• Oscar (10/5): Buen hotel, pero… - El hotel está muy bien ubicado, enfrente de una gran plaza comercial y bien comunicado por vialidades importantes. Las habitaciones en buen estado y limpias. Lo único malo es que su servicio de alimentos termina a las 23:00 y si llegas después de esa hora, la única opción es pedir de fuera usando alguna aplicación de ‘delivery’. Estas limitaciones de servicio se entienden en un hotel de negocios… pero la tarifa de este hotel no es la de un hotel de ese segmento ejecutivo.

The value is high compared to other options in Queretaro, and even though it's a new hotel with a Pool and Gym, its value is high against similar options, even at locations closer to the city. Breakfast was very good, and again, good service by the personnel.

• prm78 (8/5): Quality modern hotel, location not so good. - The AC Hotel is rather new with well appointed rooms, well furnished and with a very large bathroom area. Plenty of power points, an essential these days. The breakfast is very good, with the chance to order a main course of your choice. Staff are attentive. Location is good if you are into malls, and with a nearby road good for runners, but it is rather far from the very interesting city centre. Price was on the high side for this city: from 5 to 4 stars on the basis of price and location.

A pesar de que reservé una suite el tamaño muy pequeño! No había amenities “chanclas, bata, etc…” Todo el tiempo se escuchaba el ruido del elevador! No está dentro de Antea! Ellos dicen que tienen un camino pavimentado el cual no es cierto!

• Carlos (10/5): Solid Choice - This is the third time staying at this property over the past several years. The service is always consistently good and friendly. The rooms are typical for a Marriott Hotel. The hotel itself could use some sprucing, but the location is right across the street from a mall with a ton of restaurants and a gourmet grocery store, so it's worth it. The breakfast at the hotel restaurant varies depending on who is working e.g. one day it was fantastic, the next it was barely mediocre. The hotel and restaurant are both pet-friendly, which is a huge plus for us!
• Samuel (6/5): - Watch out for a room switch and double charge at check in. Restaurant is okay; Paco at the bar is awesome and helpful. Mall across the street is a great spot for shopping and dining. Rooms were clean but my room (room switch at check in) was small. Make sure to buy bottled water for drinking and personal hygiene. The tap is non-potable according to locals but check in does not tell you.

Mi habitación al estar junto al elevador es molesta la campana del elevador, deberían deshabilitarla. En el baño no hay colgadores para la toalla. Al llegar a la habitación estaba a 30 grados por el sol que da, fue muy molesto. La puerta de la regadera y wc no cierra bien y tiende a abrirse. Habitación 112. También el apagador para entrar no hay tienes que ir hasta la cama a prenderlo. Deberia haber uno junto a la puerta. La verdad no regresaría.

I tried to contact Expedia to ask why and if they could include my breakfast, but there is not way to get a contact with an operator from Expedia. I will never book with Expedia if I obtain worse condition than all the other not using Expedia.
• Miguel029 (8/5): Good service provided by all the staff. - Very comfy hotel and conveniently situated across the street from Antea Shopping Mall. Our room was comfortable. The Buffet breakfast was excellent. The service provided by the hotel staff was awesome. Getting into the mall is somewhat of a challenge since there is no pedestrian entrance and cars speeding by. My recommendation is to create a signed pedestrian crossing to the mall. I totally recommend AC Querétaro. We will return to this hotel next week.

• rogeliosg (6/5): Expected a bit more from AC - I knew when I booked a weeks stay at the AC Hotel QRO Antea, that I'd be at a further distance than I should be. But, I booked and stayed anyway. The location is good, because of the outdoor Antea mall with anything you can possibly need in regards to high end shopping, dining and necessities. The hotel itself looks pleasing from the exterior. The rooms are OK and have the typical AC modern layout, but the balcony has no views. Oh well... The restaurant dinner options are subpar, but the breakfast options are great.

• MPHV (8/5): Very good hotel. Recommend. - Very comfortable hotel and conveniently situated across the street from a high end shopping mall called Antea. Literally crossing the street. Rooms comfortable and have NETFLIX which is great. Double beds smaller than other hotels so difficult when sharing a bed with a 10 year old. Suggest selecting a king size bed and asking for a cote. Buffet breakfast good. Service excellent.
• Kristopher (8/5): - This is a very nice property but it's starting to show a few signs of wear. Still a beautiful place. The breakfast buffet was OK; not exactly gourmet. Staff was fine; we had a good rapport with the bartender. Keep in mind this is nowhere near the city center but the location is great if you want to be near Antea (a large mall with lots of shops and restaurants) but I was surprised that the area is not very walkable. It makes no sense to Uber to Antea but if you want to walk, you have to cross four lanes of traffic with no crosswalk and an elevated dirt median. Then you get into the Antea parking lot and again there is no pedestrian walkway. We booked this place for easy mall access, so that was a little disappointing. It's more the fault of the folks who designed the whole complex, not just the hotel. Overall I'd say this place is fine if you get it at a decent price and you want to be in this part of town. You might get better bang for your buck elsewhere.

• william (10/5): Adjacent to a large shopping mall; great for us. - Location is across the street from a large mall with many great stores, restaurants, and Cinépolis. That’s exactly what we wanted when we chose this hotel.

Create signed pedestrian crossing to mall. Improve pool opening hours - current schedule makes it inaccessible for business travellers. See you next time!
• koza8042 (10/5): Great property in excellent location - This hotel is fabulous when you aim to take advantage of the Antea Mall. The location is great, and so are the installations. The only downside is that the heating device is not sufficient for the cold that enters the room through the window-front. Otherwise it’s all excellent.

• soco_engr (8/5): Good choice for a business trip - I stayed at the hotel for several days in early October 2019. The hotel has a nice feel but the either the facilities are aging or the maintenance could use some improvement. I had a balcony room (all on floor 1) that was small but nicely arranged. The only real problem with the room was the poor air conditioning. I would have needed to change rooms if the weather were warmer. I enjoyed the breakfast and the breakfast staff. The best option was the cooked-to-order eggs. Tortillas, beans, etc to be had for the asking. Dinner was less enjoyable but the food was acceptable. Don't exect the bar staff to ask if you want a drink - you need to be proactive - even when there are several just milling around. There are many good restaurant choices in the area - either a short drive away or across the street at the mall. As others have said, getting into the mall is somewhat of a challenge since there is no pedestrian entrance. You have to go through the car entry gates. The mall itself is very nice with lots of upscale shopping, restaurants, and the City Market grocery store. One last note - the coffee machines in the rooms use Lavazza pods. Strangely enough, they cannot be found at the mall. I searched. I recommend asking your room attendant for extra pods and tipping. Or bringing your own.
