• Verified traveler (4/5): 旧式カプセル - アメ横、JRガード下周辺の賑やかなエリアからは首都高を挟んだ反対側なので周囲の騒々しさはない。 トイレなどは綺麗に改装しているようであったが、肝心のカプセルは旧式のものを使い続けており、今時のカプセルとくらべ快適性に劣る。 ロッカーのあるエリアがとにかく狭い。

My only trouble was that the pods were a bit too short for someone of my height (6'0" / 185cm). Great place overall.

• Verified traveler (10/5): Surprisingly good place to stay - A surprise to see a capsule hotel that has got a onsen bath inside the building and you can access it 24 hours. It provides cleaning and all the amenities you need like toothbrush, towels. They clean your compartment daily so you stay in clean .

• SUNGHWAN (8/5): 번화가 같지 않은 조용한 캡슐호텔 - 전체적으로 깔끔하였습니다. 너무 저렴한 곳은 외국인들이 많은데 이곳은 일본인 비중이 높았습니다. 아쉬운 점은 식사를 할수 있는 공간이 너무 좁았고, 자판기 음식을 팔지 않았습니다. 그리고 볼수있는 방송채널도 많지 않은게 아쉬웠습니다. 아! 공용 목용탕은 좁지만, 깔끔하고 이용하는데 불편은 없었습니다.

• Arthur415 (8/5): First capsule hotel experience. Simple no frills. - This is a simple no frills capsule hotel. Men only. I chose it for price value and distance to Ueno train station (JR line) and walking distance to some sites. Older interior in need of a refresh but clean. WiFi works. Spa area is small with one hot tub/Jacuzzi. There is a pleasant water/tea drink dispenser there. No food options or lounge area. There is a small room off the lobby that has a table, chairs, tv(Japanese programing) where you can eat. I would recommend exploring the neighborhood. There are some good eats within walking distance on both sides of the train station. The desk staff was helpful with limited English. It appeared that this was business oriented with only a few tourists. Lockers are available. Pajamas and slippers are provided and as I learned were some of the capsule life rules.

• Verified traveler (8/5): テレビとイヤホンだけが残念！ - 部屋のテレビが小さく、しかもブラウン管で見にくい。縦横比もヘン。備え付けのイヤホンは携帯オーディオ用のものみたいで、スポンジがついていないので（衛生面でいたしかたないとは思うが）全くフィットせず、耳に突っ込んでもポロリと落ちて非常にイラつく。お風呂など他の設備が清潔で快適・好印象なので大変残念。また泊まりたいと思いますが、次は自前のイヤホン持って行きます。あと、WiFiは「接続が不良なため」結局つながりませんでした。。。

• Verified traveler (8/5): Great stay for lone and budget traveller - A short walk from Ueno Station with a lot of eatery shops opposite the main road. Hotel is located in a quiet neighbour. It is clean in capsule & common facilities. It provide a suana and osen facilities with free flow drink at basement. Friendly reception with limited words in English. Do not carry big size language because the paid locker can ONLY hold up to 25 inches bag. Have to pay additional ¥200 per day for the locker usage.

• Ramses (10/5): Convenient and comfortable capsule hotel - This was a good capsule hotel. Check-in was easy and the staff members were quite friendly. The location was good I thought. Close enough to be convenient, but far enough away from the action in case you're worried about noise. The bath in the basement wasn't overly big, but it was good enough. My only issue was that some of the other guests left lots of their stuff out and made the capsule room quite messy. This isn't the hotel's fault, as guests should be respectful. Overall a solid hotel to stay at!
• ありあんと (8/5): 上野駅から徒歩5分、飲屋街近くのロケーション - 歩き疲れた工程でしたがミニスーパー銭湯ぶりのお風呂で癒されました。コスパとしてはかなり良い方と思います。アメニティにも困りませんでしたでした。

• jjjosiahiahiah (8/5): Clean and neat capsule near train station. - This capsule is slightly more expensive than around ueno. But you get what you pay for. It is clean and very quiet. I had a great rest at night. I arrived beyond midnight and the guy the at counter was polite and helpful. While we cannot eat anywhere except the first floor, the eating place is thoughtful with TV and tissue paper for you. They have lockers for your use (free for small) but if u need to keep your luggage, u need to pay. It has nice hot water bath or sento (I don't think it's onsen as it is not spring water) with water and coffee. Overall it is a classy capsule and I would definitely recommend this place as I have been to Tokyo more than 11 times over the years, this is a good capsule and I hope they maintain it!

• Verified traveler (6/5): Capsule Hotel Experience - First night in Japan and thought to try out a Capsule Hotel. It was an interesting stay. Amenities were provided to include a little Japanese sleep wear, toothpaste and toothbrush, shampoo/conditioner, hairdryer. The hotel caters to men only. The showers and onsen are located on the basement floor. The capsules are located in the upstairs floors. There is a common area near the tiny lobby area. Lockers a free and available. The only downfalls are that... you may be sleeping next door to a person that snores and the air flow is inadequate and make be a bit too warm while sleeping. All in all... it was an OK stay.
• Hoi Ki (10/5): Nice experience - The staff was really helpful and polite. It was actually my first experience at the capsule hostel. It was not bad at all. The bathroom was very clean and of Japanese style. They provide free shampoo, conditioner, bath gel, face milk, razor, shave foam etc. So you may just need to bring a cleansing gel for yourself if that's necessary.
• Qi Lin (8/5): - This was my first experience at a capsule hotel. It was really clean - comparable or even better than most hostels/apartments I've stayed at. Despite having visited Japan several times prior, it took me a while to get used to the Japanese etiquette which is typical of such establishments. The hotel staff were very patient and professional. Overall, great location (so many things to do around Ueno) and extremely good value-for-money!
