L'accoglienza e la disponibilità' della proprietaria mi ha fatto sentire a casa e viaggiando da sola ho molto apprezzato.Comoda la posizione, praticamente in centro e molto genuina e varia la colazione . . . . marmellata Top!!!! Perfetta!

• Mihai (7/5): Good - Chill temperature in june inside. Polite host. Calm area. Noise from above neighbour (sounds like high heels) until 23:20. And between 5:30-6:10. Super noise when neighbour flushes the toilet. (5sec feels like rocks are collapsing). Window and door could use some gaskets - outside noise comes streight through.

• Rene (10/5): Exceptional - We booked and checked in very late and it wasn't a problem. There is free on street parking and a nice view of the surroundings from the street, since it's on a hill. The city center is just a quick 5 min walk downwards. The area is peaceful and the apartment even has a small outdoor grotto with chairs and lemon trees.
• Alison (9/5): Great location, lovely and clean, welcoming owner, on road free parking - The owner was lovely and so welcoming. A lovely room and bathroom with a little window opening out onto a beautiful view of Modica. We parked on the road directly outside the property. A bottle of water and fridge were provided. The room was very clean and looked lovely. The owner was helpful suggesting a walk way into town and a couple of restaurants. The walk was quite steep and lots of steps but a short walk. We paid extra for breakfast which the owner freshly prepared and served in her dining room, pancakes, cake, yoghurt, fresh fruit, juice, biscuits etc all lovely It was cold in the room when we first arrived but it had been raining and had turned cold. We put the air conditioner on to heat up the room so it wasn’t a problem at all. It would have been nice to have a kettle, mugs etc in the room so that we could have made a hot drink. The walk from the car was very dark down a few steps and a gentle slope. Although it was literally only 10 metres a light would have been helpful especially as if had been raining.

• Verified traveler (10/5): Lovely room in a fairytale town - Cute room, great comfy bed! AC worked great, as well as the shower. A big plus to have a fridhe in the room. I had some issues with the key but the host was always ready to help and quick to reply within a minute. The area is in the middle of beautiful Modica. I travelled alone (woman) but felt very safe in the area even late in the evening. Will stay here again!

The stairs up from the City were a little challenging but manageable. Its difficult to find anything to criticise, a Modica chocolate left on the pillow would have been great!
