- Alexis (4/5): You get what you pay for. - Proximity to where I needed to be. The shower had no hot water. The cleaning staff was hiding in the elevator on their phones. Our room wasn’t restocked with a fresh tissue box. They didn’t dust or clean as there was hair in the bathroom. The air didn’t work 100% (it worked at like an 85%). The waffle batter for breakfast was SOUR and expired, yet it was still served.

- Aughe (5/5): Not what I expected from a Fairfield - The staff was kind, however I did get double charged. The shower was hotel but lacked real water pressure. The bed was lumpy and hard. Something, I think what is supposed to the A/C was super loud. The room was so hot that I couldn't sleep even if it had a soft bed.

- Shannon (8/5): - The hotel is easy to find with a restaurant, gas station and Dollar General all connected together in the vicinity. More food options were also very close as well. One visible floating dust strand hanging from the ceiling, but other than that it was great. The desk person at check in was nice and helpful and put us on the first floor with the pool as requested. There was an issue with our key reader for the first room which he immediately corrected and changed us to another room. The pool was freezing is my biggest negative. If you're going to spend that much money to have an indoor pool then I feel like it should be temperature controlled. The breakfast was very nice with a decent variety of hot and cold options.

- Christina (6/5): - I found the hotel base line acceptable. The cleaning staff replaced my towels but did not make the bed. The lobby has a bad odor like the smell of natural gas. The bed and pillows are comfortable. There is a mini fridge, tv and coffee maker but I did not use them. The hair dryer is very weak. Next time I’ll bring my own if I need to come back here. The shower door runs on a track that is not enclosed and is not secure. The entire glass door came off the track when I tried to slide the door closed but I got it back into place. Interaction with staff was pleasant.

- 500derrickm (6/5): - I came with relatives for a family reunion. The staff were great, from the front desk to the breakfast buffet, to the house staff we encountered in the hall. Debbie, who was at the desk on the weekend, was very knowledgeable about the area, and gave good directions when I needed to find stores in the area. The room was average in terms of space, not very big, but not crowded. I would have appreciated another drawer. The bed was firm, which is how I like it. The top cover was thin, not very soft. There were multiple outlets for electronics. The internet worked well. I could download and watch a movie on my computer without a problem. The room had a mini-fridge without a clear freezer unit. The microwave was small. The AC was a bit noisy, but I could sleep. It was easy to adjust. I did not use the TV during my stay so I cannot comment on it. The halls, breakfast area, room and the bathroom were all clean. The bathroom needs upgrades. You need to step over the rim of the bathtub to get in; it is not a walk-in. There is a grab bar near the faucet but none at the back wall. The floor of the bath tub looks non-slip, but becomes somewhat slippery when soap gets on it. The body wash dispenser had come off the wall and needed to be fixed. The sink was partially stopped up and drained slowly. The towels were soft and absorbent. Breakfast was tasty with good variety. There was a waffle maker, but it was not functioning on our last day. The butter was also out on our last day. The chairs were worn in the seats and could use an upgrade. The pool water was somewhat murky. I did not get in, but my grandchildren insisted. They did not get sick despite my concern. The fitness center is adequate, but not extensive-some treadmills, ellipticals, dumbbells, no bike. My teenage grandson used it daily. The walls seemed sound proof, but you could easily hear people walking above. Lots of parking. The surrounding area looks safe and quiet. In summary, staff is the strength of this place, but someone needs to go through this place and do some upgrading. No one in my party had major complaints, and everyone slept well.

The check in process took longer than expected and the employee spoke so quietly we could barely hear her. We did not hear noise from the hallway or other rooms, but the a/c unit was a wall mount which was very loud. There was lots of storage in the room and bathroom. The shower was very mildewy and had soap scum on the walls and doors. The shower had no shelves or place to put items, the door leaked and cause the bathroom floor to be soaked after use. The toilet paper is horrible and there are no facial tissues provided.

When they found out that their card reader on their door was broken there were put in the room right next to us... What is up with that? The room was large and well lit. The refrigerator did not work and while maintenance personnel were onsite, they did not attempt to replace/repair. They did offer freezer space downstairs but the hour was late and I did not take advantage.

After travelling for 2 days we were really looking forward to using the pool our first night and the next day after breakfast. We went into the pool knee deep. It was so very cold we were numb and unable to use the pool at all. We paid more for this hotel than we would have without a pool! We were very disappointed!

That is too long for an established of Thai caliber. I literally had to turn the shower on- turn the hot side all the way over and let it run for like 10 minutes till the water heated up.

- Climber785396 (2/5): Do Not Stay Here - The rooms need a total remodel in multiple areas. We checked in, In the first room the air conditioner was so loud you couldn't hear or think. They moved us to another room the air conditioner was somewhat better, but still too loud. This room was an Executive Suite, that was missing a television in front of the sofa where it was supposed to be. There was some mystery substance on the sheets, and the pillows were flat. We ended up at Wal-Mart buying a blanket and pillows! The bathroom shower had mold in the corners and the fix for everything seemed to be caulk. My children ended up with some type of contact rash from this room or towels. We would have left but everything was booked due to a volleyball tournament and we needed a place to stay!

It took a long time to cool. There was no land line phone in the room. The fire alarm went off at 5am in the morning. I had to go downstairs to get the staff to turn the alarm off.

- Twanya (8/5): Just a little disappointed - I have stayed there before. So, I generally go where i loked the environment. The room was disappointing due to the bathroom it needs updates i couldn't close the bathroom door. The shower tub situation was uninviting which was a bummer cause i wanted to take a shower the shower head unacceptable the tub stopper was not attached the room overall needs to be revamped. The staff were exceptional friendly etc. When i come back i hope maybe not room 409 unless remodeling has went on. I think it worth it for those who travel and trust marriot to be the best.

- Cheryl (8/5): - We were taking off roads home due to storm warnings in Atlanta. Enterprise is a small town, but had convenient dining options and the staff was very friendly. The property looked new, although they said it's 7 years old. We had an issue with the water being too hot in the bathroom, and the maintenance man fixed it right away. We would stay there again if in the area.

There was a little soap scum on the shower doors but it was easy to over look. Laundry room was on our floor. The hotel was clean and the free breakfast was delicious.

- bf897 (2/5): Customer service sucks - Had 2 rooms booked. Used 1 room. Coworker had to cancel flights due to weather- hotel refused to cancel his room due to day of arrival cancellation. Called desk as soon as flights were cancelled- thought the room was cancelled- ended up being charged. Shame on Marriott for not treating their loyal customers better.

Guest bedrooms bathroom had issues. The shower/tub fixtures seemed to want to fall off! Very loose. Difficult to find the shower knob. Shower head spray was different. No available hooks to place towel for shower! The shower curtain was too short and allowed water on floor! Safety issue
