• Ness (10/5): Zeer vriendelijk en gastrvrij - Kamer was niet bijzonder, maar proper en voldoende. De vriendelijkheid en ontvangst waren meer dan 5 sterren waard! Helaas geen tijd gehad om winkeltje te bezoeken maar zag er de moeite waard uit. Is voor volgende keer :-)

• Francisco J (10/5): Personal muy amable y desayuno muy bueno - Amabilidad del personal. Solucionaron la falta de seriedad de Booking. Seleccionamos hoteles con ascensor para subir a pisos superiores y no sirvió de nada. O había ascensor en el hotel e íbamos con una silla de rueda. El personal nos ayudó amablemente en todo para salvar los obstáculos.

• Tonia (8/5): Heel fijn hotel en lekker uitgebreid ontbijt - Proper hotel, propere kamer en badkamer, er is parking (ik was met de auto), gemakkelijk bereikbaar, vriendelijk personeel, heel lekker ontbijt en lekkere thee. Inrichting kamer: de kleerkast pakte veel plaats in en maakte de doorgang naar het bed heel klein. Kamer OK voor 1 persoon. Voor 2 zou het klein zijn. Matras was precies met vering. Dat vind ik persoonlijk minder fijn.

• Jérôme (8/5): Perfektes Hotel für einen Zwischenstopp - Kleines, ruhiges Hotel in sehr ruhiger Lage. Das Personal ist überaus freundlich und nett. Ein perfektes Hotel auf der Durchreise für den Zwischenstopp oder für ein Wochende. Neben dem Hotel befindet sich ein grosser öffentlicher Parkplatz und das Stadtzentrum mit Restaurants und Bars ist nur 5 Gehminuten entfernt.

• Geert (10/5): Toplocatie voor een zeer goeie prijs. - Het ontbijt was rijkelijk met nog extra mogelijkheid tot gebakken eitjes. De kamers waren zeer proper, echt wel top ! De badkamer was ook héél proper, goed voorzien van handdoeken, washandjes en zeepjes en zelfs een haardroger. Ook wel top was het ligbad. En wat betreft de eigenaars, zéér informatief en héél vriendelijk. Eentje om terug te keren.. Mij viel niets tegen.

• Paul (8/5): Perfect voor de start van onze fietstocht - Het vriendelijke onthaal en het feit dat we onze wagen voor 4 dagen op de parking mochten zetten. Er is in het hotel ook een theewinkel met unieke en zelf gemaakte thee. Het bed was erg smal en de kamer erg warm

Avoid it, especially if you are traveling late. - Definitely there were some good points, but I am sorry, I could not see any extraordinarily good things that I like, after a night spent in the parking in front of the property trying to get my room key, even if it was promise to me, that I can collect it from the key code box at the property. I was too tired to be able to enjoy the location and surroundings of it. I will start with the fact, that I was promise, I can collect the key later on at the property from a key code box. I never receive the code and the details to get to my room. I had to spend the whole night in the parking and go to the next day meeting without any sleep. It looks that that all the phones are shut down and there is no way to contact the property until late next morning. No customer service worked for me. I hope it was just my case and no other persons had to go through my unpleasant experience. Communication with the property was really bad, in the end, even if we were in the working hours’ time frame no responses were coming back. Keep in mind there is no communication out of working hours. I get my room around 7:30 so I did not have any time for a breakfast or a coffee break before heating the road to work. In other words, I just pay a extra day that I did not use it. As a recommendation specially for the ones travel with family, small kids, avoid this location or prepare to spend the night in the parking in front of the "hotel". I am sorry for the other review that were stating this location is having a larger morning breakfast buffet. This is not true from my prospective and comparing with all other hotels that I had used in my work travels. I sadly found out the there is a very limited options and really small portions everything fitted on one normal table including drinks. One type of salami one type of ham, no eggs to pick up from, the host will ask you if you like a boiled egg or omelet. Overall, a very disappointed breakfast everything fitted on one table so you can imagine it. If you wish a proper breakfast, I recommend choosing a proper hotel this one is more like a B&B family house, not close to hotel. Definitely, not a 3-star hotel. I do not know how Booking is letting them advertise as a 3-star hotel this is clearly a mistake. My room was really small definitely not a 3-star hotel.

• Ria (9/5): a lovely little gem - lovely little place, the hosts are such lovely, helpful people. breakfast was great with lots of choice, nice free coffee and water at all times. super clean & tidy place! not fancy but a really good decent place to stay. everything worked, cute and cosy. I think the walls must be thin as one of the nights I could hear someone snoring all night, which was unfortunate. they do get up early to make breakfast so could wake people up, but nothing a few ear buds wouldn’t sort out!

• Peter (10/5): Welcoming hosts that made my stay very pleasant. I would strongly recommend - The breakfast was excellent with a good choice of things from cereal to fresh fruit, yogurt to cold meats and cheese. Lovely home made strawberry jam to go with nice fresh bread! The town of Lumen is very quite, with a few restaurants that only open on certain days. I would recommend going towards the industrial zone 1.8km away for a fairly close option, and trying the truck stop restaurant. It’s not as the name would suggest. The food is fantastic and it opens every day!
