- Roger (6/5): - The bed was good, very close to the beac and that's why we booked it. No windows in our room, the shower was poor with bad water pressure. The AC is modern but still not very good. They had a planned power break but no one informed us about it.

Завтраки не брали и хорошо Зашли пару раз за деньги ( 300 бат за двоих). Не понравилось. Очень скучные и не вкусные.

I requested a quiet room, but I was given a room just one meter from a loudspeaker that was playing nonstop. The window could not be closed, so the noise was constant. It was impossible to sleep without earplugs. The jacuzzi was not working.

- Cindy (7/5): - Good size room and huge bed. Nice to have balcony. We were at the back of the hotel so looked on the alley behind but also it was facing away from the noisy road so good and bad. Air con quiet and efficient. Shower was roomy and hot. Beach just across the road, cafe downstairs ( cheapest beer we found). Rooftop pool not deep but good views and a nice swim especially in the mornings. Extra pillows, pool towels and beach towels on request. Bottles of water left outside rooms even if not cleaned. Cleaning very thorough. Good restaurants and bars nearby and quiet evening walks to escape the busy bits. The only real nuisance for us was that there was only one bedside table ( though room for both sides) and no table lamps by the bed - so couldn't read in bed at night ( which welike to do if we cant sleep)

Vi hadde kakerlakker på rommet, og vi ble bitt av dyr om natten, jeg mistenker bedbugs. Frokosten var ikke god. Hotellet ligger ved en veldig traffikert vei, det bråker voldsomt hele døgnet. På stranden har de som eier strandstoler plassert dem så tett, at man er helt inntil fremmede på hver side. Ingen avstand.

The cables were loose or broken, and there were no dumbbells. We couldn't do anything at all. The breakfast was terrible. And relatively expensive. Fried egg, toast, rice, and watermelon. I'm used to much more in Thailand.

The ground floor and lobby NEEDS ventilation!! - Right at a nice beach , good restaurants close by, convenience store right next door , massage and nail salon right next door and good roof top pool. The lobby aircon was never running. The breakfast area is used by the staff of a neighbouring business as a lunch room. Generally there were really strong odours in the stairwell from homemade food being reheated. This was quite unpleasant for al of our 5 days there

The first time it happened, we left a tip next to a note reminding them to lock the door... it was left open yet again and the TIP WAS GONE! Furthermore, we had to deal with 2 cockroaches in our bathroom that we learned had come from the sink's drain. Stay in Kata for more to do, this spot is only nice if the beach is all you need.

It beeps when you fill it up to a certain point. The button to turn the alarm off is "hidden" in one of the corners. Smart tv in the bedroom area. The wifi isn't good here!

I would like to postpone the check-in date because I have to be hospital and have a certificate from a doctor that I can't travel. Agoda informed that hotel did not approve. Disappointed me and tried to understand that it is the hotel policy. If there is chance, I would like to try to stay here in sea view room once.

- U9363VVjamied (4/5): If English, find somewhere else - If English this is not the hotel for you , room was below average and not nice view from balcony , we had a closed down place next door which wasn't pleasant to look out on ,a sink full of ants every morning ,sheets and pillow cases with holes and stains and layers of dust if you wanted to relax by pool no chance (all you can hear is very loud people not english speaking on there phones on loud speaker , We booked this for 7 nights and ended up leaving after 5 days to find somewhere else , they might as well put a Russian flag outside , walking down to breakfast we were not welcomed. Only left a 2 star and not a 1 star as staff were lovely

We didn’t complain as it wasn’t a huge concern, but if you’re a clean freak it’s not for you. Rooms are not as modern as shown in the pictures online but not a million miles off

The room floor also need to mop and all surfaces need a good wipe as inside room is dusty and floor is sticky when we arrived. Just telling this so next guest will love the hotel room even more Just need little maintenance inside . . . It can be better. Sink corners silicone need to replace as the black molds are thick build up..
- Warrick (8/5): Perfectly positioned on the beach road, and within an easy walk to convenience stores and restaurant - The position is perfect across the road from the beach, and an easy walk to the many food outlets in the area. I appreciated the lift to my room on the second floor, and to the pool on the fifth. I had paid for a superior room with wardrobe/closet, but was placed for 3 nights in a much smaller room above the Irish Pub which was very small. After complaining to front desk after first night, I was given the superior room in the hotel that I had paid for after 3 nights.

- Asif (3/5): Not recommended! - The hotel is a great spot of Karon Beach, Phuket and have nice restaurants are close by. The condition of the rooms and facilities are bad. Staff does not know much English and reception is not existent. Money went missing from the room and it was not a great experience. Cleaning staff is lazy and do not want to work at all.
- John (8/5): Excellent value - We took the public bus from Phuket airport to Karon, bus drop off not far from the hotel easy walk. The Hotel is right across from the beach. The room was spacious and clean everything worked.Free wifi tended to drop off intermittently staff were good.Lots of food places close by, as were massage places and market stalls. I would stay again.

- Gemma (10/5): Exceptional - Location was fantastic, directly across from the beach! Very close walking distance to food options and shopping as well! Room was clean and had everything we needed including balcony that looked over the beach which was lovely ! Staff were friendly, buffet breakfast cost 150 baht per person. Not a huge selection of food but it was tasty and convenient. Our balcony door was incredibly difficult to lock, we figured out a little trick but it was slightly annoying. The pillows weren’t great either. There were 3 pillows in the room in total and they were all different thicknesses. I should have asked for a new one but didn’t (my mistake!)

- Ian (7/5): Staff need some sort of hospitality training 😡 - Nice location. Staff very ignorant. Had to pay extra for a room in a block with a lift as me and my partner both in our 60 s were put in a room on the top floor of the block next door with no lift .

- Terio (9/5): Comfortable, nice and affordable room across the street from the beach - I had a room without a window but the balcony (walled off by the addition of more rooms) made it feel like it had windows. It was very well done. The room was well lighted and appointed and the bed was firm and comfortable. The day I paid for breakfast it was very good. Several hot dishes, one of which was a delicious creamy potato dish I assume must have been Russian. Liked the shortcut to the rooftop pool. The staff tended to be standoffish and cool. The pool was only open 08:00-18:00. Cold staff. I kept forgetting to put the DND sign out and they gave me new towels daily. Could have used a water bottle refill station also.
- Ekaterina (6/5): Not a bad hotel if living near the sea is a priority. - The hotel is on the first line, next to the beach. Nearby there is excellent infrastructure, shops and cafes. We had a nice balcony. Cleaning almost every day. Swimming pool on the roof. Poor internet that sometimes didn't work. Strange smell in the room when using the air conditioner. The most disappointing thing was the bed linen - the pillowcases had holes in them! I thought it was an accident, but it happened more than once. Need to replace. Also, the faucet in the bathtub was leaking and the handle was wobbly.
