С высоты открывается потрясающий вид на горы. СПА салон - отдельные аплодисменты! Завтраки питательные, вкусные, выбор большой. За чайный уголок в номере отдельная благодарность! Мало вешалок, крючков, планок каких то в номере, чтоб развешивать влажную одежду после катания. Банально, можно поставить раскладную сушилку для белья в каждый номер. И всем будет счастье !)))

Indian restaurant with real Indian cuisine is very near. I stayed one week with my family and we are really enjoying from our stay in the hotel. My best wishes for all the team. I can recommend to all Indians to come and enjoy! Nothing

А в номере 1 раковина крошечных размеров с внушительным смеситель, и из-за несоответствия размеров постоянно брызгает вода вокруг

- Maria (9/5): - Отличный современный отель, просторные номера с шикарной ванной и видом, красивый дизайн, разнообразный завтрак, всегда много питьевой воды в номере.Приятное спа, не перегруженное людьми. Если придираться, то лишь уборка была очень посредственной( у детей в номере вообще почти не убирались. И отсутствие сливок при наличии мини кофе машины, когда попросила сливок- принесли ещё 10 капсул для кофе:) в итоге носила в стаканчике с завтрака- не перетрудилась)) Коврики в спортзале рассыпались под нами с дочкой в труху.

- Omar (10/5): Perfect stay, I would definitely come back again. - The location is great, especially if you want to enjoy the mountains and snow. The room was clean and warm, which was very important in the cold weather. Staff were polite and helpful during check-in. Breakfast was good with enough variety. Honestly, I liked everything about this hotel. The location, the room, the staff, and the atmosphere were all great. Everything was clean and comfortable, and we really enjoyed our stay.

- KSENIIA (10/5): На завтраке было альтернативного молока. Безлактозного или соевого. А так все прекрасно! - Все было просто прекрасно! Потрясающий и разнообразный завтрак! Шикарный номер! Восхитительный СПА! Очень вежливый персонал! Все чудесно!
- IGOR (9/5): Очень доволен. Отличное расположение и прекрасный отель. - Просторный и комфортабельный номер. Отличная ванная комната. Удобные большие кровати. Можно ходить в лыжных ботинках по холлу. Очень приветливый и отзывчивый персонал. Нет лыжехранилища, лыжи можно держать в багажной комнате или в номере. Маленький автобус-шаттл до отеля Zirve.

The staff was able to accommodate room switch based on same "room level" due to a extra bed. They brought the amenity pack (towels, toiletries, and robe) for our child.

Loud music we could hear from our room 417 on Fri, Sat and Sun evenings, well into the early hours 2. Coffee pods for the coffee machine not being refilled each day

- Dmitry (7/5): - Все что не входит в раздел не понравилось Все замечательно, особенно персонал отеля на рецепшене. В номере есть три проблемы, которые очень сильно снизили впечатление - крохотная раковина (кто вообще в здравом уме мог такое придумать и одобрить) и, как следствие, со слабейшим напором воды. Климат отвратителен, мало того, что он громкий, так еще номер все время ледяной - при нас женщина требовала переезда в пик пэлас, очень злая была на этот момент. Третий - телек, на который есть в столе инструкция как подключить флешку, но видимо не так давно эту тему запретили, ютуб тоже не посмотреть. Ну и отдельно хотелось бы сказать про официантов в отеле на завтраке - тупят невероятно, ходят с важным видом в костюмах, на деле у половины столов нет сервировки. Обедали вообще одни во всем ресторане - так не дозовешься, попросили хлеба, он как будто пошел за ним в магазин)) В спа жене один раз сделали отлично, второй раз другая балийка испортила вообще все настроение, было больно неприятно, жена была крайне расстроена, это неприемлимо в принципе, особенно в статусе 5 звезд.
- Elena (10/5): - Прекрасный отель современный и уютный, номера удобные и стильные)! Приехали очень рано, сотрудник на ресепшен очень приветливый и доброжелательный заселил нас раньше! Очень ему благодарны, т.к. перелет и трансфер отнимают много сил и очень хотелось отдохнуть! В отеле хороший СПА, дети с удовольствием после катания на лыжах там "расслаблялись". Каталка хорошая, много ресторанов и кафешек прямо на горе можно что-то попить и покушать)

- Ozhigova (8/5): - Номер отличный, еда вкусная, персонал вежливый, спа отличный. Единственное в наш приезд было ветренно и через окна сильно был слышен ветер, я бы рекомендовала отелю обратить внимание на окна и отрегулировать их, чтобы не было никаких микрощелей.
- Anatoli (10/5): - Очень приветливый персонал, номер на высшем уровне, завтрак очень разнообразный, есть ,что выбрать.Особенно хочется выделить менеджера по имени Октай-чувствовался профессионализм, культура общения с клиентом, на любой вопрос был получен исчерпывающий ответ, побольше бы таких профессионалов.

- Lorna (4/5): Didn’t live up to expectations - Disappointed that it didn’t live up to the reviews I had read. Location felt run down. Most of the retail units weren’t in use and had gave the area a neglected feel. Hotel ignored requests for aircon in room to fixed, severely impacting on our stay.
