• Barbora (8/5): - Rozloha a poloha apartmánu. Táto lokalita a celkovo apartmány sa nám veľmi páčia, preto sme si ich vybrali uz po 3tí krát. V susediacich izbách bolo dosť hlučno hlavne vo večerných hodinách, nakoľko sme mali malé dieťa dosť nám to prekážalo pri uspávaní. Takisto koberec v spoločnej izbe vyzeral nepovysávaný a na oknách v izbách aj v obývačke bola pleseň na tesnení, to isté v sprchovacím kúte, dosť to kazili celkový dojem o čistote. Televízia vôbec nefungovala a vo vybavení kuchyne by som pridala určite o handru na riady viac takisto aj o 1ks viac sáčkov na smeti (pri rodine s deťmi sa to zíde).

• Michał (8/5): Odpowiednia cena do jakości - fajny apartament - Spory, przestronny apartament, dobrze wyposażona kuchnia. Apartament w miarę wyciszony. Możliwość gry w ping ponga i w piłkarzyki Tylko mydło w płynie - brak szamponu do włosów - standard czy przeoczenie. Jeśli Wasz pobyt jest dłuższy to upewnijcie się że macie odpowiedni zapas papieru toaletowego ponieważ w recepcji go nie dostaniecie. W odpowiedzi usłyszałem że są to apartamenty a nie hotel! Tak jak w większości przypadków tak i tutaj brak możliwości zasłonięcia okna dachowego. Brak balkonu i widoku na góry :-( Szkoda też że nie ma klimatyzacji ale o tym to akurat wiedzieliśmy.

• Ulrych (7/5): - Ubytování je na pěkném strategickém místě, všude kousek. Z venku vypadá moc pěkně. Apartmán je prostorný, má slušně kuchyňské vybavení i kvalitní postele a matrace. Ihned po příjezdu jsme dostali apartmán, kde jsme ihned viděli zničenou garnýž, velmi špinavý gauč, rozbité topení. V ložnici nánosy prachu. Na recepci bylo řečeno, že nejsou Hotel a je třeba se obracet na pronajímatele. Na to jsme ovšem neměli časový prostor a tak jsme nad tím mávli rukou. Ocenili bychom příště, aby byl apartmán řádně připraven k předání.

• Mário (10/5): - Páčilo sa nám všetko čo sa týka tochto apartmánu ktorý sme mali celý apartmán len pre nás takže čisté ,moderné a hlavne tiché miesto pre deti a výlety sme absolvovali na vláčikoch takže na tom sme dosť ušetrili kúpili sme si za 16 eur cestovanie Tatranskou železnicou na 7 dní a môžete sa voziť celé dni a takto na jeden denň sa to neoplatí .Takže super dovolenka v tomto apartmáne Sileas radi sa zase o rok vrátime. Všetko sa nám páčilo takže na toto sa nedá odpovedať vôbec.
• Laura (8/5): Very good - We had a great time staying at this apartment. The place was well-equipped with everything we needed, and the check-in and check-out process was smooth and hassle-free. The host was very friendly and helpful, always quick to respond to any questions we had. The view of the mountains from the window was a lovely touch and made the stay even more pleasant. We also really appreciated that the property is dog-friendly, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommended!

• Vera (1/5): SCAM! - The mountain view. This is my first ever Booking review...It says on Booking that the apartment is for 4 adults. In reality, it is for 2 adults, as for the other two adults, they provide a narrow and broken sofa bed, which could fit at most one person, and worse still, it was extremely uncomfortable, hard, and uneven, with the headrest higher than the foot part. Furthermore, the reception staff was extremely rude and even threatened to call the police (!!!) when we tried to use the barbecue in the kiosk, which was listed on Booking as available regardless of the season. Also, when we asked if there was a bathroom available at the reception, he immediately said no, but later we saw there was indeed a bathroom in the common areas of the building. This same staff member insisted on saying that it was not a hotel and that he could not assist us with anything, so be aware that the guest gets no assistance. If you advertise an apartment on the Booking platform, the least you can do is ensure that the reception staff can provide proper assistance to guests. I saw the owners arguing in other Booking reviews that they are available to resolve any issues, but the truth is that we tried contacting them via Booking messages, and the response was extremely slow, with no help at all!! The truth is that they do not like guests in this building, which is mostly residential, and treat people who book this apartment very poorly. Additionally, the apartment has a very unpleasant smell.

