- Glenn (10/5): - Absolutely amazing!!
The best bed we've ever slept in! Cosy, comfortable.
Delicious food and the staff were all so welcoming.
I wish we stayed there another night.
- Lauren (10/5): - Lovely location, hotel was very clean, bed was comfortable, staff were helpful and very friendly.
Food was lovely
- Nancy (10/5): Fantastic time in Crieff and I would definitely stay at The Tower again when visiting the area. - Large and very comfortable room, fantastic views from my bedroom window out to the countryside.Welcoming and friendly staff, great location in town.Value for money in such a central location. Parking was limited but not hard to find something close by and free, if you don’t mind a short walk.
- Vladimíra (10/5): -
- Roy (10/5): - Needed to collect keys early as had a wedding staff were very accommodating and I managed to get keys at 12 , room exceeded expectations for the price paid
- Finbar (9/5): Very good - Very clean Nothing
- Nairn (10/5): - Staff were helpful and friendly, facilities were excellent and clean.
Good food Only issue is trying to get parked but there is a small carpark just down the hill

- Janis (8/5): Great hotel, well presented. - Great location. Lovely beer garden, plenty different spaces to sit and enjoy a drink. Food was great. Bed incredibly comfy. Well decorated rooms. Free parking nearby. Staff very helpful. Rooms are above a pub, so was noisy until closing. Only 2 parking spaces at hotel entrance but plenty free parking nearby.
- Ruairidh (8/5): - Very clean and modern studio apartment feel. Staff were very friendly. Great location. Remember this building is also a pub, so if it's a weekend, expect some volume from the downstairs bar. They aren't open too late but if you're going for an early night's sleep, bring some earplugs. The place isn't rowdy by any means - it's a very family friendly place, but just a heads up.
- Kim (8/5): Perfect stay, wonderful staff, fantastic beer garden and great pub grub! Whats not to like!!! - Everything was perfect, staff lovely and very accommodating. it was very quiet in the room...even though there was a band playing nice folk music downstairs, couldnt hear a thing when door was closed. Gorgeous Full blossomed pick cherry tree to see right out of our window which was nice . Location fab...close to all sorts. Staff could not do enough to make us happy everyone was perfect Only thing was maybe the bed in our room. a bit lumpy with lods of blankets....but i can deal with that!!!"

- julie (8/5): Nice staff and great room. No breakfast service, but little kitchenette in room was great. - Room was great and very well presented. Bit tired outside and only 2 parking spots which weren’t obvious.

- Rob (8/5): -
- Kate (5/5): Convenient, practical accommodation but quite noisy - Location was convenient, room was clean and practical. Parking limited to 2 spaces.
Noise from the bar could be heard from the bedrooms
- daniel (10/5): -
- Glenn (9/5): Absolutely ideal for a casual no frills break and provided us with just what we wanted. - Good location and well appointed apartment. Even though the apartments are above the pub and restaurant ( so there are stairs to navigate )this doesn’t cause any issues. Bit of traffic noise from the main road but nothing to worry about. Staff were fantastic, pub is good and had a nice meal at the restaurant too. Look out for the Sunday lunch in a giant Yorkshire Pudding… great stuff!! Very limited parking at the property
- Ivan (8/5): -
- Jonathan (8/5): A lovely modern Studio - Really easy to get to
Ample parking
Really classy Studio No hot Breakfast available
- Patricia (5/5): Disappointing - The staff were helpful when there, during their working hours
Spacious, self catering room.which was nicely decorated and the choice of pillows on the bed. No heating , on my arrival so the room and shower room were very cold so I couldn't take a shower. No owners or staff in the building to help put it on and the phone rang out when I tried to call the owners..
Although the staff were helpful when they were there , it wasn't until day two that the heating was on most of the time. A worker thought the shower water was warm however , the temperature varied from warm to mildly warm.
I couldn't stay in it.
- John (8/5): -
- Sarah (8/5): - Nice room in a great location to explore Crieff and access many local attractions.
- Blatter (8/5): OK - Zentral gelegen Es gab kein Frühstück
- James (8/5): It was good - Breakfast was a takeaway. Didn’t see much of the location. Was central Wasn’t expecting the £30 pound charge for the dog. It didn’t say that on your website. It did had excellent stuff for dogs but we’d brought that all with us
- Karen (10/5): LOVED it, and my dog was treated so well, we will be back for sure. - Hosts were brilliant, great on arrival and throughout the stay. I travelled with my dog for an relaxing overnight and had a great experience. I stayed in the Thistle Room, which faced onto the main road and was surprisingly quiet and did not affect our stay. The room was immaculate, fresh tea and coffee provided and lots of blankets and towels were available. I have to say it was the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in. (I took pics of the mattress and duvet as definitely going to look at getting this for my own home :) )
The food was great and the Beer Garden is huge with an enclosed area with sofas and just a great all-round experience. I will definitely go back 100%. Nothing from the Hotel, there's roadworks right outside for during the day and there's 2 spaces to park which had the same cars during my stay, but a few hundred meters away you can get parked ok (just noting this if you have lots of luggage as the traffic lights from roadworks makes stopping outside tricky) I had to juggle bags and dog on a leash with narrow pavements so just to be mindful but don't let it put you off.
