- JIHONG (2/5): 一个令人难忘的痛苦经历 - 只有地点离捷运站近，方便旅客第二天到机场。 设施没有按最低标准配备，卫生差。 晚上噪声太大，音乐和唱歌一直到凌晨三点，根本无法休息。而且晚上有警察敲门来检查证件，不可思议！

- 羅 (1/5): 1.環境清潔非常糟糕，有小蟑螂和隱翅蟲出沒。房間各個角落都有積灰塵及毛髮甚至衛生紙團，明顯清潔工作沒有確實！ 2.房間潮濕且菸味超重，房內壁紙因潮濕脫落。 3.所有設備（床架、衣櫃、電視、飲水機、冰箱、吹風機、插座⋯⋯）都非常殘破老舊，使用 - 完全沒有，硬要說的話只有（無人自助）的入住退房形式。 一切！ 1.環境清潔非常糟糕，有小蟑螂和隱翅蟲出沒。房間各個角落都有積灰塵及毛髮甚至衛生紙團，明顯清潔工作沒有確實！ 2.房間潮濕且菸味超重，房內壁紙因潮濕脫落。 3.所有設備（床架、衣櫃、電視、飲水機、冰箱、吹風機、插座⋯⋯）都非常殘破老舊，使用痕跡嚴重。尤其廁所抽風機運作聲巨大嚴重影響睡眠品質！房間隔音非常非常差，住無窗房還一直能聽見風灌進縫隙的聲音還有隔壁房的對話。 4.雖然因應政策沒有提供備品，但連衣架都沒有提供。毛巾使用後只能擺在馬桶上的層架（搞不懂有衣櫃沒衣架是？？）