• Michał (8/5): Very good - Good location. There is a big shop nearby and restaurants. Good place for trips to High Tatras or Slovakia Raj. There is a big parking. The area is quiet, even though close to the road. The apartments are big and well equiped. In one of the apartment there was even washing machine. The rooms were very clean. Beds are comfortable and there is a lot of cupboards and wardrobes to keep the luggage (very nice storage room!). The apartments were bit dark, because the windows are on the north side (however the view to the mountains is great!). Sometimes it was quite hot inside. We were missing some accesories, for example there was only one garbage bag. Some things in apartment are little damaged. There are not many attractions around the building (or you have to pay for them).

• Katalin (9/5): It was a lovely place to stay. - Amazing view to the mountains. The apartment was really spacy and well equipped. The bed was not too comfortable for us (too soft). Despite the fact the soundproofing itself was not bad, our neighbours were extremely loud, partying, singing full-throated and shouting every day until 3-4am.

• Arpad (7/5): Good - Good location close to the high Tatras but outside of the busy areas, so more quiet. Good parking, big rooms very well equipped, comfortable beds, incl even the sofa bed. There are also some good restaurants in walking distance. Wifi was an issue, poor speed and kept dropping connection. No aircon, no blinds on the windows so waking up with the morning sun.

I think most of people arrive to climb so every day you have dirty clothes. There wasn’t possibility to wash clothes even in a hotel. You could offer possibility laundry in your hotel even for extra money ;)

• Peter (9/5): Comfortable stay with a family and a dog - recommended - The location is OK, the apartment complex is really nice to hang around with a children playground on site and enough greenery to walk around with the dog. There's a supermarket and an OK pizzeria within a walking distance too and everything between Poprad and High Tatras is easily accessible from the location by car. Also the reservation, payment processing, check-in, etc. was really smooth with the host communicating very promptly and clearly. Staying with a dog was easy and there were more people with dogs around, which is always a small bonus. Another big positive point was the washing machine in the apartment which is a good help for a party on the road. We had a wonderful stay, everything was fine, except the weather during our stay could have been a bit better. The apartment would do with a carpet to soften the space, but this is not a complaint, rather a suggestion. If anything, I would perhaps welcome some cooking basics in the kitchen like sugar, salt, maybe a handful of teabags. Also shower shampoo would be nice to have. But then again, this is not a complaint, rather a suggestion to make the next stay even better.

Great for having picnic or barbecue with friends and family. Apartment was well equipped. We only stayed 1 night but I gladly come back again for a little longer. The TV was not working at the time. It didn’t bother us that much as we like watching movies on our laptop. But it would be better (or it would add to the comfort) if it worked, of course.

• Shai (2/5): my biggest disappointment of the trip, we actually moved to a different hotel not far. - big rooms and thats about it. no internet (not as promised), when I tried to sit for a few minutes in the "lobby" to get some work and emails done, the guy from the reception actually sent me away, saying I cant sit there. except for one nicer lady who "let" me sit there for 10 minutes to "use" better Wi fi reception, i have never seen anything like it, (and Im not even talking about the kids who "needed" the Wifi to upload pics) I would never go back

• Verified traveler (10/5): Nice stay near the Tatra mountains. - we stayed at the hotel in our vacation is Slovkia. great location. we took the delux apartment and is was spacious for 4 people. the kitech is fully equipped and there is supermarket in 5 minutes walking distance.
• Alexander (8/5): Good base for the Tatras if you are driving - Front desk staff was amazing. Our apartment on the ground floor was simple but clean and comfortable, though the furniture seemed like it had experienced some rough guests in the past, and so did the bathroom. There was sufficient free parking in front of the building. It is probably not feasible to stay there without a car, since the establishment is outside of the nearest town (Velka Lomnica) and there is not much within walking distance. Driving to the nearest town takes about 5 minutes, about 10 minutes to Tatranska Lomnica and 15-20 minutes to Poprad.

• Verified traveler (8/5): Cisza,spokój z dala od zgiełku i centrum. - Bardzo czysto i elegancko. Apartament duży i dobrze wyposażony. Bardzo wygodne łóżka. Dużo przestrzeni. Dwa balkony. Aneks kuchenny. Internet. Bezpłatny parking przed obiektem. Jedyną niedopuszczalną rzeczą była kartka w kuchni z informacją o naliczeniu opłaty 20€ za nieumyte naczynia pozostawione w zlewie. Mimo wszystko i tak pobrano ode mnie opłatę 20€ za sprzątanie o czym zostałem uprzedzony w recepcji.
