- Antoine (10/5): Chouette endroit - Très bon rapport qualité prix pour ko lipé. Chambre propre, mériterait juste une moustiquaire pour les lits. Aucuns cafards ni bêtes comme mentionné dans d’autres commentaires. Personnel charmant qui s’occupe d’excursion et petites attentions agréables. Bien situé. Piscine autoportante insérée dans la terrasse...non utilisée, mais propre.

- Verified traveler (6/5): Good and affordable but need improvements - Cosy room in a green garden away from the noisy walking street. Although, you’re neighbor with OMG bar with live music every night. Friendly staff and very nice room and porch. My only negatives: - fridge turns off when leaving the room = can’t keep water or other refreshments cold during the day - bed was one of the hardest I’ve ever slept in - wifi was decent, but there were 5g which you could get access to if asking the staff - pool is blue and clean on images, was green and cloudy water. Despite these points, this is a good and affordable stay for a couple of days.

- adamo559 (10/5): Great friendly family resort - All the excellent reviews were spot on, Anna and the staff were friendly, helpful and welcoming. Rooms were nice sized with a cool outside shower bathroom built onto the rear of each apartment. We noticed some reviews stating that the mosquitos can be a problem in the bathroom at dusk - tip get the mosquito incense candles from 7/11 and burn one before shower time done the trick for us :) Location was perfect with a great tip from staff to visit beaches and local bars and restaurants. Highly recommend.

- jbt000 (10/5): Return visit to Oasis - We stayed at Oasis last year and loved Koh Lipe so much that we came back again. For us with 2 children Oasis was perfect because it is close to Sunrise beach and Walking Street but at the same time it is quiet and peaceful. Ann is the owner and she is lovely. Unfortunately we couldn't do the snorkelling trip this year because of unseasonally poor weather. However, the trip we did the previous year, organised by Oasis was just about the best day we have ever had as a family whilst on holiday. Absolutely spectacular.
- P9690GKmeganb (10/5): Perfect place to stay on Lipe - Beautiful property with a superb location. Just a few blocks to Sunrise beach and walking street. Clean, spacious room, with cold ac and a nice outdoor hot shower. Friendly staff in a quiet garden setting. Has a hose to spray the sand off your feet, thank you! Will definitely stay here next time we’re on the island, highly recommend.
- jarricah2018 (8/5): Cute little place - The owner of this place is very nice. I believe her and her family live here. It was very cozy and the beds were alright comfort wise but not the best. It kind of had a funny smell to it... like oldish but it was ok. Breakfast was good and in a cozy environment. Close to walking street which in my opinion is where you want to be near so that was great. It was far enough though that you aren’t bothered by noise. A+ Honestly loved it here, would come back for sure! It’s close to sunrise beach which is nice but packed and no privacy. Sunset beach was further but worth the walk because not many people went there. Then the main beach, Pattaya I believe? Was really nice but also busy. Thanks again!
- MBLovetoTravel (8/5): Fantastic Location & Staff - We stayed here for our stay on Ko lipe and was a great location. Minutes to walking street and sunrise beach..we walked to sunset beach as well- just a little farther. Simon the owner took us out on a whole day snorkeling tour to several beautiful spots. We had plenty of time at each location and never was rushed to move on. Very relaxed! Provided lots of fruit snacks and delicious chicken & rice lunch. Rooms were nice and clean, and breakfast was cooked to order and tasty! Even can do laundry for a small fee. Our room had the outdoor bathroom which after I got used to I didn't mind, except for the mosquitoes... bug spray is a must on the island! Great friendly and helpful staff. Would stay again!

