- Alberto (2/5): - When you first arrive, be careful to double check the address as it's a very small building and easy to overlook. This is NOT a hotel, this is a key fact the door staff will be sure to remind you as they list all the shortcomings. Also, keep your flip flops on in the unit as although it was a very tiny space, it doesn't feel like much effort is made to keep it clean beyond the quick once over and it felt very grimy. The safe didn't work and according to the clerk, we had no reason to complain as the unit was safe in his judgement, and we are "lucky" to be in this part of Paris. Also, don't expect clean towels or linen as "this is NOT a hotel, it's an apartment" and they also expect you to clean the dishes and throw out the trash when you leave or they'll keep your $200 security deposit. Not recommended at all.

- Saebom (8/5): - The property was very nice and several bakeries and super market close by. The check-in was at 3 pm and was told check out was at noon. The property was clean, except for the bathroom. The vent was very dusty and the shower head was very callused by hard water. At 1150 am, we (family of 6 with two rooms) were rushed out by the hotel staff stating its noon and check out is now. She apologizes when we went down to check out and that she needed one of us to go over the room to make sure we got our security deposit back. While i was in the elevator with her, another customer handed her the keys and left (they sounded French). She did not inspect their rooms. I did find this strange and unfair. All in all, the stay was fairly nice and convenient. Minus one star for the negative experiences mentioned above.
- Andrew (10/5): lovely long weekend at Les Apartments Paris Clichy - We were made to feel very welcome at Les Apartments Clichy. The apartment was ideal for the 6 of us, modern clean, well equipped and with a lovely balcony looking out over the town square. Centrally located in Clichy it is also ideally situated for taking in the local area - shops, cafes, restaurants etc.. all being within a stones throw. Clichy in general is a nice area from which we used as a base to visit Paris over a long weekend. We used our car to get around but the metro is also very close. Noteable was the exceptional customer service of the staff at reception who were incredibly genial and genuinely cared that we had a nice stay. Would highly recommend a stay here and am sure that we will be back next time that we visit Paris !
- Darin (6/5): Nice Place, but the Line 13 Metro is a nightmare - The apartment met expectations. It has an elevator. Shopping (Grocery, Bread and Pastries) are just out the front door. The bad part is the closest metro stop is line 13. Almost impossible and dangerous to get on the trains at peak times. Search Line 13 on the internet and it is the pain of Parisians. So we had to take Uber, and theft and pick pocketing is way up in Paris and line 13 and especially the Clichy stops are very bad. Got one of our Iphones stolen, they tried to make off with the whole purse. It was while being crushed into the train car, and I mean crushed, you can have no sense of your belongs when you are being pushed and crushed on all sides. It would have been a lot more pleasant stay without the Line 13 metro problems. I like the neighborhood, the people, and the apartment.

The supermarket next door and McDonalds which is 2 mins walk away were fantastic! A minute walk to the bus stop and 3 minutes walk to the train station links to all major attractions. Staff were always available to answer questions. Will definitely visit again! A smart TV would have been PERFECT.
- Gordon (8/5): Good location - The apartment is in good shape with working Wi-fi, close to the metro and with a grocery store right next door. The staff were accommodating to all our requests. My only issue is the shower. The door opens inward which makes it difficult to enter and then close the door. The shower also doesn't drain well and leaks onto the bathroom floor. Great place for a family stay other than the shower issues

I got transferred to different apartment in different location. We got 2 rooms instead as they have no more 2 bedrooms. It was ok because majority of people in my party are adults & ok to be separate room/floor. This would be a problem if they’re children.

Being able to purchase a few groceries and do light laundry was very convenient and allowed us to pack lighter and start our full days of exploration more easily. Units are air conditioned which was a bonus as the week of our travel weather was rather warm. Staff members Etai and Walid were friendly and welcoming during our visit providing us with tips for site seeing and great places to grab a bite. I will definitely stay again during our next trip!

And the reception is always there to answer questions and provide help - unlike many of similar properties which do not have onsite staff. Location is awesome-the metro directly to champs Elysee is just 3 minutes away and there is a direct train to Varsailles nearby about 10min away. Not to mention the great grocery store just down stairs with fresh food and great wines, and the pastry across the street for all the French bread!

