Спасибо команде отеля за приятный отдых! - Mы останавливались в отеле Pik Palace, Shahdag, Autograph Collection на 2 ночи — с 9 по 11 мая, и в целом остались очень довольны отдыхом. Отель действительно соответствует своему уровню: красивый интерьер, уютные номера, высокий уровень сервиса, приятная атмосфера и прекрасное расположение в Шахдаге. Персонал был вежливым и отзывчивым, а сам отдых получился очень комфортным и запоминающимся. Единственный момент, который показался немного неудобным — при оплате в ресторане или других точках отеля расходы не записывали на номер, объясняя это отсутствием депозита. Хотя во многих отелях это является стандартной практикой: все дополнительные расходы записываются на номер и оплачиваются при выезде. Из-за этого приходилось постоянно носить с собой деньги или карту, что было не совсем удобно.

- Rustam (2/5): Как я заболел - Понравился вид с номера отеля открывался сразу на горы. Номера были чистые. На этом наверное всё. Не работает система кондиционера. В комнате было 23 градуса. В номере было холодно в итоге дали электрический обогреватель после температура дошла до 28. В душе не шла горячая вода, только средней температуры. Из-за количества гостей в 6 человек шведский стол не работал. Но дали индивидуальный завтрак. Выпечка была не свежая видно простояла. Ближе к выписке всетаки открыли шведский стол и выпечка и еда уже были хорошего качества. В спа смогла пойти только моя супруга. Мне отказали сказав, что мужчинам нельзя. Просто отмечу, что на выходе из отеля где я предъявил эти замечания. Нам предложили приехать еще раз сказав, что спа и более высокий номер в отеле будут компенсированы благодарю Заура и Октая.. Наверно мой совет, не ехать туда в несезон. И уточнять о наличие шведского стола, берут ли в спа мужчин, если в едете туда зимой обязательно уточнять про обогрев, работает ли он?

- Vusala (10/5): An excellent place for retreat and relaxation - This is a top class hotel equipped to the best standards. Friendly and helpful staff everywhere, at reception, spa, restaurant. We had a very pleasant stay due to their accommodating approach.

- Kristian (10/5): - Flot hotel og værelser. Restauranten Alpina laver rigtig god aftensmad. Pool området er lækkert, især den udendørs opvarmede pool Morgenmaden kunne godt gøres bedre. Der bliver ikke serveret friskbagt brød. Hvis der ikke er så mange mennesker på hotellet, er det bedre at fokusere på at sikre, at det som serveres er helt friskt, fremfor at der er en masse forskellige valg muligheder.

We especially loved the service and the staff Oktay and Edgar, Oktay was especially welcoming and helpful and he was honestly so amazing! We would definitely stay here again if we came back to this area. Nothing - exceptional!

- Javid Cavit Cavid (10/5): Great - Excellent, world class hotel. Great room, excellent staff and service, perfect food. Highly recommended. The only improvement opportunity lays around the gym equipment that is a bit outdated and requires some repair/replacement, in particular the treadmills.