- Christopher (9/5): - Had a wedding in the hydro. Nice and handy. .
- Michael (5/5): - Never got any breakfast n the ceiling leaked from the shower above It was ok , didn’t really expect much better , it’s an old building
- Ron (7/5): - Dartboard
- John (8/5): - Room not heated on arrival
- Teresa (8/5): Friendly staff and great location - Great location with fantastic views. Happy that it took cash at the bar.
- Fiona (7/5): Good view of the countryside - A little noisy, could not get to sleep until midnight.
- Steven (1/5): We checked in and then we immediately checked out. - Nothing at all. Cold, overwhelming smell from the drains, dated furnishings. Inaccurate description of property.
- Alistair (9/5): -
- Kim (10/5): Amazing place, really recommend and lovely staff, super comfy bed - Amazing room and facilities, great apartement style and would really recommend, especially for travelling and exploring. Completely recommed. As it's an Inn, it is noisy until closing time if you are a light sleeper.
- Lindsay (9/5): Great find in Crieff - Great small hotel. Well placed in Crieff. Staff so lovely and helpful. Very comfy bed.
- Kirsty (10/5): - We stayed in the apartment at the top of the hotel and it was perfect. Really spacious, modern and nicely decorated with some lovely Christmas touches. Kitchen facilities were great with a dishwasher included. Comfy beds and a TV in the main bathroom! Staff were lovely and friendly. We've already booked again for next Christmas. N/a
- Sara Gisella (4/5): Nice little apartment but not much chance to sleep - The position of the apartment was good and easy to visit the centre of Crieff from. The room was quite big and so was the bathroom.
We found everything clean at our arrival.
Very quiet in the morning since the Pub opens after midday. Obviously the rooms are upstairs above the pub but we weren’t expecting to find no soundproofing at all. The pub was open until 1am in the morning (even on Christmas Eve) and it was impossible to sleep comfortably until the last clients were gone. Unfortunately we had a room facing the street which was also quite noisy and with a bit of traffic.
We stayed at the apartment for 5 days, 4 nights.. they were supposed to change the towels and tidy the room after three days but it never happened.
We also had some trouble with hot water that was missing one morning, they solved the problem after a few hours but didn’t offer a refund or any kind of compensation.
There’s not private parking space, you need to leave the car on the side street.
- Tracy (10/5): Perfect family accommodation - The room was perfectly equipped with a fully operational kitchen and plenty of space. 6 of us fitted comfortably and cooked Christmas lunch! Also perfectly situated No toilet brush and could of made use of more cleaning equipment
- David (10/5): - Beautiful rooms and the location, ideal for visiting family in Creiff. Not really a dislike but if you have mobility issues just be aware all rooms are up a flight if stairs.
- Deborah (10/5): - I booked an overnight stay with my husband and 2 kids as we had Christmas activities booked at Crieff Hydro. Location was fantastic, walking distance to the hydro. We had lunch in the Tower, food was fantastic, 10/10. The staff were friendly and helpful. We had a small apartment which was perfect for our family. Will definitely return.
- Melanie (10/5): Gem of a find! - Central, had everything you could think of to make a comfortable stay. Large space, immaculate condition. Food in the restaurant below, onsite parking space. Nothing, literally can’t fault
- Ewan (5/5): Average - Central location The cold room for a start and the noise from the bar until 2am
- Jennifer (10/5): -
- John (8/5): -
- Naomi (10/5): - Staff were polite and friendly. The room was beautiful and clean threw out and the bed was super comfy. I would stay here again the next time i visit crieff
- Carol (10/5): Will be back - It was spotless perfect location and the staff were very friendly
- Michelle (10/5): Absolutely brilliant, will definitely rebook! - The location is perfect for Crieff, food is amazing and the staff are first class! The apartment was just perfect for 4 people Nothing !
- Jeane (8/5): Perfectly acceptable for short stay and good location - Friendly helpful staff and good value for price Very limited parking. Can be noisy depending on other guests
- Ian (8/5): - Comfortable well equipped room with small kitchen facilities.
