- Venkata S (2/5): - The receptionist folks might had an error regarding the booking and they kept on nagging me to either rebook it or leave. Booking was from Expedia India. They were somehow confidently blaming it as my mistake. Very cheap behavior!! Since I am a tourist I didn’t have a better phone service, only when I personally from their main phone called Expedia and kept it on speaker and got re assurance from Expedia, they were somewhat convinced. I literally had to hide from these folks till the Expedia call went through.
- Verified traveler (8/5): - location was easy to get to, with airport pickup and drop availability it got wven easier. room had no view unfortunately, neither beach facing nor street view. balcony was a joke. basic, just about breakfast. staff was helpful and friendly though. had extra green tax of $6, thought everything was covered already.
- John (8/5): Resort Service with Transit Hotel cost - Repeat stay with amazing customer service and helpfulness for navigating the area. Airport shuttle service that matched my schedule and assisted with getting required COVID tests. I was treated like a resort guest at a transfer hotel. I would stay again and I highly recommend the Crystal Beach Inn

- Verified traveler (2/5): - Don't even get close; we had a horrible experience! All the area is under construction and there are literally construction workers right next to your window. The rooms are in reasonable size comparing the price, but everything else is terrible- the showers, the beds, wifi, the air conditioner, there isn't even an elevator! When we got to the hotel, the wifi didn't work, so I needed to go down to reception (because the phone didn't work) to tell them to fix it. They didn't do anything, so I needed to go down again (in stairs, because there's no elevator). After they restarted the router, I had signal- but the wifi was horrible and barely working. But they kept the best part to the end- starting around 6 pm a rock concert started right next to the hotel, we thought it'll end in an hour or two, but they kept playing until 1am-2am. When asked about it the hotel staff they said they couldn't do anything. Adding this to their horrible beds- that was a hell of a night.

However there is tons of building work nearby and this is noisy. To be fair this is the case across all the local area...

- Dawn H P (8/5): Helpful staff, basic bed and breakfast. - Ok stopover hotel. Nothing much in the area, some construction around. Beach is across a small road so still manageable.
- Verified traveler (8/5): Very helpful staff - We planned to stay in this hotel only for transition purpose, before we could catch the ferry to another rural island. We stayed in 3 different hotels in the whole trip and end up finding this one with the best service. The room wasn't fancy but at least clean and comfortable. The free breakfast was made on demand and very satisfying - a plain omelette, 2 sausages, toast with jam and butter, freshly cut apple and orange (best fresh fruit I had in the whole trip!), bottled water and fruit juice. The staff were very helpful to organize transfer to the next place. They even made calls to the next hotel to confirm transfer arrangement. That was warm! There were several local restaurants in walking distance and some were quite economic.

- hutt (6/5): Nice and clean rooms - Hotel is on same island as airport. Room was clean n simple..no amenities except for bath gel n shampoo..and towels. Staff helped to carry luggage to room as no lifts. Breakfast was prepared by staff. Egg bread juice fruits tea coffee. Great for stop overs while waiting for transfer the next day. Free shuttle service too.
