Guest Reviews
- Anthony (10/5): Excellent spa like retreat. - Quiet, friendly staff
- Gareth (8/5): - The pool was refreshing, and the outside area of the hotel is planted nicely to give a garden feel. The staff were all friendly and helpful. I visited during the low season (April) and tourism is also down due to the war in the middle east. As such the hotel was quite quiet and felt a little empty. Locals visit the hotel during the evenings (6-9pm) but mostly stay in the sauna + steam room area.
Sehr nettes Personal.Frühstück völlig sehr lecker.Eigentümer ist super freundlich.Einfach ein Stück Himmel auf Erden.Ein Muss für jeden Gay. Es gibt einfach nichts zu beanstanden.
- Nicolas (10/5): A great stay would recommend - Property was great, enjoyed it a lot. Felt really welcome and the staff was very helpful. Nothing
- Adam (10/5): Men’s paradise - An oasis of tranquility and good fun at the same time. Very slick design, everything is above expectations
- Petur Oli (8/5): - Rooms are big, clean and comfortable. Food was really good and the staff was nice Breakfast could have more options and the cocktail menu could be updated to accommodate more modern cocktails
- Jon Thor (9/5): - Nice and clean

Men's Resort & Spa Hotel is a beautifully designed hotel and a successful blend of hotel, restaurant, bar, and spa. The tours arranged through the hotel are highly recommended and well worth the money, as are the massages in the hotel's own spa. The rooms are very nicely furnished and offer everything you need, from a comfortable bed to a functional shower. The staff is very friendly and helpful, always greeting you with a warm smile. SERVICE is paramount here, from booking to check-out. Pierre is a wonderful host who goes out of his way to ensure everyone's comfort. Thank you for the wonderful days I was able to spend with you. ./.
- Eric (10/5): - Great hospitality and services ! Perfect setup to combine temple exploration and relaxation.
- Elliott (9/5): A wonderful and relaxing stay in a beautiful boutique hotel, - The hotel is beautifully appointed with a tropical garden surrounding the pool/spa area quiet and tranquil, the perfect place to spend a relaxing day doing just that, relaxing. The rooms are spacious, simple, and very comfortable. The location in a quiet residential side street gives all the peace and quiet you need, but it is just a 5 minute tuk-tuk ride or a relaxing 20-minute stroll to the bustling town center with shops, some very fine restaurants, and interesting bars.
The proprietor/host, Pierre, is wonderful. He is ready with any advice you ask for, he has tips and suggestions for making the most of your stay, but he is never pushy or intrusive. And his staff are so welcoming and friendly and helpful.
After a long day doing the tourist things, I looked forward to getting back to the hotel in the mid-afternoon, relaxing by the pool, and having a good massage. The spa and sauna was a welcome and interesting bonus. This is a great place to stay in Siem Reap, and I will definitely stay here on my next trip. I would have welcomed some sun shades over the lounge chairs at poolside. That would have made relaxing in them in the early afternoon even more pleasant.
- Gary Robichaux (10/5): - Great stay!! There too short
- David (10/5): - This is a beautiful resort tucked away in a quiet residential neighbourhood. It is located approximately 15 minutes from Angkor Wat and about 5 minutes by tuk-tuk (at a cost of only $1 - $2) from the Pub Street area.
Pierre and the staff are very friendly and welcoming. The rooms are spotlessly clean. The restaurant/bar/pool area is a great place to relax after a busy day visiting the temples. The food is great, with a selection of western and Asian options, and the service is speedy. The bar is well stocked.
The pool/sauna are open to the public after 5 pm. The resort offers a discreet, welcoming environment for local guys and a friendly, social atmosphere for tourists and locals alike.
I have stayed at Men’s Resort three times and will stay there again the next time I visit Siem Reap.
- Robert (9/5): Sehr empfehlenswert! - Sehr freundliches Personal. Alles top sauber.
- Matthew (7/5): -
- Charl (10/5): -
- Torsten (10/5): - schönes hotel und sehr nettes personal frühstück etwas abwechslungsreicher und besseren kaffee☕️
- john harry (10/5): Very pleased. - Lovely home made fare in restaurant. Made to order cickrsils. Out of the way location makes for quiet nights. Lots of trustworthy affordable transportation.Pool is a gem.Salt water. Long enough for laps. Locals mingle at sauna between work and famiky time: 5 to 8pm. Good massage.
