• Noémi (9/5): Modern, közel a strandhoz - Közel volt a strandhoz és modern volt a fürdőszoba. Lehetne tenni a sötétítő függönyön kívül is egy átlátszósabb, fehér függönyt azokra a szobákra ahol utcára nyíló kilátás van. Mivel nagyon belátni kintről és csak egy sötétítő függöny van felrakva ezért abból lehetett választani, hogy vagy belátnak vagy sötét van egész nap a szobában.

• Ekaterina (6/5): - Удачное расположение. Присаживаемся поудобнее, как говорится. В этом отеле мы проживали уже не первый раз, в первый раз все было ок, то есть в прошлом году. В этот раз мы приехали сюда же, потому что по цене качество этот отель соответствовал нашим пожеланиям. И в этот раз было прям «весело». Сижу я днём в номере никого не трогаю, и слышу по потолку кто-то бегает прям коготками, а я панически боюсь крыс. Сначала я ничего не поняла, просто было ужасно жутко, как будто бы бегает у меня по голове прям учитывая то из чего сделаны многие отели в Таиланде. Потом я убедилась в том, что это действительно крыса, потому что она начала противно пищать, можете это представить, когда вы панически боитесь чего-то и с этим столкнулись? И тут начинается самое интересное. Конечно же, я пожаловалась персоналу, потому что мало ли она прогрызет потолок или ещё откуда-то вылезет ночью, тогда я вообще сойду с ума, а у меня ещё и маленький ребёнок. Знаете, что сделал персонал? Позвал какого-то работника, который пришёл с сигаретой за ухом, открыл в ванне над раковиной, видимо, вентиляцию, (а на раковине у меня стояли щетки зубные) и насыпал туда отравы. Это вообще как? То есть они хотели, чтобы эта крыса съела отраву и видимо еще сдохла у меня над потолком? Или над раковиной в этой вентиляции и воняла там? А уборщица еще и говорила что это «baby» бегает там наверху😁 С горем пополам через 2 дня нас переселили в другой номер, потому что я просто одну ночь не спала из-за этого противного писка и конечно же своего страха. Знаете, что САМОЕ неприятное? Что персонал даже не извинился перед нами, то есть для них эта ситуация была ок. Я понимаю, это Азия. Это отель 2*. Но такого безразличия персонала к своим гостям быть не должно, пусть это будет хоть хостел. Надеюсь, мой отзыв будет полезен!

• Carolin (3/5): - Die Größe des Zimmers war gut, der Balkon war ebenfalls schön groß Das Polster am Bett war so dreckig, das war leider sehr eklig. Im Badezimmer hat es immer aus dem Abfluss gestunken sobald wir die Dusche angemacht haben. Im Badezimmer fehlten auch Haken für Handtücher. Die Handtücher haben ebenfalls gestunken, die wurden anscheinend nur mit kaltem Wasser gewaschen. Außerdem gibt es keine Strandhandtücher- das finde ich eine absolute Frechheit! Wir haben nachts so schlecht geschlafen, weil man kein Fenster aufmachen konnte (wegen Moskitos und dem Lärm der Straße) also mussten wir mit Klimaanlage schlafen. Davon habe ich mir eine heftige Erkältung geholt...

Comfortable bed, nice bathroom and just a decent room in general for the price, which we found wasn’t too expensive for a last minute stay in Karon. Even when you didn’t ask for your room to be cleaned, bottles of water and new toilet roll was left outside the door. This was a nice touch 😊 The water didn’t drain very well in our shower which was a bit annoying but not a big issue and we didn’t mention it to the staff during our stay. I also assume this is a fairly easy fix.

• Adrian (9/5): - Had quite a modern feel to it, quite a large room looking onto the busy road which we liked to sit on the balcony people watching. No pool at this one but we knew that before booking the shower area could do with a screen or curtain, or even just a large squidgy for the floor

Nothing to accommodate us with this reason with very little information to what was happening. Ended up needing to go to a Friends hotel to shower and charge our phones.

