• Gery Maulana (1/5): Do not book this hotel unless you don’t mind the dirt. - Full of mold, dirty sheets and towels. Showerhead is full of mold as well.

• Guest (4/5): - Lokasi untuk mencari makanan mudah karena menyatu dengan mall Bathroomnya ujung bathroom hitam2 seperti kurang bersih membersihkan nya. Keset di toilet dekil byk spot seperti bekas terinjak sepatu. Keset sepertinya tidak diganti. Ketika masuk kamar bau lembab tdk enak. Dinding kamar ujung2 nya berjamur seperti hotel tua krg terawat. Bed cover sudah dekil. Maaf memang ini budget hotel. Tapi sepertinya memang bed cover nya sudah waktu nya diganti.

• James (8/5): - All the staff were exceptional. Friendly, courteous and anxious to please. Everything was clean and sanitary. The room was in need of modernization. Nothing really wrong, just dated.

• Nurbani (8/5): A pleasant and convenient experience. - Great value for money. The location is great, where it’s next to a mall and to eateries. The staff are exceptionally polite and helpful. The hotel is clean , safe and adequate for solo travelers.
• Roberto (3/5): Overpriced - The staff are attentive and friendly The room is filthy. We even had to ask to change the pillow cover but the new one still looks greyish and dirty. For the price 550,000 per night with such quality, I guess it’s overpriced. But I must comment the staff who were friendly and attentive of our request

• Nur (7/5): if u dont mind the noise, then the stay would be worth the money - Good Location near to a mall and eateries Not sound proof. Thin wall so u could hear what the other person in the next room talking/ noise from outside. Couldn't get a proper sleep at night
• Verified traveler (6/5): Business trip - It feels more like a hostel than hotel. Lack of amenities and standard facilities. Not many option of breakfast and needs to be improved taste wise. Location is good because is next to Bintaro Plaza. Staff are kind and helpful.
• Nurbani (8/5): It was fabulous. Cleanliness and convenient location to food and necessities.warm and welcoming staff. - Its location. Next to a mall. It would be great if a kettle provided in each room, instead of having to walk to the corridor to get hot water, especially when you’re a single woman traveler.

• Sarah (6/5): basic but fine. needs new towels - location was convenient for what we needed. most staff friendly and helpful. shower was ok. Bed linen and especially towels were very stained. clean and had been washed but stained with black marks. bed sheets had blood on. black mold in bathroom around sink. lots of noise from the road all night even on the 6th floor.

• andihartonodotcom (8/5): Pretty interesting location - First time finding a hotel that is adjacent to the Mall in the Bintaro area, directly adjacent to Plaza Bintaro Jaya, the first Mall in Bintaro, the area is quite well integrated, so that it becomes comfortable staying at this hotel, opposite the hotel there is a Hospital, 2 star Facilities which provided quite good, as well as clean. Ball Room facilities and breakfast menu are quite good, near access to the Mall, so many choices of food and entertainment until evening, occasionally heard Live music from the mall, this hotel is worth a try

