We enjoyed our stay The only thing is that it’s loud at night because it’s in the center with many bars around. So if this bothers you u bring earplugs:) Everything else is very good

• Noemi (1/5): - Chi gestiva il beb non mi ha trattato come si trattano i clienti, ovvero mi spiego meglio… L ultima sera sono stata invasa da formiche giganti con le ali, dove poi il mio fidanzato si è proprio accorto che c era un vero e proprio formicaio,quando ho chiamato il gestore ( mai visto perche le stanze si aprono in automatico con un codice segreto) mi ha risposto che dovevo io provvedere a comprare uno spry per le formiche se volevo essere piu tranquilla e che essendo l ultima notte non faceva nulla essere invasa insomma potevo anche dormire con loro… alche io mi sono scaldata e gli ho detto che non era una giusta cosa che io cliente dovevo provvedere e seconda cosa , come regola mi doveva proprio cambiare stanza visto che cera un formicaio, mi ha anche offeso dicendo che io ero incinta e che se non provvedevo la responsabilità ricadeva su di me, ma OVVIAMENTE NON LO SONO HO SOLO UN PO DI PANCETTA VISTO CHE HO PARTORITO A DICEMBRE, dopo ciò scoraggiato dalla mie risposte mo ha mandato la signora delle pulizie con uno spry… una puzza che non vi dico. La signora delle pulizie una bravissima persona. Mai PIU !!!

Had a code for the door so did not need to worry about keys or anything! Would 100% stay again. I honestly think the property was faultless. I can’t say one bad thing

A pedestrian area will need to walk a short distance to the room but not difficult. The bathroom is tiny. It's a little weird that the basin is in the bedroom.

• Carlos (10/5): Um grata surpresa no centro de Mykonos - Acho que as fotos que estão no Booking dizem muito sobre o espaço. Instalações novas, modernas, que tem tudo o que se necessita para uma estada confortável e prática, até pela proximidade de tudo. O que as fotos não refletem são os detalhes. O proprietário nos tratou de forma exemplar. Muita educação, respostas rápidas, preocupação em saber como estávamos. Limpeza todos os dias por uma profissional albanesa simpatissíssima, inclusive com troca de toalhas, se solicitado. Cápsulas de café, Smart TV com Netflix e outros aplicativos, Ar Split, amenidades de banheiro e até creme hidrante e lenços de remover maquiagem. Se estão a procura de um espaço de ótimo custo x benefício, onde se possa se sentir em casa e ao mesmo tempo ter os serviços que realmente importam de um hotel, este é o lugar. Nenhum lugar é perfeito. Neste caso, qualquer coisa que mencionasse seria injusto dada a satisfação que tivemos em nossa estada.

• ANIBAL (8/5): A fine place for a short stay - It's really well located. The room is small but clean – the bed was comfy and the sheets smelled good. The host willingly accommodated our needs. The bathroom is too small. The shower water doesn't drain water quick enough so there will be a pool on your feet anytime you go in.

I strongly recommend that you do not use these hosts. - Nothing Our booking was for the “Alana Mykonos” accommodation, but the hosts placed us in different, inferior, unsuitable accommodation after full payment had been taken. They did not discuss or even inform us of this substitution. Had they done so we would not have agreed to it. As the substituted accommodation proved to be unacceptable we left before the end of the booking period and moved into a hotel (managing to get a night’s sleep!). The airport transfer arranged by the hosts did not deliver us to the property, but left us (and our suitcases!) on the outskirts of the Little Venice area to fend for ourselves. Booking.com have been unable to secure a refund from the hosts, leaving us considerably out of pocket.

Communication was great, you get a code sent to you to unlock your room door and instructions on how to leave. Super clean as well! It can be loud (there’s bars with super loud music) so bring some noise cancelling headphones if that bothers you. What I found worse than the club noise was the cleaning crew comes in around 9am and is very loud.

Almost next to the windmills of Mykonos, walking distance from everything including nightlife, restaurants and shops. Although the room was really nice, it might require some additional soundproofing considering the noise outside. Other than that, everything else was very good.