- Ron (10/5): Would love to come stay again. Food, staff, service, and rooms were all great!! Thanks so much !!! - Very relaxing hotel. Such a friendly and helpful staff. Guests seemed very happy and most all were very friendly Nothing
- Timothy (10/5): Calm oasis and opportunity to mix with locals and travellers - I've stated a few times here and the experience has been without exception first class. A discreet oasis for travellers and locals to connect and enjoy the beautiful gardens pool and sauna. The staff are very friendly and helpful and the food served good too. The overall ambience is calm and restful as well as fun.
Pierre was very kind to forward some left belongings to my next hotel within an hour of the discovery!
On reviendra…
- Philip (8/5): Peaceful place away from pub street - The pool and garden area is idyllic and the sauna area was thoughtfully designed. The gym is outdated and needs an upgrade
- Damian (10/5): Excellent place, customer service, location . - Everything Nothing
- Mark (7/5): -
- Douglas (10/5): Great hotel for gay men. - Very pleasant property with helpful staff and comfortable facilities. Highly recommend. The location is ideal. It’s quiet, but the center of town is a short $1usd tuk tuk away.
- Chris (9/5): Well run , good value and a very pleasant stylish boutique hotel and spa - Lovely setting and quiet , nicely received by the manager , breakfast was good and the spa was very comprehensive and pleasant .
Loved the laidback atmosphere , the pool was very nice to swim in and the gym was well equipped . Massage services were available too. Airport meet / return and sightseeing was well organised by the hotel manager Mr Pierre . Clearly well established knowing what’s good to try and where to eat and where to go . Not much at all , only minor , maybe some better floor lighting in the spa as there are a few steps to watch out for and more comfortable pillows on the beds .
- Peter (8/5): - The location is nice – quiet yet close to Pub Street - 1 usd dollar away with tuk tuk, and easy access to the temples, with lush greenery and a really nice pool area that feels like a proper oasis after a hot day exploring Angkor.
The absolute highlight was the staff! From check-in to check-out, everyone was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful. The team (especially the reception guys and the owners/managers) went out of their way to make sure everything was okay, gave great recommendations for restaurants and tours, and were always smiling and attentive.
The saunas were very good. The pool and outdoor areas are beautiful too. There were a few things that could be better. The breakfast felt quite basic and skimpy – portions were small, selection limited, and it didn’t feel very satisfying for the start of a busy day. Nighttime was unfortunately noisy because of dogs barking loudly for long periods (almost every night).
In the room, the key card system requires the card to stay in the slot for AC/electricity to work – which is understandable for energy saving, but it meant the room got extremely hot during the day when we were out sightseeing (no way to leave the AC on). Also, the room fan/ventilator wasn’t working during my stay, so no extra air circulation.
The gym equipment is outdated and could use an upgrade or more maintenance.
Despite these points, the friendly staff, good spa facilities, and peaceful (mostly) atmosphere made it worth it for a gay travellers’ stay in Siem Reap.
- ALAIN (10/5): -
- Nicola (10/5): - Amazing staff, kind and professional! Breakfast delicious! Services top! Location quiet and comfortable ( 2 minutes by tuk tuk and arrive in the city center con 2$). Pierre and his staff organized for you amazing tour.
- martin (10/5): -
- WILSON (10/5): - The exceptional hospitality & relaxed nature of the experience.
Wholesome cuisine
Value for .money
Beautiful & well kept gardens No comment
- Alexander (9/5): Very comfortable and relaxing stay - Staff are very friendly and ready to help. Very relaxed atmosphere. Food was great. Facilities are very clean. Pool is perfect after that long day exploring the temples. Local dogs in neighbourhood would howl and go crazy some nights, not that this can be controlled by the property.
- Bartosz (10/5): - Lekko na uboczu, w Cichej okolicy. 15 minut spaceru od ścisłego centrum
Pyszne serwowane śniadanie
Organizują tuk tuki do zwiedzania okolic

- Frank (10/5): Gay in Siem Reap? Dann hierher! Thank you and see you next year!
- bruno (10/5): On reviendrait bien !
Rien
- Alvarez (10/5): -
- Nadav (10/5): - The staff's attitude was excellent
- Witold (10/5): a great rest in nice company - Care of the owners and help in organising the stay too short stay
- Andre Marcel (10/5): - Very well located (super close to Angkor Temple) and a great infra structure, but what makes this place unique is Pierre and his staff.
Very carrying, pro active and with a smile on their faces. Cannot recommend enough. Nothing. Everything was great.
- Matthew (10/5): Fabulous! - Perfect male only space. Very friendly staff and good service, the breakfast was simple and delicious, the pool was serene, and the sauna was great fun. I was very impressed and would stay here again. The surrounding area is a 5 minute walk to many restaurants and a 20-25 minute walk to the famous Pub Street, with lots of food and beverage options along the way. Or a $2-$3 tuk tuk ride if you prefer. Definitely stay here if you want a men’s only experience.