- Clare (10/5): Would stay again in a heartbeat! - Years of visits to Paris have taught me all about noisy, tiny, worn and tired accommodation options in the city. This was the exact opposite - big, bright, clean, very well equipped and modern. For Copenhageners used to hardwood floors and sleek furnishings, this felt like home. We stayed in 203 - a one-bed with separate kitchen/living room, a bathroom and a balcony overlooking a gorgeous tree-lined square as well as a lovely old apartment building with wrought iron balconies. It was the best of both worlds - live in a modern apartment, look out on old Paris. It was really easy to get to the city centre sights on the metro (or bus) and then whizz back home when the crowds and the noise got too much for us. This is a predominantly residential district with all ameneties (supermarket, bakers, cafés) on your doorstep but no tourists to burst your happy dream that you’re a Parisian (if only for a week!) The double-glazing keeps most of the street traffic noise out, but not all, so request a place at the back if this is an issue. But you’ll miss the view and watching people go about their daily business as you sip espresso on your balcony. (Yes, all apartments have their own espresso machines.) Have fun, and enjoy this little oasis of calm in noisy, crazy, wonderful Paris!

- Verified traveler (6/5): Not great, no smoke alarms - A pretty average Apartment, quite spaciouys, fixtures and fittings were on the cheap side, quite poor toiletries and towels, etc. Lots of Signs about charges for Cleaning although it wasn't particularly clean to begin with. Wall was damaged and had Electircal Socket hanging off. Biggest problem - there was a COMPLETE lack of any Fire/Smoke alarms in the apartment - there are the Holders screwed to the Walls, but No Alarms!!!

- Alexandre (6/5): - The entrance of the building was under renovation with lots of dust. The sofa bed had no sheets, just a kind of blanket and was dirty. The other equipment and bathroom were working well.
- lisa (2/5): - So on the positive side the hotel is very nice and in a great location. For us we had a 2 night booking from Expedia for my wife, myself and our 10 year old and 13 year old. Our flight was delayed and that meant we didn't get to the hotel until early in the morning of the second day. The hotel had already cancelled our booking the previous day for both nights and they had already re-booked the room to another person meaning we were left in Paris with no room to stay at. The hotel refused to provide a refund even though they had another guest in our room paying for another booking. The hotel had not tried to contact us to tell us that they had cancelled our booking and in expedia it showed it was available. We took an Uber from CDG to the hotel that cost us $65 only to be told when we got there that our room had already been sold and they didnt have any other availablity. So the hotel had been paid for the room by us and also the other person they sold it to but refused to refund. Very bad service.
- Rod (6/5): Good location and ambience - We rented two apartments, a two bedroom for a family of five, which had only one bathroom. The second appt was one bedroom for a couple, on two levels, with two bathrooms! Some of the fittings needed maintenance. The floors were all hard surface, with Ikea type furnishings. No books or magazines made the appts appear sparse. It felt a bit like a basic hotel, lacking atmosphere. We found the atmosphere outside, as the appts are in a good area of Paris

Helpful staff. - About 5 minutes walk from the Marie de Clichy Metro station, above a very good supermarket (open from 8am to 8pm) & beside a very typical French bar/restaurant, this very comfortable apartment would rate as one of the best we've had in our many trips to Paris. Spacious, good sized televisions in both the lounge & double bedroom, well equipped kitchen with toaster, kettle, 3-ring hot plate, a combination microwave & oven that we didn't have the knowledge to work, unfortunately. Nespresson coffee machine & large fridge/freezer & washing machine. No dryer, but it clothes dried very well in the bathroom on the heated towell rail. Great shower & 2 basins in the bathroom. Good natural light, an efficient elevator & air conditioning. A small table in the bathroom to place toilet bags, hair dryer etc & attention to lighting lamps could have made things a little better, but on the whole, this place is excellent with lovely, helpful staff.
- Courtenay (10/5): Highly Recommend! - We really enjoyed our stay! The studio apartment was equipped with full amenities and the size was perfect for 2 people! Beautifully decorated, very clean, and amazing staff who helped us navigate Paris and even order pizza. We loved that there were 2 grocery stores near by (a market just by the apartment entrance, and a supermarket about 3 mins away by the metro entrance). The metro is very close and easy to access with only a 20min ride to the Paris core. The area is trendy with bars and shops and feels very safe. Highly recommend.
- Cathy (6/5): Fantastic views, but.... - This is an apartment building, staffed. Overall, it was a good experience although there were a few hiccups in service. In this day and age of identity theft, NO person should be physically taking copies of a credit card and passports. I have a huge problem with that practice but felt stuck. Their explanations as to why did nothing to make me feel better. Tried to check in earlier but they wanted to charge us extra. I'm not used to being treated like that when every other hotel has tried to accommodate such requests and never charged anything extra. For this reason and the breach of privacy, I cannot recommend this place. Again, the apt itself was great, great view...Francene was very nice but unless they change their practices, I wouldn't be able to recommend this place.