The location is good cause it is close to the center, close to the beach and in a quiet place. Rooms are very big! And Ann will take a very good care of you, she is very lovely women! - NamSci (10/5): Lovely quiet location but close to everything you need! - Oasis Lipe has a delightful garden setting, and a fab quiet location on the edge of the town - it's a couple minutes walk to sunrise beach, close to shops and restaurants and walkable to the pier (but we took a mototaxi as we had heavy bags). The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The "outdoor" bathroom is very unique and we loved it. It is a private bathroom but be prepared to share it with some tropical creatures of course! It was great to have free tea and coffee for all guests in the mornings. We didn't have breakfast included so paid for it one morning, and it was simple, cheap and perfectly adequate for us. Overall, a great place to stay on Lipe at a fantastic price.
- SahirDhamija (10/5): Great Family Resort ! - We never thought we could hang out at nights on walking street coz we had 2 kids with us ( boys 11 & 7). Yet we did this every night !!! We just left the boys in the care of the really sweet caretakers Ann & her niece. They were so sweet that the niece actually cooked bowls of soupy noodles for dinner for kids. Our best time here was spending time with Ann & Simon who are somewhat the pioneers at Koh Lipe !! The information they gave us was so perfect, it even answered some things that were bothering me. Anyways, the rooms are beautiful and ideal for a family of 4...they have the 2 bunk beds in the garden rooms that is perfect for the kids. Simon is just the right guy to go to if you are looking at a fishing trip. Ann really can do all the rest i.e from taking you out on a boat to simply making you feel comfortable about leaving small kids behind. I will definitely go back there.
- Sandie02 (10/5): Rooms for 4 - Oasis has everything going for them, great rooms many that sleep 4. Quiet area yet short walk to the beach. We didn't hang out much at the hotel since the beaches in Koh Lipe are so amazing, but if we did it would of been very relaxing. They have hammocks set up and a little outdoor lounging area. The owner arranged for a boat to takes us out for the day and it was probably our favorite day in Thailand. Such a great adventure, snorkeling and exploring in his longboat. His wife prepared a nice picnic lunch and we went to a private beach. Worth every penny. When we return to Koh Lipe we plan to stay at Oasis again as we saw no better family hotel for this price.

- kenkeh (6/5): 2 night stay at low season - I didn't get the chance to meet the owner , a lady was there to assist me , it was low season when we visited . My room was not clean by the next day and no mineral water refill by the next day too and I'm wondering is this resort service like that ?For the price I paid for a family room was ok . One thing my family really like was the 2 big dog that came to visit us outside our room .

- edouardt93 (10/5): Amazing stay at Oasis Lipe Resort - Hi, I had the chance of travelling to Ko Lipe and have stayed at a Oasis Lipe Resort. Firstly the island is absolutely magic and breathtaking, secondly Oasis Lipe Resort is a nice and clean place to stay to. More than the hotel being great, the owner Simon and his wife Ann, are extremely friendly. They cook amazing Tai food, and as Simon is the owner of a traditional Tai boat, you can go for a fishing ride, or just go to visit the virgin islands around Ko Lipe. In a nutshell, I highly recommend this hotel, to share experiences with the owners. Edouard

- Nikki (6/5): Nice but extremely firm bed! - I enjoyed the central location as you could try out all the beaches but I'm not a fan of a firm bed so after the first night's sleep (or lack there of) I had to move. Very friendly owner although I was confused by the dramatic changes in price even on TripAdvisor (i.e. It jumped almost 40% from one night to the next while other places in the area didn't).
- fabiorjt (8/5): Good stay - We stayed at Oasis Lipe Resort for 2 nights, for 48 usd per night at high season. Not the cheapest stay, but the island is expensive. The rooms are very spacious, the room we had was quite private by the corner of the garden and the AC and hot shower were great. The room has a very good selection of TV channels. The bathroom is open, one could say it is quite charming, but it also left us vulnerable to a few mosquito bites when went there. The laundry service was quite good for 70 baht per kg. The guesthouse is very close to the sunrise beach, 5-10 min. walk. The owner organises snorkelling tours at 800 baht per person, a premium price vs. the ones offered by the Walking st. He says he goes to better places and when we spoke to him, he was very proud of it and very condescending regarding the other tours.