- Bernhard (9/5): -
- David (9/5): Had a great time and will be back soon - Great breakfast and the room had been cleaned by the time you finished.Tuk tucks were allways at the premises so everywhere was within easy reach
- Karym Youssef (9/5): Hidden gem for fellow queer travelers - - Host was gentleman and the staff was super professional and polite
- Facility offers everything, which makes life easier (transfers, tours, massage, food, etc.)
- Secluded place, very relaxed - Showers could be warmer and newer
- Hans Matthias (8/5): Wir haben uns im Men Resort sehr wohlgefühlt. Danke! - Men only hotel mit t
grossem Swimming Pool und Sauna und Gym. Mit schönem Garten. alles gut
- Eugene (10/5): Great Place With Great Staff For a Wonderful Relaxing Getaway - What can I say, the hotel and especially the staff totally exceeded my expectations! The room was very large with all the amenities you need, and I mean ALL. The restaurant and bar are great with a big enough selection to satisfy. For me having Kentucky Bourbon was a real plus! The breakfast menu is varied enough and very delicious and it's great to have it outside by the pool. The massages were great and very reasonable. The sauna facilities are quite good with changing rooms. All in all it's a great place to stay! I will definitely come back again! Basically nothing!
- Pieter (10/5): -
- Matthew (10/5): Loved my stay at Men's Resort - Had a fabulous stay at Men's resort. From the moment I arrived, Pierre and his team made me feel at home. The service I received was 2nd to none - the team couldn't do enough for me. They were able to provide some great recommendations on the best temple tours and booked them for me. The resort itself is very well kept and includes a sunny pool area, well equipped gym, sauna, steam room and jacuzzi. It's in a quiet, peaceful area of Siem Reip but it is just a 5 mins tuk tuk ride away from the bustling town centre.
The venue opens up to locals from the afternoon through to the evening time which is a great way to meet and connect with local gay men. I can't wait to come back.
- David (10/5): -
- WINTER (10/5): - Amazing Place. I would come back for sure!!!
- Dante (10/5): Exceptional -
- Joesel (8/5): Great experience - Great property on good location
Quiet and walking distance to old market. It’s got everything in the resort.
- Harald (10/5): I go there again - Clean, quiet and not to far from everything ./.
- Kion (8/5): Relaxing resort at Siem Reap - A unique resort which offers services not available to most accommodation (dry and wet sauna, spa), friendly staff (needs to be trained to smile more often to enlighten the day of the customers). Surprisingly good gym facility for small hotel. Very reasonable food and drink prices to enjoy by the pool. It is close enough to shopping facility and local bars/restaurants.
- William (10/5): Exceptional -
- Christopher (10/5): Paradise! - The hotel was beautiful. The room was spacious, clean and the bed was very comfortable. The outside area and the pool were well kept and wonderfully landscaped. The facilities are clean and everything was in working order. The food was delicious and the bar well stocked. I particularly enjoyed using the pool and having a massage.
As a solo traveler it was nice to be able to meet with other guests as well as local people. Everyone was very friendly and welcoming. Pierre and his team were so helpful and able to organise my airport pickup and tours making my trip easy and hassle free. The drivers and guides that he uses are great and very professional.
The location is a little out of the main town, making it more discrete for locals to visit and enjoy the resort as well. A tuk tuk into town is only $2 and there was always a driver waiting outside. It’s also possible to walk when the weather is cooler.
I will definitely be coming back! Nothing
- Deian (10/5): Exceptional -
- Chlt (10/5): Superb Stay: Clean, Calm, Helpful - My stay at this hotel was truly exceptional. From the moment I arrived, I was struck by the tranquil atmosphere, a welcome respite after a long journey. The hotel boasts excellent facilities, including a well-equipped gym, a refreshing swimming pool, and a relaxing sauna, all of which were impeccably maintained.
What truly set this hotel apart, however, was the service. The owner and his staff were incredibly welcoming and prepared to help in any way they can. Their attentiveness and willingness to go the extra mile made me feel genuinely valued as a guest. Furthermore, the hotel was exceptionally clean throughout, from the lobby to my room. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a peaceful and comfortable stay with top-notch amenities and outstanding service. N/A
- Btnyc (8/5): It was worth the money for a short stay, with very friendly host and staffs. - The spa was nice and clean, with trained therapist and the pool setup was also good. Breakfast was great!. In my opinion, the bathroom can be painted a bit brighter, although I understand that the current color was intended to create a specific atmosphere.
