- Brian (6/5): - Unit has modern look. Nice shower head. Bed was comfortable. No batteries in tv remote. One lamp wasn't working. TV volume too low. Key card took a couple of tries to work. Bathroom mirror light too dim. TV hanging lopsided on wall bracket.

- Jennifer (1/5): Don’t stay there. Go to another motel/hotel close by for same price. - The shower The owners are rude, dislike service animals, hate when you use 3rd party booking sources…
- Uhl (10/5): Again, very pleasant owners, would recommend!! - Staff are very friendly and helpful. Have stayed before and will stay again!!! Great location to highway and shopping. Definite fair price. Nothing to complain about or report.

- Craft (10/5): Snowpacolypse of 2026 - Staff was kind and professional, one member even helped me dig my car out of the snow! The room was clean and esthetically pleasing. Would definitely stay again! Could have used a bigger TV, but thats just cause im half blind.
- carol (9/5): - The one thing that impressed us was the beautiful decor in the room.. The owner was very helpful ---It was close to our venue we were going to --Would stay there again... friendly place

- Robert (6/5): Adequate - No directions for using tv
- Stephen (3/5): Hamilton Inn conditions - Room was nice looking and bed was comfortable. Shower was very nice. Floor was dirty.microwave was not clean. one lamp did not work. Lighting in bathroom was very poor. Towel rack was rusted. The hair dryer in bathroom had dirt on top of it.
- Barry (6/5): I basically enjoyed my stay. - The psrking lot was being black surfaced which made it inconvenient getting to my room. I left before breakfast so no opinion.
- Shaina (1/5): -
- Leonard (7/5): Acceptable! - Bathroom lighting was dismal. Felt like there was only a 40 watt bulb in the overhead fixture.
- Betchina (10/5): Thank you very much for the good customer services 🙏🏻. - I liked everything, thank you very much 🙏🏻 :)
- Helene (9/5): very happy with my stay - The office staff was very welcoming and friendly
- Valerie (5/5): the price was okay for what one got - Location good. Toilet seat loose. Toilet paper roll coming off wall, mattress was awful. Sheets had stains
- Joanne (4/5): It was bad. - Did not use there was an additional charge
Would never stay there again. Everything
- Marcello (3/5): -
- Rosario (10/5): It was excellent. - I didn't have any breakfast. If they had cooking stuff.
- Joelma (1/5): • “Extremely disappointed by the lack of cleanliness; we only stayed because it was late and no refund was available - Location Negative:
Cleanliness was very poor. The room felt filthy and poorly cleaned overall. The bed sheets were full of hair, as if they hadn’t been washed. The coffee maker was covered in dust.
The bathroom was especially bad — sink area, soap holder, towel area, and hair dryer were sticky and greasy. For two people, only one soap and one shampoo were provided.
We only stayed because it was late, we had been driving for hours, and no refund was available. After a long drive, all we expected was a clean place to sleep, and that basic expectation was not met. I don’t understand the reviews that mention cleanliness , as that was not our experience.
Positive:
Location was convenient after a long driven

- ToniJean (10/5): - Bed was super comfy and it felt super secure there. Staff was so friendly as well. While taking a shower the tile in the shower got super slippery.
- Rosalie (6/5): All good except for electrical issue. - Very good value. Electrical issue. Every time the microwave was turned on or off, it also caused the TV to turn off too!

- Lorenzo (8/5): Nirvana among parking lots and curry, where the Buddha smiles at chaos. - Arriving here felt like crossing an invisible threshold — from the noise of the world to the sound of water gently trickling beside the little Buddha at the reception. The faint scent of curry lingers in the air, blending oddly well with the quiet. A simple, almost bare place, yet filled with a kind of genuine calm — the kind you don’t build, you breathe. No luxury, but plenty of peace, as if every detail quietly reminded you to slow down, sit still, and simply… be. To be honest, the only real challenge of this place is the outside world that surrounds it. This drop of spirituality floats in the middle of a sea of crumbling parking lots, flashing signs, and constant traffic, as if the universe had decided to gift us a temple of calm… inside a supermarket. Every breath of peace here is an act of courage, every step toward the Buddha a small victory over the absurd. Perhaps that’s the point: finding Nirvana amidst complete chaos.