• Manuela (10/5): - Das Zimmer liegt inmitten der Altstadt Chora. Alles ist fußläufig in weniger als 5 Minuten, wenn man sich in den Gassen nicht verirrt. Jeden Tag wurde sauber gemacht und neue Nespresso Kapseln bereit gestellt. Zimmer mit Codezugang, sehr praktisch. Ganz tolle Dusche. Der Kontakt des Gastgebers war sehr herzlich.

• Gino Antonio (8/5): Ottima soluzione per il centro di Mykonos - Soluzione molto strategica, in pieno centro e con tutti i locali a pochi passi. Pur essendo una camera piuttosto piccola, tutto è stato prefetto, bagno compreso. Nessuna accoglienza; accesso con pulsantiera e codice.

Nous avions le logement numéro 1 en rez de chaussée donnant sur une charmante place On sait que à Mykonos il y a forcément du bruit et on entendait la musique de la ville mais quand une bande passe une partie de la nuit sur la place devant notre porte à chanter très fort, c’est dérangeant. Après cela s’est passé une nuit sur les 2 où nous sommes restés

• Gabriella (10/5): Nagyon kellemes, központi, kényelmes! - Mikor elfoglaltuk a szállást, szép tisztaság fogadott minket, tetszett az enteriőr, szép csempék, újszerű megoldások. A klíma jól működött, volt kishűtő, kv bekészítve. A második napon jött volna a takarító személyzet de nekünk nem volt alkalmas akkor a takarítás, és megegyeztünk, hogy másnap visszajön takarítani. Sajnos nem jött, pedig sok homokot behordtunk a strandolások miatt a lábunkon.

• Nila (8/5): Lovely room in noisy bar area. - Beautifully renovated room in interesting part of Mykonos. The room is located between two bars which are thumping until 5 am so not quiet. Also if you run the aircon for too long in the daytime it drops down onto the luggage rack below and all the clothes in your suitcase get wet. Bottled water given sometimes but no tea and coffee making. Also very steep narrow steps to reach the room.

• Nancy (6/5): Mykonos is a beautiful and vibrant city. If you like to shop, this is the place for you! - Location was good and close to restaurants and shops. Shower was good. Room was cleaned daily. The Alana Team answered questions in a timely fashion and helped to arrange transfer to the ferry. (Very few legal taxis so you need to arrange for a transfer ) Location was good, however, you have to be prepared to walk with luggage to the Alana Mykonos. There are no taxis allowed in the "Chora". Room was adequate but it looked bigger on the website. Also, no mention on website about the narrow stairs to get to the room and with luggage it can be challenging. Also very noisy during the night since we were close to night clubs.
• Veronica (10/5): Best location in Mykonos - We stayed at the Cosmo House location and loved it! It’s in the very center of Mykonos town, less than 5 minutes walking from the main shops, bars, restaurants and also to the bus stop that takes you to the beaches and beach clubs. The room itself is spacious, clean and comfortable. The shower is amazing. They let us check-in earlier, which was very convenient for us. Definitely recommend.

The Fabrika bus stop is only a 5-10 minute walk away and offers easy access to the harbor, airport or Paradise Beach. Fast communication, friendly staff and daily cleaning. Very modern furnishings and everything is very clean. I would love to come back. As we were on a round trip, we had quite a lot of luggage. There are steep stairs to the top, so you need to be sporty. Not a problem for us, but good to know for some. I would also have liked a bit more storage space or more hangers on the clothes rail.

• Chloe (10/5): Love!!!! - We loved our stay here!!!! PERFECT location if you only have a day in Mykonos, everything is so close and walkable. Check- in was extremely easy as they walk you through it well. Room was beautiful and tucked in the most perfect ally way. Every time we opened the door someone would be taking pictures down the ally which I loved. The staff was awesome. Mykonos had a problem with their pipes while we were there and they came immediately when I texted them to let them know. One of our favorite places we stayed while in Greece!