- Nathaniel (10/5): Gay Oasis in Siem Reap - I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the Men’s Resort. I had great communication from Pierre as soon as I booked. He arranged my Airport pick up the price for which was hardly any different to just taking a taxi.
The location of the property is in a quiet backstreet however it only takes 15 to 20 minutes walking into the centre of Siem Reap, or alternatively five minutes in a tuk-tuk.
They included breakfast each day was really delicious as were the meals I purchased from the hotel later in the day at a very reasonable cost
The property is kept very clean , and what I did like was that my room was serviced whilst I was having breakfast each day. All the guys who work at the hotel are so friendly and pleasant it’s just a joy to be there.
I would have no hesitation in returning or recommending the resort to any of my friends There was nothing that I did not like
- Loïc (10/5): Wonderful resort to relax in Angkor - Beautiful resort, spacious, quiet, great outdoor swimming pool and outdoor bar and restaurant, very dedicated team assisting you with taxis, visits etc…
- Jochem (9/5): Very nice stay!! - Very good vibe in this resort! The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. I enjoyed every minute in Siem Reap! All good, no complaints!
- Richard (8/5): Best nights sleep in months - Staff are super friendly and helpful. Bed is the one of the biggest and most comfortable I have slept in. WIFI was good so I could work 1 day perfectly well. Pool area is a great oasis after a long, hot and sweaty day Tomb Raiding. Nothing not to like.
- Clark (10/5): Gorgeous resort and very relaxing - Helpful, friendly and welcoming staff. The room was beautiful and kept clean every day. The bar, pool and garden areas are beautiful, as is the rest of the resort. The resort is located on a quiet street away from any noise and it's only a short tuk-tuk ride into the town centre for $1. Or if you're just looking to stay in one place and relax there's no reason to leave, the food is good too.
Local residents often visit in the afternoons and evenings too so you get to meet people who live here.
- Craig (9/5): Superb - My 2nd time here and the hotel delivers all its promies's , you do need a tuk tuk to get to pub street buts its an enjoyable 5m ride which costs very little and you get to see a little more of siem reap, only 15m away from angkor wat , but if you want to just laze at the pool the pool bar food is excellent and the drinks are no more expensive that the bars , 1 of the nicest boutique hotels ive stayed in , lastly pierre and his staff go out of there way to look after you...Craig. Would prefare toast rather than baguette's for the breckfast ....
- Maarten (10/5): Exceptional -
- Xiao1996 (10/5): Exceptional - The owner Pierre and the staff were fantastic. We arranged tours via the hotel and the experience was wonderful. Met many interesting people there.
- Teo (10/5): Relaxing - Lovely garden resort setting for breakfast. There were numerous Interesting and nice local Khmer decor pieces at various areas in the property. Breakfast was good, with choices from menu.
- Lawrence (10/5): Exceptional -
- Yuri (10/5): Perfect Stay for Relaxation and Comfort. - I had an excellent stay at this hotel and was thoroughly impressed. The staff is outstanding—always friendly and attentive. The cleanliness is impeccable, and the location is perfect, a true oasis of peace ideal for unwinding after long daily excursions.
The services provided are very good: the SPA is a real plus that adds great value to the experience, and the pool is beautiful and well-maintained. The only improvement I’d suggest is updating the gym, which could use some modernization. Breakfast is excellent, featuring fresh and high-quality products—a great way to start the day.
I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for relaxation and comfort. A big thank you to all the staff for the exceptional service!
- Robert (10/5): Quiet oasis. Great facilities and amazing staff. - Quiet oasis to relax after a day of temples in the heat. Great spa and massage. Comfortable rooms. All staff extremely friendly. Whilst it appears a little out of town it isn’t with inexpensive and good tuk tuk service. Will definitely stay here again. The only thing they need to sort out are their TV channels. Not that I am there to watch TV but it is nice to have as background when in the room.
- Steffen (10/5): Exceptional - Men's Resort and Spa is really gorgeous, a lot of attention to detail, it's a true paradise!
It felt like a beautiful oasis close to the city.
The staff is really friendly and helpful.
- Sonan (10/5): Exceptional - Beautiful grounds and nice food and staff
- Dominic (10/5): Exceptional -
- May (10/5): Satisfied. Will stay in the same hotel again in the future. - Friendly. Not enough shower gel/soap provided.
- Andrew (10/5): An excellent place for gay clientele - Pierre was an excellent host
The resort was always very clean
Staff were excellent I missed not being able to access netflix and wish they had a good coffee machine. I spoke to Pierre and he will look into it.
- David (10/5): Exceptional -
- Andrew (10/5): I had an amazing experience! It was lovely to meet fellow travelers and locals. It’s located perfectly outside of the to - Men’s is a perfect getaway.