No one was there for check out since we had to leave early, so I was told to drop the key in the key box. Couldnt sleep at all. The room was hot. No shampoo. Neighborhood was OK, super market, food and very good bakery are close. We booked this by an accident and not happy at all.

The metro is less than 5mns walk away, immediately beside the building is a chain grocer, and across the street is an excellent bakery. You'll be about 20 minutes by metro from central Paris and in a fairly peaceful neighborhood. We felt safe throughout. The apartment had some minor issues but nothing too major. Comfortable beds and electric blackout blinds. We cooked at home a couple times and the kitchen has all required cookware. Mixed feelings on client service; it was excellent at check-in, but pretty bad during check-out. Someone may have been having a bad day but that's not the impression you want to give your departing clients. All in all, I'd still recommend a stay there.
- LI Traveler (8/5): - My family and I stayed there for two nights (Apr 2018) and had a very good experience. The apartment was very clean, modern and fully equipped. The apartment location was very close to public transportation (one block away from the Metro as well as a bus stop stop). It was also a short ride on either from the Eiffel Tower, the Arch De Triumph as well as a mall. The only thing keeping it from a perfect score was that the window in the living room was broken (the actual glass) and the chain on the front door was also broken. Ultimately however, this did not deter from the overall experience greatly. We had a great time and would recommend.
- Tukha (10/5): My home away from home! - Staff was amazing, especially the manager who gave me a bottle of champagne for my birthday. The place was HUGE, clean, and very comfortable. My apartment was the duplex with a balcony: Has AC Big bathrooms with rain showers Sofa bed included a “mattress” layer and it was so comfortable Memory foam type bed Perfectly clean and white sheets Elevator in building Plenty of closet space Automated blackout blinds Kitchen includes: Silverware, glasses, plates and bowls, cookware. Fridge, freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, oven, stove. Convenient locafion: Next to a grocery store Close to the bus stop and metro station Located in a residential area, safe, no sex stores lining the streets here! I loved my stay at Les Apartments Clichy. I wish I could move there and live there forever. I would highly HIGHLY recommend this place. I was so comfortable on the sofa bed that I didn’t even use the real bed lol.

- Brenda (10/5): Great neighborhood, helpful staff, and clean! - Six adults just shared a two bedroom apartment for a week. We had a very positive overall experience. The neighborhood is nice and we always felt safe. There are several grocery stores close, so we were able to pick up some things we needed, cook in the kitchen, and have snacks at the apartment. The Marie Clichy metro stop is a couple minutes away. Be aware that when you are leaving the apartment in the morning during rush hour; the metro will be packed. It was fine, and we were always able to get on the train, but it is wall to wall people between 8:00-10:00 or so. It's just part of the experience of a big city. If you are going to the airport with luggage during rush hour, I would definitely recommend getting the apartment to line up a taxi or shuttle for you. The staff was great and handled all of our questions in a very professional and kind manner. They gave us recommendations and each person we encountered was very pleasant to communicate with. The pictures of the apartment were accurate, so there were not any surprises for us. The kitchen was adequately stocked and everything was very clean. The beds in the bedrooms were firm, but comfortable. We had an inside room, so it was quiet. Our only complaint was that the sofa bed was uncomfortable, but it is hard to find a comfortable sofa bed. We ended up putting the cushions from the sofa under the mattress and using an extra duvet to make the sofa bed comfortable.
- annemarie (10/5): Top notch apartment! - Staff were so friendly and welcoming! Great spot close to supermarkets, bars,restaurants and close enough to get into Paris city centre! The apartment was perfect with great shower and lovely rooftop terrace with an amazing view. Will definitely be back!