Perussiisti, suihku ja vessa "ulkosalla", ts. huoneesta menee ovi kylpyhuoneeseen, joka on puoliksi avonainen. Hyttysiä tulee huoneeseen tätä kautta. Aamiaisella sai valita yhden setin kolmesta, lisäksi kahvi/ tee ja mehulasi. Ihan ok, jolla pahimman nälän sai karkotettua. Hotellin henkilökunta ystävällistä ja avuliasta. Sympaattinen pieni hotelli. Jääkaappia tai vedenkeitintä ei ollut. Ilmastointi toimi hyvin. Lyhyt kävelymatka jokapaikkaan. Aamuyöstä herkkäuninen heräsi kukonlauluun ja koirien ulvontakonserttiin.
- wanderlustsoula (10/5): Great boutique hotel in Lipe - I absolutely loved this hotel. Their aren't many rooms about 8 or so and they are tastefully decorated. I love the cushioned picnic table as it was great for writing and eating at. The rooms are huge and can fit in a second bed so there were lots of families yet as the only solo traveller I was still treated very well. I loved the chillpit area opposite the main lobby/restaurant area it's a nice space to read. The bed is a proper mattress and the tv has so many English channels compared to what is usually on offer. Breakfast was delicious and the family that run this hotel are so nice. It was the first hotel in Thailand where the room was nicer than the photos. Another charming feature is the open air bathroom I haven't had one since my safari in Africa and it is really a nice touch. It is not on the beach so if that is important to you than this is not your hotel. It is very close to sunrise beach which during the high season is very wavy and full of boats there was no real marked off area for swimmers. And a five or so minute walk to Pattaya beach which during the winter has calm waters and great snorkelling from shore. I tried every spot in that bay and the best was the first roped off area to the right as you exit the walking street. My first time out I saw a sea snake and many times I saw sea horses the variety of marine life in this little area is amazing and definitely you see different stuff at different times of the day. The seas were pretty rough when I was there at other places so I may go back next month.
- nzwoodys (8/5): Great place to stay and great hosts - We stayed at Oasis Lipe Resort for 5 nights and had a lovely time. The family rooms are really large, with three beds enough for our family to have plenty of space. The bathrooms were also big but you do need to be careful with the bugs, at all times of the day. The breakfasts were great, and super quick. Having unlimited coffee certainly helps. Ann and Simon (plus the other staff) are lovely people and made us feel very welcome. We got to go out on their new boat which is great, perfect for snorkeling. The one downside to the resort is the noise. Although you are removed from the main area of the island you are subjected to two places which are very close, which both like to pump up the noise. The OMG bar two doors down played loud music (very bassy) until the small hours. Sometimes they would turn it off at 11pm, other days we had to put up with it until 2am. The restaurant across the road liked to either have music very loud or have their television blaring. It was ironic that most of the time they didn't have any customers in the restaurant, but the sound was from around 7am until 10pm. Saying this, we love Koh Lipe and having Simon and Ann helping us was great. Thanks.

- tomasm240 (4/5): We did not stay.... - In this resort but tried to book snorkling and possibly fishing trip. We spoke to the owner (Simon) and he promised if we hire boat he could take us for half day fishing and half day snorkling (fishing for me and snorkling for my wife). We agreed and depending on the weather he was supposed to call us in the morning around 9.00 but he did not. Eventhough it was raining I sent him message to ask if he consider the weather. He replied that he will contact us around 10.00-10.30 and we still can go if rain stops. We were waiting but he did not call us at all. Later on around 11.30 he texted that he is going fishing with another two customers asking if we want to join them but we were already elsewhere. We lost nearly half of day waiting. Poor customer service... If you want to go snorkling or fishing I recommend using one of the Walking street offices. Staff very nice and experience beautifull. This was our second visit at Koh Lipe...
- 125flemmingh (6/5): Average hotel but fairly priced - Since Koh Lipe is relative small the location of Oasis can be considered 'central' and the area is a the time writing quiet. Rooms are clean and the attached outdoor bathrooms adds and exotic air to the experience. But painted concrete floors have never been a favorite of mine and having to read a long posted list of prohibitions makes you feel a bit like you're in prison...... Breakfast was not great but served the purpose. So all in all this is a place where the staff is friendly and you get what you pay for - and maybe a bit more.

- Sofie (8/5): Litet persobligt hotell - Personligt litet hotell, personalen är underbar. Bra läge med nära till allt, liten enkel frukost på morgonen. Åk med på snorkelturen som dom ordnar, värd varenda krona! Vi hade lite problem med myror på rummen, annars är vi nöjda