I enjoyed the relaxed space that has been created through out the resort.
The room was very comfortable and spacious.
The resort pool and bar area are a great space to relax throughout the day.
- Anthony (10/5): A garden of Eden for Adam and Steve.... - We gay men are so lucky to be able to stay at this oasis. Pierre runs the place so well and ensures the plants are very well looked after with the orchids replaced as the flower die back. The pool is beautiful and the other facilities are clean and excellent.
The bar is well stocked and the kitchen produces first rate food with a menu changed daily. We ate in most evenings as the food was as good as any restaurant.
The rooms are spacious, and clean and the whole place is imaginatively designed.
The location feels a little remote, but actually it is a block back from the dual carriageway to the airport, so quiet, and is in Ana area of larger houses and gardens. There is generally a tuc tuc waiting outside, or a Grab (like Uber) will be along in a few minutes.
The garden is well planted with so many different areas o sit either by the pool, by the bar, in the sun or shade or in a garden area by the pond.
We stayed five days but could well have stayed more. Leaving it.
- Joseph (9/5): Great boutique hotel with friendly staff, great service to relax. - Small, friendly and very nice Only complaint was lack of an English tv station but I am old school and not really an issue
- Joseph (8/5): A return visit that lived up to my original stay. - Small , friendly, unique English TV station
- Michael (10/5): - Exceptional in every way. Pierre you’ve created a spectacular oasis. Thank you!
- Tom (10/5): Absolutely Fantastic!! - The staff were excellent, the facilities were excellent and my stay was excellent.
- John (10/5): Incredible trip to Siem Reap at Men’s Resort! - It was our first time to Siem Reap and Mens.
Pierre and the staff did everything possible to make our trip to the city and the resort and incredible experience. The facility is beautiful, the location is quiet, but yet close to all the action. The services are complete. We will definitely go back during our next Southeast Asia tour and stay longer. We liked everything!
- Fonsecab (10/5): Luxurious and relaxing accommodation hosted by lovely staff. You couldn’t want any more. - Luxuriously comfortable sanctuary for gay men to relax for a five star holiday..
- Luke (10/5): Best destination for gay men in Siem Reap - Pierre and the team really looked after us and went out of their way to make us feel welcome. All of the facilities are excellent. The location is perfect : array from the nose of Pub Street and near enough to walk easily to the bars. Wouldn’t start anywhere else in Siem Reap. All excellent.
- Tomas (10/5): Exceptional - Nice and quiet atmosphere. Swimming pool and bar where you can enjoy a drink talking to other guys or local visitors.
Only 5 minutes to Pub Street with a Tuk-Tuk. Just perfect.
- Phillip (10/5): Men’s Resort is a wonderful place to stay! - This is a great hotel and I stay here every time I am in Siem Reap. It’s a quiet oasis, it’s clean and comfortable and the staff are fantastic. Everyone here is incredibly helpful!
- Maurice (9/5): Superb -
- Jeffrey (10/5): Temples of Siem Reap and a bonus stay at the Men's Gay Resort. - We wanted to visit the temples near Siem Reap, and we chose to stay at the Men's Resort and Spa. We could not have made a better choice. Pierre, the owner was most helpful, answered all queries promptly. We loved the ambience of the resort and the staff were amazing. The 2 massages we had were a special treat. The Resort spa and sauna is open to local gay men and that provided an added bonus. The guide, the car and driver organised by the Resort were first rate. Our knowledge gained from the trip awesome.
The food at the Resort was excellent and we chose to eat in most nights. Some delightful Cambodian dishes available. Our room was large and the shower huge. Our king size bed made for a comfortable nights sleep.
We loved our stay at the Men's Resort, Siem Reap. We would highly recommend to gay men visiting Cambodia the temples and the Resort. Both of which are awesome. We left with fond memories of the smiling friendly people of Cambodia. Great country to visit. Didn't like the humidity much, but you can't control the weather.
- Simon (9/5): Superb -
- Elliot (10/5): Exceptional - This place was so so good. A great find!
- Peter (10/5): - This resort is perfect. It’s relaxing, it’s very safe, it has very good facilities including a well equipped gym, the people working there are super nice and there is always very reasonably priced transport available for the short trip to the main centre of town. Rooms are cleaned promptly (mine always while I was having breakfast). Tours of any description are organised efficiently with excellent English speaking drivers and guides.
- Tomáš (10/5): Exceptional - This is trully magnificent place for all guys who travel to Siem Reap. Very nice place with big pool, plenty of flowers, sauna, gym, bar and I believe open minded other friendly guests. Located 20 min walking to center in very quite location. I hope we will be back in the future. all was great
