not feel safe without the deadbolt. Check in was talking through a space beneath the dark pained window. I was not expecting to stay in a "carry your bags up the stairs style motel".
- R1200GSA (7/5): - Remodel. Location.
- Donna (8/5): - Short uber ride to cruise port. Convenient. Large room. Nothing special. Room was kind of barren.

- carrie (6/5): okay for 1 night and close to cruise terminal. Sam at the front desk is so friendly, kind, helpful - The staff were very friendly and helped us with places to eat and with Taxi's etc. We only stayed 1 night because the location was close to the cruise ship terminal. We were able to check in early. The room was on the second floor and without an elevator we had to carry our 2 large suitcases up the stairs and down. Very hard and risky for us seniors. The room needs a little TLC such as new towels, hook behind the bathroom door and some new updates.
- Whitney (8/5): Great for cruisers to LA Cruise Port and Long Beach Airport. - Loved the cleanliness of the room. Good sized bed (king). Provided contract taxi service to cruise port for $11 which was very convenient. Nice front staff. Sketchy neighborhood but during the day was fine. Lots of eating options around. Noisy AC and parking lot which wasn’t fault of staff. I can overlook faults if major requirements are met.

- Gerrit (9/5): goed - prijs kwaliteit gewoon eenvoudig mar schoon en vriendelijk personeel. Ontbijt in de straat voor 15 dolaar was perfect niks tegen voldeed aan de verwachtingen
- Felix (10/5): -
- James (6/5): - Convenience Many bugs in the room.looked like termites and one 'water bug'
- Richard (9/5): - Clean room, front desk was efficient and personable and gave us some great recommendations for local restaurants. No negatives to report
- Angela (2/5): - None provided Staff there to meet you
- Melissa (7/5): -
- Daniel (7/5): -
- Gregg (6/5): Great location for walking the area, getting to the local restaurants, and catching the cruise ship - Location was great, with restaurants in easy walking distance. Room looked dated but the bathrooms were all recently renovated and very well done. There is a shortage of places to hang anything up. The coffee was a mini kurig sort of thing making the worst coffee I've had in years (looked like the common Timothy brand though). We went to McDonalds up the street to get morning coffee, so you know we are not snobs about the coffee. The staff were absolutely helpful with calling taxis, making sure things were good with the room. The mattress was on the firm but worn side. A few springs kept poking my ribs. Very thin walls and door. Could hear the neighbors going out for smokes most of the night and they were not banging the door, but the sound sure carries. I recommend earplugs
- Douglas (8/5): quiet and comfortable room near the cruise port - quiet and comfortable room, ample parking, amiable hosts, very close to the cruise port cost was a little high
- Courtney (8/5): I would reccomend staying here especially if you are staying an Uber to the cruise port-it’s the cheapest deal - Helpful staff, good bathroom and shower Sheets had some stains, but we quickly got new ones after requesting. Everything else was very clean and neat
- Bob (7/5): It was alright but we might not stay again - What breakfast? There was none that we saw. Nobody said anything about breakfast when we got there. It was listed but we didn't see any sign for it The hard two plastic chairs that were the only things in the room to sit on. The heater was so loud and never really was that efficient.
- Christie (10/5): Great value and close to port area - Close to the cruise port. Clean and comfy for my family of 6
- Darlene (9/5): We walked to the cruise port. A stroll and downhill. Perfect. - One more bedside table would be great. Super clean room and updated bathroom.
- Maldonado (8/5): -
- Leann (6/5): -
- Faber (9/5): -
- Stephen (7/5): Close to the port - Location. Close to port. Clean. Good restaurants within walking distance. Okay for an overnight stay. Rooms recently refreshed. Reminds me of a Travelodge. Noises bothered us during the night. It sounded like a running toilet next door except much louder. It was intermittent but still woke me up several times.
- Alyssa (1/5): Nice staff but property has roaches - The place had what looked like mold in the bathroom and the bed sheets had black spots - the spots where bedbugs form. To top it all off, there was a roach seen by both me and the staff. I immediately left the property. I didn't even stay there for a full hour. The area and the vibes did not match the pictures at all.
- ROBERT (10/5): -
- Thea (7/5): Enjoyed it and employees were really nice - The location many stores were close by The only thing it needed was warmer blanket.
- Sandra (8/5): -
- William Sr (10/5): - The manager was great. He gave us info on where to go and where to eat.very helpful. Thank you
- Sergio (10/5): -
- Dong Kyu (1/5): -
- Yanbing (9/5): -
- Richard (8/5): -
- Joseph (9/5): - Looked rough from outside but rooms were recently remodeled. Very clean, close to great food and well worth the value. Recommend for a short stay and will be back. nothing.

- Helen P (9/5): - Convenient and within walking distance to several restaurants. Easy access to free transportation. Friendly and helpful staff. More than one chair in the room would have been helpful.
- Mark (10/5): -
- Susan (8/5): Good for 1 night stay. - The room and spacious and clean. It has no elevator. We have to move luggage up to the 2nd floor. The stair case is not covered and it was raining!
- LIANE (8/5): Decent, affordable motel near the cruise port - Clean rooms, friendly staff and quiet. Excellent location close to the cruise port but still affordable. Walking distance to a great brew pub for dinner and a café with delicious breakfast the next morning. Would be nice to have 2 firm and 2 medium or soft pillows so guests have options. The pillows we had were hard as a rock and we both slept poorly and had headaches from neck pain the next morning.
- Jaime (10/5): -
- Marilyn (9/5): -
- Sharon (9/5): -
- Mabel (8/5): Day after a cruise for 32 days - The room was huge, clean and comfy .
Wishing they have a small parlor/ lobby with coffee and refreshments. The so called front desk was a room with a window and bars.
You can drop the lugagge no charge. We checked in before the official time. We waited under a tent until.
People was hospitable.
- Jan (8/5): surprisingly pleasant t stay as the outside appearance was deceiving .. seemed a little rough , but the room was clean a - the staff were great and the bed was very comfortable Room was dated and had older furniture but it was clean
- ROBERT (8/5): Would stay there again - Closeness to cruise terminal
