Tv didn’t work, and the room felt unclean. I don’t feel like this place should be charging anything past $60 a night. It’s not a good hotel. The breakfast is garbage.

It didn't seem bad at first but after coming back from dinner and settling in, it wasn't just my imagination. On checkout, I told the desk clerk they needed to do a heavy cleaning to rid that room of its cigarette smoke smell. Also, they need to rearrange the wording of their elevator sign.

The only issue we had was with the fridge either freezing or being too warm, but wasn’t too big of an issue and didn’t say anything until check out as it didn’t concern us too much. We had a train go through one night that startled us, but only once and we had a good laugh about it. We will definitely plan on staying here again when we come visit our son

The only issue I had was that during breakfast an employee was kind of rude to someone else’s child. - Vandel (10/5): Impressive Stay - Wyndgate at Wyndham Hotel did a great job to accommodate my son and I for the 2 weeks that we stayed. They made sure that if I hand any concerns that they were addressed within the hour or few hours I was out. At first when I walked into the room it wasn't quite what I had expected. The room was a bit smaller than I had anticipated and a few of the amenities that I had thought I paid for were not there. Checking back on the original reservation, I found that was in my error and I overlooked this. Air conditioning was always kept cold and and at no point did I ever felt the room was too hot, even in Texas. The bathroom had the standard assortment of washes and soaps, hand towels and towels, and an overall good cleanliness about them. Despite the slightly smaller than expected size, the room handled anything my son and I could do. Hotel staff was always friendly and always greeted us with a smile. The housekeepers are the real rockstars. My room was cleaned, if not, fully cleaned by 9am; some of the fastest service I've ever had. Overall, my experience and expectations were exceeded and would highly recommend staying at the Wyndgate at Wyndham hotel.
- Angelica (7/5): Good - The room and location is always great. Even with first being assigned the wrong room with a King bed when I had reserved 2 queens. The employee who checked us in made it right Breakfast and breakfast staff. There was no coffee for morning breakfast both days we had reserved. The breakfast staff was not very helpful and seemed to be unhappy to be there everytime I encountered her. On our second day breakfast was already out by 830 in the morning leaving us and other guests with no options other then breakfast bars when we pay extra for a continental breakfast. We were not pleased with our stay this time.

Very loud and disturbing. A/C was loud shut off and on all night long. Bed was hard and pillows were uncomfortable. Toaster didn’t work in the kitchen.

If there is an issue, they are caring and swift to respond to find and apply a solution. They have a micro-store for sundries too...albeit, they could use a bigger span of ice cream (just my preference).

This motel is need of an entire update. Everything needs to be cleaned or washed frequently.....not just every once in a while.