Dinner in the restaurant was very good. No dislikes
- David (9/5): Worth the money - Comfy bed, warm room with all I needed. So much so I returned the week after. Parking is out on the street
- Thomas (10/5): -
- L.W. (7/5): -
- steven (9/5): -
- Kerry (8/5): -
- Kenneth (9/5): - Recently refurbished room. Kitchenette was compact but well provided for with equipment. The absence of an armchair. A dish cloth or sponge for washing dishes would have been appreciated. In Bluebell room there was some noise from the stairs. A wall mounted Bed light on each side of the bed would have improved the lighting for reading in bed.
- Richard (10/5): A very comfortable stay in a very well throughout small apartment with excellent food& service - Large, comfortable room, clever compact kitchenette, great shower, excellent service, first class facilities for or dog. Lack of parking.
- Jennifer (10/5): - Really comfy bed and cosy duvet and pillows. Really spacious. Big bathroom.
- Luiza (10/5): -
- Faith (9/5): The staff were very welcoming and did everything to make our stay enjoyable. - Didn’t have breakfast Food choice was very limited
- Evelyn (9/5): Excellent value clean and friendly and comfy - Friendly easy to find comfortable Nothing
- Strachan (10/5): Perfect - So well equipped, loved the little kitchenette, welcoming helpful staff, clean, stylish, just great! Only 2 designated car parking but not a problem as plenty of street parking nearby.
- Vivien (10/5): Lovely comfortable stay - Loved the apartment very comfortable king size bed with a lovely bathroom with large shower. Small kitchen area and breakfast bar for making breakfast. We would definitely stay here again in the future. It was a shame that there is only a parking space at the front of the pub for 2 cars. We had to use the car park down the round and round a corner. We then had to bring the car to the front to drop off our luggage and also check out. The owner was very helpful taking our luggage up to the room which was much appreciated.
- Jacqui (10/5): Absolutely perfect 🤩 - Suite size was amazing, we stayed in the upstairs suite, great views, lovely 2 bed 2 bathroom apartment. Bathroom was fab with a TV to watch while in the bath. Gorgeous open plan kitchen and living area. Absolutely loved everything. Would come back and highly recommend Everything! Accommodation, bar and restaurant down stairs, right in the centre. Couldn’t have been happier.
- Mia (7/5): Great location for a short stay in Crieff - Lovely room, comfy bed and good facilities in the room - toaster, kettle, fridge, iron too Noise and music from the bar downstairs - but then it is a pub so should have expected this when booking :-/
- Carroll (10/5): -
- Peter (9/5): Excellent apartment/room with very good facilities. - Evening meal was average. My wife had a poor steak.
- margaret J (10/5): Staying upstairs in Wild Orchid was dreamy, spacious and beautiful. Clean facilities and comfortable - Location was ideal to visit the HYDRO, further to walk to Co-op grocery store. The slopes needed careful attention on foot. I enjoyed visiting the Museum and cafes. The speeding cars and rush through main street. Footpaths are very narrow.
- David (8/5): -
- Jonathan (10/5): Great base to travel around from! - Excellent apartment! Great facilities, clean and really comfortable
- Malcolm (10/5): Good facilities and location at a good price. - It was in a great location. Clean and tidy. Staff were very helpful and welcoming. There was coffee and tea facilities but no milk even though there was a fridge.
- Luca B (9/5): Convenient solution on way to airport - Conveniently located in the centre of Crieff, it is walking distance from few local restaurants, plus has its own restaurant (we walked to the local Nepalese). We stayed overnight on our way from Inverness to Edinburgh airport - it proved to be a good solution. The room had modern furniture and decoration, comfortable beds, a window, and a bathroom with a large new shower. Microwave, kettle, toaster (good quality) and kitchen corner in room. Staff was helpful. Breakfast bag was ok and convenient for our early start. Some live music in the evening was a pleasant surprise, though we could not sit down and listen. In a different scenario (not last night before departure), we would have missed a real breakfast, and the room was a bit dark (due to the window size). Very limited choice of coffee and tea for kettle use in the room.
- Ana Sugaru (8/5): -
- Leticia (10/5): Love the location - Lovely room nice and comfortable bed lovely staff All good
- Nancy (10/5): We stayed here for a one night stopover - would definitely recommend/return. - Friendly and welcoming staff, lovely food in the pub, clean and comfortable room with kettle, toaster and fridge, great shower! Nothing
- Carolyn (8/5): - Pretty hotel and lovely atmosphere. The Tower has a great heritage feel and well maintained. The food and restaurant service was great. Nothing
- Dawn (10/5): - Large clean comfy room, friendly and very helpful staff. Brilliant stay for our dog - he enjoyed his lovely welcome pack and dog bed ( and didn’t want to join us on our bed 😂 )
- Andrew (8/5): - Great location. Friendly staff. Comfortable rooms
- Gunilla (9/5): - Trevligt bemötande, rent & trivsamt, god mat i restaurangen.