- LeBlanc (6/5): I trie signing in to the internet to complete some work and I couldn’t get on for days - Location and price The internet sucks
- Holly (4/5): A place to lay our head for a night. - Staff was helpful when needed.
Quiet and safe area.
Easy access to local attractions and food. Couldn’t connect to WiFi, password given was incorrect.
Could not get the TV to work.
No hot water in sink.
- Debra (10/5): - Busy street, traffic noise
- Uhl (10/5): Would recommend to everyone... - Hotel was immaculate, owners are extremely friendly. I will certainly be staying there again!!! Excellent location. No complaints.
- lacey (7/5): - Location, quiet property, accommodating staff Semi nosey staff

- John Paul (10/5): Great and very clean place to stay at an affordable price - The rooms are super clean and spacious with all the amenities like Refrigerator, microwave and television with cable services.
- lacey (7/5): -
- Curtis (10/5): - The bed was firm but I like that so I mean if you don't probably won't like that aspect. The wall art was nice and made me feel at home and the bathroom updates were a nice touch
- Daniel (8/5): - Good value for the price.
- stephanie (5/5): Good if you need a place to stay a night. The only thing I loved was the shower system. - Super cute layout, easy parking, easy to find. The shower was very fancy, water was hot. We love that there was a nozzle that came off the wall. Staff was kinda and welcoming. Door only had 1 lock, my family and i didnt feel very safe. Live and dead bugs in the windows and on the floor. Both beds were rock hard, my comforter and pillows had grease stains. I slept without them.Tylenol and heated seats were our best friend when we left.
- Fallas (6/5): -
- Jadyn (10/5): - Clean No breakfast
- Joy (8/5): - Very simple motel style but renovated. Very clean. Th mattress is firm type. Towels are thin but functional. Bedding is simple but clean. The impressive thing is the shower. High water pressure, hot water, the shower can shoot vertically, horizontally, foot washing. You almost can get massage on every part of the body. The utilities are just like normal motel.
- Mario (10/5): - Always a great place to stay
- Gopal (10/5): - While the price point of view, given facility in the room stands out to be excellent.
The drawbacks are people are smoking out side the room and we inside having trouble with it.
The road is just across, vehicles noise is a disturbing factor.
- Nakisha (10/5): - Kinda a diamond in the ruff
- Gary (1/5): IT WAS A NIGHTMARE OF A MOTEL - NOTHING HORRIBLE ROOM, HORRIBLE MANAGEMENT, SMELLS LIKE CURRY, CIGARETTES AND BODY ODOR
- Patricia (7/5): Good for the budget conscious. - Was in a very convenient location at a good price. Great shower and plenty of space. Check-in was easy. Laminate floor seemed dirty. No rug to soften the hardness of the floors. The room was a bit shabby. Bed was extremely hard and uncomfortable. Some of the towels were stained.
- Ekrem (2/5): Dirtiest hotel - We stayed for 2 nights. It was the dirtiest hotel I have ever stayed in my lifetime life. There was even hairs on the bed. The sheets were dirty and there was a bad smell in the room
- Tina (4/5): Not impressed. - Location was good I guess. Bed was super old.Very uncomfortable. Sheets and blankets were stained. We purchased our own next door at job lots. The room REEKED of cigarettes. We opened windows and door and used fan to air out as best we could. Washcloths and towels were stained from rusty towel rack. The shower door would not close. Had to wedge washcloths in track to close. You could literly see the outside through the door jamb. Overall very dingy. The room had some updated fixtures flooring sink ect... but didn't matter when everything else was poor. Oh and there were bedside lamps that had nowhere to plug them in
All outlets were on the other side of the room.
- Rebecca (10/5): - Very safe and calm. The cars on the road felt very close and loud for me and I was able to switch rooms, which was very accommodating. It is very quiet besides that factor.