Highly recommend it! - When I first looked into booking I was a bit unsure due to some comments I saw, so I arrived very cautious expecting the worse… I was very wrong. My stay was AMAZING!! My flight got delayed by 4h and the traffic was so bad that instead of checking in at 3pm, I checked in at 8pm! I saw comments saying that the staff was rude, nope! They were so understanding and didn’t have an issue with it at all. I also saw comments about cockroaches (which in a warm country is super common), bought a spray first day out of 6, didn’t use it once. The room was SPOTLESS! People said things about room service not giving you warning, didn’t have that problem at all (and also, use the door tags provided!!) and they were lovely. I saw comments about being far from the beach and if you think a 7 minute walk from the beach is too much, maybe the problem is you, not the hotel! I couldn’t be happier with my stay. Their score is not fair to the quality of service I had. Also, I booked the kind room, so I don’t know if the other rooms are the same so keep that in mind. Beds are super comfortable. I travelled around Asia for a few weeks and I must say, best sleep I had during my whole stay. Another point is, ac was great! Saw comments about that and I didn’t have any issues. The only thing I could say is that they don’t provide shower gel or shampoo, but that is not a big problem. It’s very cheap to buy!!

Our bedroom faced away from the main road, which was perfect as there was no noise. The receptionist was very kind and helpful. The location was great for us. The bathroom had no shower curtain or glass, which made showering a bit messy. Additionally, the towels had an unpleasant smell.

• Melvyn (10/5): Recommended to anyone planning a trip to Phuket! - Location was perfect! 8 mins walk to Karon beach (best beach in Phuket + last stop of the airport shuttle bus) and loads of food around and also 7-11 just across the hotel. Room was super clean and the housekeeper was always kind enough to adjust cleaning time to our daily sched, towels were changed everyday👍🏻 Price slightly steep, but understandable as it is high season

Je kon geen gebruik maken van de kamer. En dan als laatst nog de service. De receptioniste had een enorm arrogante houding en deed alsof het haar allemaal niet boeide. Verder komen ze je nergens mee tegemoet. Een totale ramp.

Shower and basin drains were blocked when I arrived, then air conditioning broke (which I couldn't report straight away as the reception was closed) but when it was fixed, a towel was left on the floor for drips, a bin with water in it and they left my room door ajar... Luckily nothing taken

• Peter (4/5): Leider schlechter als erwartet. - Die Freundlichkeit des Personals und der Reinigungskraft waren hervorragend. Die Lautstärke war doch schlimmer als gedacht. Die Klimaanlage tropfte ständig an der Wand herunter. Das Wasser musste täglich mit Handtüchern aufgefangen werden. Die Toilettenspülung lief immer nach. Der Abfluss im Bad roch nach Urin und das Wasser nach Schwefel (faulig) Die Ausstattung war sehr abgewohnt. Zimmer entsprach nicht den Bildern.

• Ivan (5/5): Неплохой ремонт, но недоброжелательный персонал и отсутствие условий в сезон дождей - Хорошее местоположение, свежий ремонт, удобная кровать. Очень недоброжелательный персонал! Девушка на ресепшене ведёт себя высокомерно и недоброжелательно, иронизирует по поводу плохого английского. При заселении даже не удосужилась проводить до номера (а надо было, так как ключ оказался нерабочим). Ни о каком тайском гостеприимстве и речи не идёт! Если приедете в сезон дождей, будьте готовы к тому, что вам будет негде сушить вещи. Балкон заливает водой, на полу образуются лужи. Сушилки не предоставляют. Кстати, выходит балкон на парковку, так что посидеть вечер с хорошим видом не удастся. Нет ни ножей, ни тарелок, фрукты в номере поесть не удастся.

• Ilya (10/5): - Отличные номера , но в номере которые выходят во двор проблемы с водой , стоит приточный нагреватель и пока нагреет воду надо подождать. Уборка была каждый день , шумоизоляция хорошая. До этого жил в номере который выходит на дорогу , там номера как я понял более новые и санузлы там отремонтированы относительно недавно. Все что касательно залога за номер в 1000 бат , так как у меня был ранний выезд то деньги вернули за сутки я подошел к администратору и проблем не возникло.
