- Verified traveler (6/5): Publicidad engañosa de lo que ofrecen - No cuentan con estacionamiento suficiente, tengan cuidado su publicidad es engañosa, estuve este fin de semana del 16 al 18 de noviembre y me dijeron que para alcanzar estacionamiento tenía que meter mi carro temprano porque tenían mucha gente y no tenían suficiente espacio para todos los huéspedes que llevaban auto. En el estacionamiento que se encuentra a dos cuadras de donde se ubica el hotel, tienen un letrero que indica que no se hacen responsables por robo parcial o total de tu auto. El wifi es terrible y el personal de la recepción es muy cortante en el trato, parece que te están haciendo un favor por atenderte. No tienen bar y tampoco tienen para ofrecerte desayuno, te remiten a la cafetería que se ubica a un lado del hotel, la cual no recomiendo.
- Elisur (8/5): Buena atención y lugar céntrico - Buena atención, únicamente revisaría el sistema de cable del televisor ya que al parecer se reinicia el modem cada que se enciende y ya no fue posible sintonizar ningún canal, eso no nos preocupó mucho ya que no estuvimos mucho tiempo en la habitación. Otro detalle que deberían mencionar es que el estacionamiento se encuentra fuera del hotel para que los clientes lo consideren.

El único pero (y no es cuestión del hotel) es que enfrente hay una iglesia que cada 15 minutos suena su campana o una cosa similar, por lo que si tu sueño es ligero, no podrás dormir.

- aerowood2016 (8/5): Pleasant place to Stay - Just a short distance from the park make it a good launch site to explore a town that has a surprising amount to do. Rooms are small but kind of neat with locally made furniture, antique doors, and well kept but simple interior. Restaurant and free breakfast were adequate, secure parking 2 block from the hotel was fine. Fair value for the money, and quite frankly I don't think there are a lot of better choices.
- JC_Lenero (6/5): A good place to stay in Tuxpan - Hotel Florida is our default hotel in Tuxpan when we need to get there on a job-related trip (have never gone to Tuxpan for any other reason though). The rooms are not luxurious, but the room fares are quite competitive and, for our purposes, we don't need luxury, just a place to rest (so we don't need a hotel with many amenities), and Florida delivers. Some of the rooms are small, but last time i got a corner (on the Calle Morelos and Calle Garizurieta street corners) room and it is nicely distributed. Rooms have no "nice" views since the hotel is placed in the middle of the city center. Staff is nice. If you're the kind of person that needs to stay connected to the Internet, be aware that it seems the distribution of the wireless routers is kinda tricky: In some rooms you have excellent signal strength while, in others, you will be exploring the room to find a spot with decent signal strength. Continental breakfast is regular, not too shabby, but if you crave for something else (and something more typical) you can take a little walk in the vicinity and get a nicer breakfast. Overall, a nice place, if you intend to spend most of your day outside of the premises and get there to take a shower and rest for the day.