- James (8/5): - As a budget, no frills option you can't go wrong with the Hamilton Inn.
The rooms were relatively modern and updated.
The bed was comfortable - firm but not too hard.
The location is close to a roadway and tends to be noisy in the evening but later at night there wasn't much traffic.
The TV remote was hard to figure out - I couldn't find any instructions. The TV itself I had to figure out the buttons on the back to power it up and adjust the volume.
Wifi was super fast but was adequate.
Room had a microwave and refrigerator as well as a coffee maker and coffee packs.
Parking was right outside the door.
Overall a good choice. .
- Kathleen (6/5): It was good - Good location friendly staff Bathroom door corking along shower could be better Could see light thru edges of front door
- Todd (6/5): - The room was OK. This is an older strip motel that has had some up-grades but is in need of 'fit & finish" repairs and touchups by and experienced handyman. Also there is no light above the bathroom mirror, and only one small ceiling light, so it is very hard to see your face clearly in the mirror. My last comment is one that cannot be fixed but customers should be sure to request a room farthest from the highway, or bring earplugs.
- Karen (5/5): - Close to town
Nice shower Sheets and towels were dingy. Nicer towels and bed linens would make a huge difference
- Jody (4/5): - Staff was not friendly.
- Sielis (7/5): Would stay again. - Close to destination and shops. Bathroom mirror was broken on corner.
- Wendy (8/5): Amazing shower - This hotel had an amazing shower. The couple of things i didn't like is no open ice machine and no baggie provided for the ice bucket. He took my ice bucket and filled it in back. Ice seemed to be from personal regrigerator and no kind of ice machine. Light over our table was burned out. Room was very clean and decorated nicely.
- Phillip Lewis (10/5): - This is a former motel, one space to each room. The room was clean and sized appropriately. Shopping centers and restaurants are within 2 miles. The room was quiet. Well worth the money.
- John Paul (10/5): -
- Ireland (5/5): -
- Calvo (10/5): -
- Eileen (10/5): Sweet Family-Owned Motel - I enjoyed the helpfulness of this family-owned Motel. They were very friendly and the gardens were beautiful. It is small and not fancy but I felt good during my stay there!
- Calvo (10/5): -
- Verified traveler (10/5): Excellent! - While there weren't any food options, the room was spacious, modern and very clean. Bed was comfortable and amenities included a fridge and microwave. Service was excellent and price was very reasonable. Convenient to shops and restaurants. Planning to stay again.
- Donna (6/5): -
- Nasim (10/5): Exceptional -
- Atanga Ajiodem (2/5): - Inferior service, dirty and unfit to be called a hotel
- J (10/5): Exceptional -
- Aline (5/5): One night stay - The room needs some refurbishment - the bathroom was clean. It is ok for a single night but do not expect a good night sleep because the walls are very thin.
- Elda (10/5): - I travel for work and often use motels for overnight stays. This one has been my favourite. It was a fun room and the bathroom was very modern. Above average stay.
- Sharlene (4/5): - Dirrty and smells
- William (4/5): Disappointing - Nothing
- ron (8/5): - Just a quick stop traveling through. Was clean and comfortable
- Hunter (10/5): Exceptional - I loved that the room looked modern. Nice upgrades to the shower Was a bit noisy at times with the main road.
- John (7/5): Good for overnight stay. - Room was comfortable. Area was quiet. Manager was helpful. Breakfast was not good. No area to sit, very limited selection.
- Chevirn (1/5): Bad -
- Robert (8/5): Comfortable stay in Sturbridge. - Such a nice family run motel. Condessa Mexican Restaurant is excellent and a short walk.
- Marysol (10/5): Exceptional -
- Diana (7/5): Good -
- Mary (9/5): Superb - It was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The location was very handy to everything. It was well priced. I would highly recommend the Hamilton Inn. Some noise from traffic but not enough to be bothersome.
