• David (9/5): Superb - The staff were very friendly and efficient. The room spacious with a good view over the swimming pool. When we had problems with the internet staff were there within 5 minutes to set up a router in our room to resolve that. Similarly when the desk chair proved faulty it was replaced quickly. The Breakfast was varied and very tasty. The location was within walking distance (about 2-3 kms) of Old Goa sites, which made for a pleasant day wandering around there. The location is by a rather unappealing busy road. There are only a couple of fast food shops and one restaurant in the vicinity for meals (apart from the hotel restaurant, which is fine). So the location has no 'ambience'. But we felt that was compensated for by its proximity to Old Goa.

Coffee was good too. Staff are friendly and helpful. Location is good - shops and food delivery options to the property - Pool and lawns area is good too. Reception is not well manned during the night - Had a major issue checking in at 6 am despite paying for the previous day to ensure I can check in early. Spa is very basic, new and doesn't accept cards yet which. Reception staff are not well trained and needed supervisors / managers to intervene to solve check in / booking issues. Staff want to help and are friendly just too scared to do anything without managers approval. Bed was terrible - had a metal spring sticking out through the mattress - Duvet was dirty and torn - Breakfast offering is very basic - not worth it.

• Verified traveler (2/5): My worst Hotel stay with Hotel.com - It was the worst hotel stay & experience I have had in Middle East & Asia.I was amazed that Hotel.com / Expedia works with such hotels. Plz note the night we checked in we were not given the rooms we booked ( Junior Suite) But were asked by the Hotel management to stay in 2 standard rooms till the next day afternoon, Since they had taken in extra bookings as we reached the hotel only by 11pm on 23rd Jan 2019 following to late arrival of our flight from Mumbai . And on 31st Dec 2019 we were forced to pay & attend the gala new year dinner organized by the hotel, even though we mentioned that there was a death in our family & we wished to be in mourning. We still haven't been able to get over the trauma & even there service is very poor & one has to keep reminding them for request made repeatedly Eg with their Housekeeping & room service. Our room was also over billed for the gala dinner for people who we didnt know. I wouldn't ever want to stay in such hotels & recommend you do not host such hotels on your website
