- MIKI (4/5): 寝るだけそれ以上は期待しない方が良い。 - アメニティーが豊富、フリードリンクがある（水、お湯、備え付けでコーヒー、お茶、紅茶） 設備が古い、お風呂も古い、ベッドが硬すぎる、部屋が粗末。 この条件で1泊1万円以上は高すぎる。

- Akiko (8/5): 軽井沢にこんなリーズナブルなペンションがあったのね！ - 大変リーズナブルなお値段でペンションとのことで歯ブラシやパジャマ持参してましたが、歯ブラシ、化粧水など必要なアメニティが揃っていて、 浴衣まであった。 共用の電子レンジ、お水とお湯のサーバー、ティーバッグもあった お風呂とトイレは共用だか シャンプーなども親切に色々なタイプを用意してくれていた。 朝食はご飯と味噌汁と9種類のおかず、飲み物もコーヒー、紅茶、ほうじ茶なども用意されていて感動。 漫画などもたくさんあった。 とにかく、軽井沢でこの値段で 泊まれて印象がいいのは スタッフの方が感じがいいことが 一番だと思った。 シングル2台の部屋だったが 狭めのシングル。 コイルを感じるベッドで かたい シーツ、枕はキレイで清潔なので 気持ち良く過ごせた。

Duży wybór galanterii hotelowej (szczoteczka do zębów z pastą, płyn do demakijaży, grzebień, maszynka do golenia i dużo innych. W środku część hotelowa naprawdę ładna. Najfajniejszy swobodny dostęp do łaźni również w późnych godzinach. Zdjęcia obiektu są chyba sprzed kilku lat. Aktualnie hotel jest z zewnątrz dosyć zaniedbany. Stoliki w części restauracyjnej poobdzierane, przydała by się im renowacja lub wymiana. Niestety łóżko, w którym spałam miało mocno odczuwalne sprężyny, przez co noce były mniej przyjemne niż mogłyby być.

I really appreciate the hand warmer that they gave me, since it started to get cold and I was heading out into the night. Small gestures, great impact. The dining hall lighting. It was a little dark, but at least they serve reasonably priced Japanese breakfast.

- Edward (10/5): - 寒さの中での到着でしたが、事前にお部屋を温めてくださっていたようで、とてもありがたかったです。 駅から近く、周辺観光にも便利な立地でした。建物や客室に年季が入っている点については、事前に他の方の口コミや写真で確認していたので、特に気になりませんでした。とにかく「駅近でリーズナブルな宿」を探していたため、十分満足です。細かいことを気にされない方であれば、朝食付きでこの価格はとてもお得だと思います。 床がきしむ音や、扉の立て付けが少し気になる場面もあり、子供が一緒の滞在だった為、部屋の出入りの際には他のお客さんに迷惑がかからないか少し気を遣いました。ただ、部屋に入ってしまえば他の部屋の音はほとんど気にならず、どこか学生時代の修学旅行を思い出すような、懐かしい雰囲気を楽しむことができました。 また、アメニティがとても充実しており、滞在中に困ることは一切ありませんでした。11歳の娘は、さまざまなアメニティを目を輝かせながら選んでいて、とても喜んでいました。 また軽井沢に旅行に来る際には、ぜひ利用させていただきたいと思います。

- Both (2/5): Not even decent value for the money - The location was convenient. Everything else. The dinner and breakfast was convience store quality, and so the price was way too much per night. The rooms were cold, the beds uncomfortable and the entire premises poorly maintained.

The free amenities such as tea, chopsticks, appliance access, etc. are adequate. The room was clean and warm. The beds were somewhat uncomfortable. The rooms are quite small so it can be hard to manage with multiple suitcases. The bathroom facilities are shared and the bathrooms had some mould and peeling paint.

- minami (7/5): - 価格が安かった。建物自体は古かったがかわいらしくリフォームされていて清潔感もあり、アメニティーや無料で電化製品なども貸し出しされていてよかった。ヘアアイロン使いました。 水やコーヒーお茶なども共同スペースにスティックタイプで用意されていて自由に利用できてよかった。 共用のお風呂も浴槽が広く疲れを癒すのに充分だった。シャンプーの種類がたくさんあって好きな銘柄を使えるのもユニークだと思った。 無料で、目的地に送迎してもらえたのもよかった。 部屋のエアコンがかび臭かった。 共同浴場の脱衣室はスリッパで入室したが、廊下と区別がなかったため、風呂上がりに足の置き場に困った。
- Satou (6/5): 細かな心遣いにモノ、人にも感心 - スタッフのみなさんが優しい。 至るところに施された工夫。 古い設備なので、仕方ありませんが、もう少し、高齢者や障害のある方へ配慮があるといいですね。階段、お風呂、トイレの出入口の手すりは、必要かと。また、その返は、事前に明記しておいたほうが良いかとも。 車での送迎は助かりました。ありがとうございました。

We had private bathrooms, but the fact that others had shared bathrooms caused some travel on the floor during the night, which you could hear. All in all, this is not a super new accommodation, but still good value for the money, especially in Karuizawa.