• NCRotinsulu (6/5): Helpful - Since i live nearby, this hotel is helpful for my family. When i had to take-out my mother from home for one day and also this hotel have a wheelchair too. It's great because side by side with Bintaro Plaza Mall
• kmonoarfa (10/5): So much improvements in 2 years - The location of this hotel is great. You could access to this hotel by Commuter bec it near Train Station (Pondok Ranji) or just 45 minutes taxi from SHI Airport. This hotel is near from 3 malls on Bintaro area (Bintaro Plaza, Lotte Bintaro, and Bintaro eXchange) The room is standard, 18-21 sqm, if I not mistaken. For 2 stars hotel, the price a bit much but worth by its location. I stayed for around 60 nights during this 2 years. They keep improve their service but the food :D It's so nice for staying in this hotel. Check-in process: fast. Lost-and-found: great. Cons: They run out of housekeeping at night shift, so your needs maybe a bit slow accommodated after 5pm. Pros: Free commuting to Bintaro eXchange on weekend.
• dzmiguel (8/5): Review - Hotel located in Bintaro, The Hotel very close to Mall ( Plaza Bintaro ), you can walk to mall only 1-2 minutes. The room is not big, is like budget hotel. Toothbrush on request, no hair dryer . TV channel is not complete, and not HD . Free parking if you bring the car. Safety deposit available. No balcony
• 156rizat (4/5): Very minimum in facilities and cleanliness - Very minimum in facilities, and cleanliness.. At first I expect this hotel is better than Astera, since the price is 100k higher than Astera, but I was totally wrong, higher price doesnt always gives higher level of comfort..
• titapriscillia (10/5): A lovely 4-night stay at citradream - I highly recommend this hotel for people who want to run errands in Bintaro. My overall experience was a lot nicer than what I expected. My room was quite big for the low expenses I made on it. The hotel was located literally 3 feet away from various restaurants and cafes so there was a wide variety of food option for me and my good friend during our stay. The staffs were also very welcoming and warm since the first time we had arrived. Most importantly, it was only 4 minutes away from my destination. If you are on a budget and need a comfortable and nice stay in Bintaro, this is the place to go! :)
• davidliewtp (6/5): Price not worth that much - This hotel is NOT what i will recommend. even the location is fine, since the mall is just behind it back, but their facilities included the auto will lock toilet door is scary, the questionable and funny always not working well safe, the very bad breakfast is questionable is this worth the money or not, not mentioned their room is dirty some area was not properly clean up. but staff are friendly and we do ok with the stay.
• Nvick (10/5): Very satisfied! - Amazing and impressive. Very satisfied with the stay and highly recommended. The room offers fantastic view of the city, and also very spacious. TV channels provided are also great, quite many choices available. The location isjuat beside a shopping mall.
• Guestmember2017 (6/5): Average - Good for budget stay hotel in Tangerang, good location. The food is average and doesnt have 24 hours service. Recommended only for solo traveler as the room size is not so big. The staffs are nice and friendly.
• martinacs (8/5): Good value for short stay - New, fresh building, funny enough the front door went straight to main road. My taxi got confused trying to find front lobby after entering parking lot. Not enough sign where to go. Somehow looked like hasn't finished built yet. An average mall beside the building, lots of food (at a price) from 10am-10pm, and a supermarket inside the mall, so it was easy to find your basic need. Clean and plenty room for two, also in the bathroom. Comfortable bed, AC was barely cool, safe box inside the room was not working. Drinking water (hot/cool) in the corridor, and two glasses provided in the room but no coffee/tea. Well I just went to the supermarket to buy some instant hot beverage :) Check in and out easy and fast processed (booked and payed via agoda). The hotel restaurant were small and rather awkwardly placed, but I didn't had any meal there, so couldn't comment properly. Front desk staffs and welcoming officer from parking lot were very helpful.
• Msafiri2016 (10/5): Great little find - I don't think some of the people giving negative reviews here are being completely honest. I have never found a more welcoming staff, friendly, efficient and eager to please. The hotel is clean with minimalist design which expands the available space. The bed was large and comfortable. I stayed on the sixth floor for three nights. They supplied two bottles of water daily regardless of whether you had used the previous supply. This was in addition to the dispenser in the hallway. My only gripe was that the window is rather small and cannot be opened. There was hot water, air conditioning, room service and daily cleaning. Many thanks to staff like Bhatara, Syalma, Amri and all the great security staff. I would definitely stay here again.
• KeralaLily (6/5): not as bad as it looks! - well, it looked a bit unfinished so I was nervous as I walked in. However, the staff are really great, very helpful and constantly available - any time of the day or night. The rooms are clean and although basic, leave you nothing to complain about. The wifi is strong and easy to latch on to. The breakfast is a bit sad and bad coffee constantly shocks me in this land that yields some of the best coffee that I have ever had even in the small street shops. There is free parking and situated inside a Mall means that you can get anything the hotel doesn't give you. All in all, a very good deal for a quick work trip.
