- Kamu Mai (10/5): - It's a very quiet place, there's no noise at all and you can really relax. The owner is great. The entrance, access, room—everything was perfect. I came to stay for a week and I'm going to stay for three. It's a really good place and the location is fantastic. If you want peace and quiet, come here; it's perfect Nothing,, everything okay !!

- Hannah (1/5): Dissapointing and itchy. - Location was good. Near laundry and 711 etc. Manager was friendly. We had an ant infestation. It wasn't easy to sort it out. Apparently it was the first time they had seen it. We had to complain 3 times. Even after a "deep clean" there were still ants. Weird condom joke sign on the toilet door. Odd.

- Bonardi (7/5): Okeay but it could be better - - location: close to the night market, 7-Eleven, restaurants - big room - daily fresh water - the girls at the reception are super nice. They don’t speak English but they try to help you - dirty towels (huge brown spots on them). If it’s not possible to clean them anymore, just change them - dirty sheets (same as towels: yellow spots from the past) - breakfast: there is free hot water, coffee and chocolate. For the price, at I would expect at least also fruits, bread and jam (what I found even in 5€/night hostels) - no rental service in the hole town (nor motorbike neither bicycle). This is not an issue of the hotel, but I think they coil at least offer rental service keeping 2/3 motors and 2/3 bikes as in Loei there is nothing to see without a bike. This should be interesting of the hotel

- Jérémy (10/5): - Endroit très calme et très proche de restau, bars et temple. Le monsieur de la réception très agréable, très à l'écoute ainsi que la personne qui nettoie les chambres . Télévision et réfrigérateur de bonne taille dans la chambre. Léger développement de champignon sur le plafond de la douche . Sinon il y a tout ce qu'il faut.

Персонал отличный, всегда готов был помочь В комнате было окно, которое выходило в коридор. Свет в коридоре попадал в комнату. Я приклеить занавеску скотчем и проблема решилась

- Vittorio (9/5): Buona struttura in posizione centrale - Camera comoda e pulita situata in una zona centrale della città. Lo staff molto disponibile e cordiale. Le camere al piano terra si trovano vicino alla zoma di ingresso quindi si sentono i rumori delle persone che passano.
- Bonardi (10/5): Feeling home - I felt like at home! The hall is industrial style, with a great common are with sofas. Drinkable water, toaster, boiler, microwave and fridge available. They also have 4 washing machines at a special price for the guests and a dryer. They are plenty of rooms and well organized. I stayed in a 6 people dormitory. 8 big lockers and 2 bathrooms with shower each. While a huge area for washing the hands and a huge mirror at the entrance. Definitely functional. No AC but fans. It wasn’t a problem for me because I stayed in pretty cold days. It would be hard with hot. Installing the AC would make it perfect Clean, quiet and close to the city center. The staff is AMAZING. Súper kind and helpful.

- Bejarano S. (7/5): - The person in charge was very very kind and helpful, he let us keep the luggage before check in and after check out. The location is very convenient and everything is very clean. The environment is friendly. There are washing machines and dryers in the first floor and there is a microwave and plates and cutlery for people to use if needed. The mattresses need some updating, the beds are quite uncomfortable. The sink was bit loose, it could use maintenance. The shower is in the same space as the toilet so it gets wet when showering, which is easily fixed with a shower curtain. At the end, the rooms only need a bit of maintenance and new mattresses to be perfect.
- Lilia (10/5): - Das Hostel ist in super Lage, das Personal war mega freundlich und hilfsbereit und die Zimmer waren sehr geräumig und sauber. Man hat zwei Badezimmer pro Zimmer (8 Betten) die mit Duschgel und Shampoo ausgestattet sind, zusätzlich gibt es super viele Ventilatoren und Fliegengitter an allen Fenstern. Ich würde jeder Zeit wieder kommen und hab meinen Aufenthalt sogar verlängert. Es gibt nicht so riesige Aufenthaltsorte, trotzdem groß genug um es sich bequem zu machen.

- Freddie (10/5): Robin was our favourite host of all time - Lovely staff, super helpful Robin (the cat) was a highlight she is so lovely. for the money and location you can't beat it. Rooms were fairly basic but nice with a big mirror and sink. no natural light on the ground level but you've got to have a little bit of trade off for the price

- Kenneth (7/5): Cheap, Adequate but not too Cheerful. - It's relatively new and the price is right! The fan dorm was adequate at the time I visited. Aircon was unnecessary. It's very concretey and not very social. The bathrooms are very close to your bed, you get woken every time your roommates have to go. I stayed there twice in two different beds and both could have done with a new mattress. Not as good as it looks from the outside.

I have stayed in many hostels and for this price, this one is a steal. I had a locker, charging station next to my bed with a tiny shelf. Also, I am a very bad sleeper, even the slightest noise bothers me but the room was very quiet and I slept well the fact that my vacation was over and I had to leave it

- Kenneth (7/5): Great, Apart from Minor Niggles. - The hostel is new, everything you need is provided and the location is good. However, the mattress on the bunk I was allocated was broken and when I pointed it out to the manager, I was told something to the effect of "Tough luck, the joint is full." Never mind, it wasn't unbearable for two nights. You probably won't have that same issue anyway. The other thing was the bathroom in a dorm for four. Nobody's bunk was more than a couple of metres away from the door. I've never seen that before! Once again, not a deal-breaker and everything else was fine thanks 9Hostel.