- Sebastian (10/5): Great Value, modern apartments - This is a great place to stay, very comfortable and spacious for Parisian standards. It is outside the city centre but the metro station is only two blocks away and connects you the entire city's metro system. Even if you wanna taxi around it's not that far at all. Great neighbourhood with everything you need close by; including a grocery store next door. The aparataments' interior design is very well thought out. Absolutely recommend it.

- Sarhan (6/5): Nice hotel but fruit flies every where! - Apartments were perfect for us but out of the two apartments we rented, one had a fruit fly infestation. They weren't able to move us to another room and instead of dealing with it they bought me a can of insect repellent!! We have a baby with us, so instead I made a make shift fruit fly trap and left it in the kitchen for a day. Cought/killed most of the fruit flies. But still, very bad experience dealing with this issue. I also found a tick on the pillow. Ticks are incredibly dangerous as they can carry disease, especially for children. I hope they find a better cleaning crew and pay more attention to details.
- Jon (8/5): Small yet comfortable. - Staff was very friendly and helpful. Two magnetic lock doors to get inside helps not to worry about non residents to wander in the building. Love that the market is right next door in case you need to buy toiletries and/or food. I had to purchase a few things since I have small children. Only 8 minute walk to the metro which will connect you to Eiffel tower and all the main tourist attractions in under 25 minutes. Overall good experience..

- Nathalie (10/5): nice appartement close to metro - we love my 2 daughters and me to stay aux appartements Clichy it took us 10 minutes walk to metro Mairies de Clichy and after 20 mins we were anywhere we want in Paris ...very easy we love the staff there, every morning they help us to decide were to go, give us maps and help us to reserve places to go ,book CAB FOR US TO COME BACK FROM MOULIN ROUGE, and the last day reserve a cab in the morning for the airport ...any question they took time to answer ... we felt safe and it was so clean it's actually new place ..every day we went to the grocery downstairs and for 2euro you get a nice croissant muffin and fresh orange juice its a grocery pharmacie also anything you need its there we actually miss them very much they will stay in our good memories of our trip because I was very nervous to go alone and they really make the trip a wonderfull experience ...

It was a great apartment and we're 100% satisfied. - Clichy is a nice neighbourhood. when you see kids playing around you know you're in a safe place. - the location is great. 2 minutes walk from the metro station, a few bakery shops and lots of good restaurants. - The staff is so friendly! Kevin, Nathan and Francine helped us with everything we needed, including travel tips, where to buy tasted baguette, how to use the appliance labeled in French and calling a taxi to the airport. - the apartment is newly renovated. it has everything you need to feel like home - the apartment is clean. - Wifi is fast! The only thing that troubled us is the out door cafe across the street. It opens at 6:00am and we can hear them moving tables and chairs. It wasn't too bad but we are sensitive to noise. We will definitely stay here again next time we visit Paris.

- Milos (10/5): Exceptional - I've booked apartment on the top floor with the huge terase. It's very nice, clean and tidy with plenty of space. Fully equipped kitchen and a nice toilet with the rain shower. Good location with only few minutes walking from the metro station. There are also a few big shops and supermarkets around as well as bakeries, so everything you need for a perfect stay. It was pleasure to stay and definitely would stay again. 10/10
- Suresh (10/5): - Great stay at this place. Clean room, well furnished. Good neighbourhood. Friendly front desk. They helped us all the time. But they didn't have an intercom so every time there is a need, I need to get down in the lift. The lift was very slow so it makes it more difficult.
- Michael (10/5): Clean, comfortable, updated modern style. - This is a great place to stay if you don't mind being a little away from the city center. Very reasonable rates. Cool modern style. Clean, comfortable and quiet at night. Metro stations are very close. You can be in the city center in around 20-30 minutes including your 5 minute walk to the station. Having a kitchen and clothes washer was very convenient. No dryer but they have clothes lines in the shower. Just wash in the morning. When you get back your clothes are dry. I would recommend this to anyone and if I return I will stay here again.
