Le code pour ouvrir la porte n'a pas fonctionné, heureusement qu'une personne rentrait dans l'immeuble à ce moment. Le sol et les plintes mériteraient d'être nettoyés.

• nuray (7/5): konum olarak tercih edilebilir - Konum olarak harikaydı, birçok yere yürüyerek ulaştık. Bulunduğu bölge de gayet güvenliydi. Oda aydınlık ve moderndi. Odada tek bir ayna var o da banyoda. İki kişi aynı anda hazırlanamıyorduk. Banyoya sadece 2 küçük şampuan bırakılmıştı, saç kreminin olması gerektiğini düşünüyorum. 4 gün kaldık ve havlularımız yenilenmedi, yeni şampuan eklenmedi, talep ederek aldık.

• Francesco (2/5): Un disastro - Durante la pulizia della stanza avevano spruzzato una dose impressionante di deodorante per ambienti. L'odore era allucinante e quei prodotti fanno male alla salute. Ho dovuto tenere la finestra aperta il giorno e per gran parte della notte. Di fronte alla mia stanza è aperto un cantiere nel fondo di un palazzo nel quale hanno lavorato sino alle 3 di notte, con macchine operatrici e spurghi. La mattina alle 6.30 un gruppo di statunitensi maleducati (trentennI) si chiamava ad alta voce nel corridoio e ho dovuto tirarmi su dal letto e spiegare loro l'educazione. Un disastro, quindi, sia per colpa dei gestori che per negligenza degli stessi rispetto al cantiere che per maleducazione degli ospiti.

• Elisa (5/5): Nessuna assistenza notturna per emergenze, grave. - L’accoglienza delle ragazze al nostro arrivo è stata piacevole, e anche i messaggi precedenti al nostro arrivo sono stati apprezzati. Abbiamo potuto lasciare i nostri zaini all’arrivo e ci ha consentito di girare Roma più a lungo. Una cosa che purtroppo ha pesato troppo sulla valutazione negativa è l’assenza completa di assistenza dopo le ore 18. Purtroppo, io e mia madre, dopo cena, rientrando abbiamo trovato una situazione molto spiacevole: i vicini della nostra camera stavano facendo un festino con urla e schiamazzi Mooolto alti, ho fatto un video dove si sentiva tutto e l’ho mandato al numero fornito per l’assistenza, chiedendo se potevano contattare gli altri loro clienti per chiedere di rispettare le ore di silenzio. Mi è stato risposto con un messaggio automatico dicendo che l’assistenza sarebbe tornata alle ore 8 del mattino 😅😅😅 Per me inaccettabile non ci sia assistenza per emergenze notturne, in una struttura che si dichiara hotel 3 stelle. Se fossimo state derubate, avessimo perso le chiavi, saremmo restate in strada senza possibilità alcuna di contattare qualcuno della struttura? Per me troppo grave. Il giorno dopo sono stata snobbata dalla receptionist, che ho chiamato, senza risposta, richiamati, dicendo che loro non potevano fare nulla. Ok ma un richiamo agli altri clienti, secondo me dovuto dopo aver ascoltato il video che gli avevo mandato. Delusa.

• Rader (5/5): It worked okay for our stay, but I probably wouldn’t choose a guest house with no amenities like this again. - The property was in a good location and the room was large with a private balcony. The location was pretty in a nice building, but the area was extremely noisy, and no working air conditioning. There was a huge water leak on some equipment in the middle of the night that poured out the front of the building but did not cause any flooding in our rooms. It was a major disruption, but the staff did take care of it quickly.

It looks way better on the pictures then it is in reality, The awful smell in the corridor. The filth. Nobody cleaned the room properly in 3 nights! Making the bed is not cleaning!! The smashing of the doors. No real person at anytime there. 10 am check out. Dirty stairs of the apartment building.

• Alex (6/5): - Lovely location and lovely staff member greeted us upon arrival. We had an issue with the shower and it was fixed within 1hr on the weekend and the room was a nice size. A staff member also popped in with fresh towels, soaps and emptied the bins as the cleaners were off work for their bank holiday, so this was kind and attentive Communication was good via WhatsApp but at one point the door wouldn’t open and there was no one to contact as it was bank holiday Monday. The walls are also quite thin meaning you can hear others in other rooms, however still on a nice quiet street location

Dal primo piano si sentono un po' i rumori della strada, poi la mattina entra molta luce perché le tende sono chiare e non oscurano molto. Poco spazio per appoggiare le cose in bagno.

Czysto, apartament 2 pokojowy, mały, ale wystarczający, k/pokój z małą łazienką z prysznicem. Brak półki w łazience, chociaż malutkiej na kosmetyki - przydałaby się. Nie działała klimatyzacja, którą czasem można by podgrzać temp w pokoju wieczorem.

Nous étions proches de tout, avec le métro à proximité, ce qui a rendu notre séjour encore plus agréable. Le personnel était également gentil. Malheureusement, je n’ai pas été satisfait de l’organisation de cet hôtel. L’accueil est souvent inexistant ou en retard, ce qui rend l’arrivée peu agréable. De plus, le check-out s’avère compliqué, notamment si l’on souhaite laisser ses valises pour profiter une dernière fois de la ville. Il est préférable de prévoir d’arriver bien à l’avance afin de réussir à contacter le personnel.

Despite our warnings, they continued their behavior. We also informed the hotel owner, but no solution was provided. We couldn’t sleep for three nights. I would definitely not recommend this hotel.

• Helen (8/5): Excellent place to stay when visiting Rome - The location was ideal for our visit; just a few metres north of the historic centre in a nice quiet neighbourhood. The property was really nicely renovated and decorated. We had a two bedroom, two bathroom space and it was very comfortable. The staff were superb; their communication via WhatsApp was very helpful before our arrival and during our stay with lots of tips and recommendations of places to eat. They were friendly and engaging in person with very good English as well. The location is slightly confusing as it is located inside an apartment building. The bedroom door into the corridor was very thin and you can hear people coming and going outside. The shower in the larger bathroom took a very long time to heat up (not a problem in the smaller bathroom!).
