• Michael (3/5): vakantie - goede locatie, rustig, klein hotelletje, goede airco 1. de douche werkte niet - klein stroompje en de scherm was heel slecht afgedicht 2. Er hoeft niet elke dagen verschoond te worden maar als ze beweren dat wel te doen, dan hoort de staf dan tenminste langs te komen 3. super vies trap naar boven.

• Alejandra (7/5): Buena ubicación pero podrían mejorar algunas cosas. - La ubicación y disponibilidad. Nosotros reservamos 6 habitaciones. La regadera del baño que tenía tina, el teléfono de la regadera estaba abajo y era súper incómodo bañarse sin mojar todo. Algunas colchones estaban ya vencidos. El aire acondicionado no permitía cambiarle de temperatura (seguro es algo que tienen ya controlado para evitar gastos de electricidad)
• gabriela (5/5): The lamp in the room was missing the lightbulb, the tv did not work, and the bathroom sink was not draining. When I trie - My husband and I enjoyed the convenience of the location and the fact that we could store our luggage there after check out. Being able to open the window a was nice too. We didn’t like how small it was and how uncomfortable the split bed was. I kept falling in the gap throughout the night. The place could’ve been cleaner too and more comfortable

• Ľubomír (8/5): Príjemné ubytovanie v centre - Poloha blízko centra a čistota izby, príjemný personál. Strmé schody do izieb (možno by bolo vhodné upozorniť na to), sprcha by potrebovala renovovať - odtekala extrémne pomaly (ale všetko bolo čisté), okno v kupelni by mohlo byť otvárateľné - bolo by to príjemné.

• Gynna (1/5): Would never use this place again - Dirty and not great also the service was awful for the price Everything was not great for the price and the staff was so rude I booked the hotel and asked politely for cancellation the same day I booked with 3 months in advance and they were very rude and did not want to cancel without charging the full amount.

• Thomai (9/5): - Το ξενοδοχείο ήταν στο κέντρο της πόλης με πολύ εύκολη και γρήγορη πρόσβαση σε πολλά αξιοθέατα. Το δωμάτιο ήταν μεγάλο και άνετο αρκετά. Τα άτομα στην resepsion ήταν εξυπηρετικότατα και πολύ φιλικά. Είχαμε ζητήσει ένα διπλό κρεβάτι και ήταν δυο μονά ενωμένα. Και η καθαριότητα θα έπρεπε να είναι πιο σχολαστική. Έμπαινε κάθε μέρα η καθαρίστρια αλλά κάποια πράγματα δεν τα άλλαζε (π.χ. σεντόνια).

• Celine (4/5): Gute Lage leider eher heruntergekommen - Gute Lage im Zentrum Leider war die Dusche komplett verschimmelt. Die Matratzen waren sehr durchgelegen. Der Safe war kaputt. Der Kühlschrank war kaputt. Als wir das gemeldet haben, hat man uns gesegat wir bekommen einen neuen Kühlschrank. Leider ist nie etwas passiert. Das Personal persönlich zu sprechen war auch eher schwirig da erst jemand ab 10:00 dort war.

• Gisela (2/5): Nefasta gestión - La ubicacion Me gustaría dejar constancia de una experiencia muy negativa relacionada con la gestión de documentos en este hotel. Durante el check-in entregamos nuestro DNI para que hicieran la correspondiente fotocopia. Sin embargo, en ningún momento nos lo devolvieron. Es cierto que nosotros tampoco lo reclamamos en ese instante, pero precisamente por eso consideramos que el hotel tiene la responsabilidad de devolver cualquier documento personal una vez finalizado el proceso, tanto en el check-in como en el check-out. La consecuencia fue muy grave: al darnos cuenta de que no teníamos el DNI, estábamos a punto de embarcar en un crucero. Tuvimos que pagar de nuestro bolsillo un taxi boat urgente desde la estación marítima de Venecia para que fuera a recuperar el documento al hotel y volviera al puerto a tiempo. Lo más decepcionante no fue solo el error, sino la falta total de implicación por parte del personal. En ningún momento se ofrecieron a ayudarnos a solucionar la situación ni a asumir el coste adicional que nos generaron. Añadir que ademas me intenté poner en comunicacion con ellos por mensaje y ni tan siquiera me contestaron o se interesaron por si finalmente lo llegamos a solucionar. Un descuido así con documentación personal es inaceptable, y la falta de respuesta por parte del hotel empeora aún más la experiencia.

• EVAGELIA (7/5): - Αριστη τοποθεσία κοντά στα βασικότερα αξιοθέατα της πόλης, σε ωραία γειτονιά με έντονη ζωή και μαγαζιά. Η καθαριότητα ήταν το βασικό μειονέκτημα καθώς 4 ημέρες δεν άλλαξαν σεντόνια. Το δωμάτιο θα μπορούσε να είναι πιο καθαρό. Επίσης ο κάδος και η μπανιέρα είχαν σκουριά και μούχλα αντίστοιχα, πράγμα που μειώνει την εικόνα του ξενοδοχείου και ήταν αρκετά απογοητευτικό. Γενικά μια ανανέωση σε όλο τον χώρο είναι απαραίτητη.

• Virginia (4/5): Estancia regular - Muy buena ubicación, puedes dejar tus maletas luego del check out No da la sensación de limpieza, almohadas muy antiguas e incómodas.. La ducha estaba tapada, el chico que estaba en la noche intentó destaparla luego de ir a recordarle dos veces para que por favor lo hiciera… aún así, no funcionó. La verdad que para el precio no está muy bien.

Всеки ден се почистваше и се носеха чисти кърпи . И в стаята и в банята беше топло и можеше спокойно да контролираш температурата . Персонала беше любезен и ни пусна в стаята по рано. Душ кабината беше много малка .. по едър човек влиза но едва се къпе . Канала на душ кабината трудно се оттичаше .

Сражу при заезде в номере не работал туалет, мы позвали администратора, она ничего не смогла сделать и сказала, что другой администратор починит, он прийдет через 2 часа. Мы вернулись в номер уже вечером и туалет по прежнему не функционировал, мы попросили разобраться с этим администратора, но у него не получилось, нам не был предложен другой номер, компенсация и т.п., поэтому впечатления от проживания двойственные.

• Navas (9/5): Estancia medio agradable - Me gustó la ambientación del hotel, el trato del personal super amables y estan siempre en el puesto. La calefacción estaba muy bien un rato, pero, luego se volvia insoportable por el calor. El extractor del baño suena mucho y molesta tanto a ti como húesped como a los de al lado. La limpieza también podria a ver estado algo mejor.

• Olena (10/5): - Все було чудово, клімат-контроль працює, вікна гарно зачиняються і не чутно вуличного шуму. нам дозволили після виїзду залишити речі на ресепшн і ми ще мали змогу погуляти по Венеції. Чудове розташування: все поряд і площа Марко і міст Ріалто і зупинки вапорето. Зліва знаходиться невеличка площа з кафе і вуличним каналом, можна поїсти морозиво, випити кави і посидіти біля води Поганенько зачинились дверцята душової кабіни, але загалом це не турбувало.

• Kendra (8/5): Comfortable convenient and great location - Great location, cozy room, staff were always attentive and friendly. The double bed is two twin beds pushed together and there is a notable gap between the mattresses. The room was very warm even in below freezing January temps. We had to open the window to cool off frequently.

Niestety musieliśmy dopłacić 20€ za zameldowanie po godzinie 20:00, ta informacja jest dostępna, ale jest to rozczarowujące, gdy np. opóźni ci się lot, brak mini barku w pokoju (czajnik, filiżanki).
