• Migdalia (8/5): Convenient and comfortable. - The property is conveniently located near the I-80. There are many shopping centers and places to eat near by. The King bed was very comfortable. Breakfast choices were ok. The room was dusty and the towels were a bit worn and gray.

Very nice backyard to have breakfast outside or just sit and enjoy the fireplace at night. I liked everything!
• Donna (10/5): Fairfield Inn met our needs for a great place to stay close to the local hospital. - The room was very clean, comfortable and quiet. The breakfast was very nice. Good variety of items, good supply of items, well prepared, very clean breakfast area and ample room for many guests. Staff very attentive to replenishing items. I would have liked the refrigerator to have a freezer shelf to keep our ice packs frozen for our cooler bag with water bottles.

• Larissa (1/5): Although the main hotel was decent and easily accessible, the room cleanliness was not acceptable. - It was a convenient location off of a main highway, located close to some main attractions in the Pocono area. Our room was EXTREMELY dirty. I called at 1:00 pm to say we wouldn’t be arriving until very late. We arrived at about 12:30 am. When we arrived we were very tired and didn’t have the energy to complain. The bathroom was not cleaned at all. Hair in the shower and on the toilet. Mold covering all of the tile. Mold on the ceiling.

One bad thing was the elevator was super qhen we checked out as well as the front lobby as the Staff was full mopping when we left . No wet signs in elevator or lobby. My wofe is handicapped walki g qirh a cane. My thoughts are is full mopping should be done before 6am or after 12 noon. Not duri g breakfast and whe. People are checking out . And yes I am in the custodial trade .

• L5293BCtracya (2/5): No Go - I would prefer to give a zero but not possible. Directions that link to your phone‘s app are not correct. Used iPhone maps and Waze. Called and received very little help. Pool water is cloudy. Gross. Got here at 9pm and checking out at 11 am tomorrow. I asked to not charge me for incidentals. We knew we would not be leaving the room. What would we charge a bag of potato chips??? Then I was asked to put my card in reader. I knew the room was paid for so I asked why. I was told for incidentals. So they ignored my request. I explained I didn’t want it. The male at the front desk said it is a no go to not charge for incidentals. Not the way to speak to a guest. also, ridiculous to charge for incidentals. Usually I don’t pay attention but the fact that I was ignored has me very annoyed. My last stay was at a Hilton. They did not charge for incidentals when I requested it. I think I will use them in the future. Marriott will be a “no go” for me in the future. I’ll give up my reward points.

• Catina (9/5): This is a great place to stay for a few days. - The hotel was in a great location with restaurants and a grocery store near. The hotel is right behind a little plaza with a dunkin donuts if you like something quick in the morning. We did not have the hotel breakfast.

• Kathryn (10/5): Exceptional - Except for a high end 5 star hotel i stayed at, this was the absolute cleanest hotel ive ever stayed at. Even the pool area was clean. There always hair in the pools and on the floor, and I saw people using it, it was just maintained so well. And it's in a perfect location, right by a big shopping center. My only real complaint was the woman handling the breakfast area was a little snarky. Maybe they should have 2 people working the area so if people have questions they can ask without feeling like they are being a bother. I'm only throwing this last comment in after seeing the survey ask about the lighting. Light switches for at least one lamp would be nice. The corridor to enter the room is really long so even with that light on you can barely see at night to get to a lamp to turn it on. A light switch to an outlet or a hard wired lamp would be good

The hotel is located in such a great area where a lot of stores and restaurants are near by and the way the hotel is inside is very clean and organized. The staffs are very friendly and the breakfast is okay not the best but for what we were there for its fine no big deal nothing special just want you need to get by for that time. We’re very happy with our start here and will be considering returning another time for sure. Thank you to all the staffs for making our stay very pleasant.
